The present invention relates to an actuator device in the electronic field, and more particularly, to an SMA actuator device, a camera module, and an electronic apparatus.

Background

Actuating devices (actuating devices) are drive mechanisms that are commonly used in the electronics field and can be used to drive cameras. SMA refers to shape memory alloy (shape memory alloy) which is a driving element in an actuator. SMA is a material composed of two or more metal elements having a Shape Memory Effect (SME) by thermoelastic and martensitic transformation and inversion thereof. SMA can be deformed at a lower temperature and can restore the shape before deformation after being electrified and heated, thereby realizing electrically-controlled contraction.

Insert Molding bases (Insert Molding bases) include a set of inserts and a body that is typically plastic, with the set of inserts typically being a different material than plastic. The injection mold body is typically formed by injection molding after the insert is formed. The insert group can be used as a framework of the injection mold body, and the structural strength of the insert molding base can be enhanced.

Camera modules provided with SMA actuation devices typically also include a lens assembly on which a plurality of lenses are provided. The SMA actuation apparatus needs to drive the lens assembly to move from various directions in order to achieve adjustment of the position and orientation of the lens assembly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art and provides an SMA actuating device, a camera module and an electronic device with compact structure.

The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:

The SMA actuating device at least has the following beneficial effects:

the SMA wire can drive the movable part to move, thereby outputting power. The embedded component group can be used as a circuit for electrifying the SMA wire in the injection mold body, so that the use of a conducting wire can be reduced, the structure of the SMA actuating device is compact, the manufacturing cost of the SMA actuating device is favorably reduced, and the structural strength of the base component can be enhanced.

The camera module comprises an SMA actuating device and a lens assembly; the lens component comprises a lens frame body, the lens frame body is movably connected with the base component, the movable part is a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the lens frame body, and the SMA wire pulls the connecting rod to move through contraction and drives the lens frame body to move. The lens can be installed in the mirror bracket body, and the SMA wire can drive the mirror bracket body through the connecting rod, so that the focusing or the anti-shaking of the camera module can be realized.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a first elastic arm is further disposed between the second touch panel and the connecting rod, the second touch panel, the first elastic arm and the connecting rod are conductors and are integrally formed, and the SMA wire can drive the connecting rod to swing on the second touch panel by contraction and elastically deform the first elastic arm. The first elastic arm enables the connecting rod to elastically swing on the second touch plate, so that the connecting rod can elastically reset; the first elastic arm, the connecting rod and the second touch plate are integrally formed, and the structure of the actuating body is simplified.

In one possible embodiment of the invention, the number of the actuating assemblies is four, each actuating assembly comprises two actuating bodies which are symmetrically arranged, the inserts comprise a first insert, a second insert, a third insert, a fourth insert, a fifth insert and a sixth insert, the control end comprises a first control end, a second control end, a third control end and a fourth control end, the first control end is arranged on the first insert, the second control end is arranged on the second insert, the third control end is arranged on the third insert, the fourth control end is arranged on the fourth insert, the common end comprises a first common end, the fifth insert, the sixth insert and the first common end are electrically connected, the first insert, the second insert, the third insert and the fourth insert are respectively and electrically connected with one of the second touch panels of each actuating assembly through the first touch panel, and the fifth insert and the sixth insert are respectively and electrically connected with one of the second touch panels of each actuating assembly through the first touch panel. The public end and each control end can be respectively for four SMA wires circular telegrams, make four actuating assemblies can realize independent control, each inserts is buried underground in the injection molding body, can avoid the external wire jumper of injection molding, makes camera module compact structure, makes base subassembly structural strength high, avoids the external wire jumper of injection molding still to be favorable to reducing camera module's overall manufacturing cost.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the lens assembly further includes a first spring, the first spring is fixedly connected to the lens holder, a plurality of second elastic arms are disposed around the first spring and between the base assembly, each of the second elastic arms elastically and deformably suspends the lens holder on the base assembly, third touch plates are further disposed on the fifth insert and the sixth insert, respectively, the third touch plates penetrate through the injection mold body and are in contact with the first spring, the first spring is a conductor, and the fifth insert and the sixth insert are electrically connected through the first spring. The first spring enables the lens assembly to form a suspension structure capable of elastically reciprocating, and enables the fifth insert and the sixth insert to form electric connection, so that the electric connection structure between the fifth insert and the sixth insert can be further simplified, and the camera module is beneficial to enabling the structure to be compact.

In a possible embodiment of the invention, the third contact plate projects from the fifth insert and the sixth insert, respectively, in the direction of the first spring, one side of the third contact plate being exposed on the surface of the injection-molded body. The third contact plate protrudes from the fifth and sixth inserts in the direction of the first spring and is exposed on the surface of the injection-molded body, so that the welding between the first spring and the third contact plate is easily performed.

In a possible embodiment of the invention, the common end further comprises a second common end, the second common end being provided on the fifth insert, the second common end extending outside the injection mold body. The second common terminal expands the number of common terminals, and makes the connection between the common terminals and the external circuit easier to realize.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the fifth insert and the sixth insert are further provided with a fourth contact plate respectively, a connecting member is further provided between the fifth insert and the sixth insert, the connecting member is a conductor, the fourth contact plate respectively protrudes from the fifth insert and the sixth insert to the surface of the injection mold body, and two ends of the connecting member are in contact with the fourth contact plates on the fifth insert and the sixth insert respectively.
