When the circuit breaker isolation body trolley 1 enters a working track, namely, when two circuit breaker isolation body trolleys are pushed into the track 26, the trolley driving tongue block 12 extends downwards under the action of the pressure spring 16 and is abutted with the upper side of the rear end face of the lead screw nut block 30 on the lead screw 27, the lead screw 27 rotates under the driving of the motor 34, the lead screw nut block 30 moves backwards, so that the circuit breaker isolation body trolley 1 is driven to push backwards, reliable in-place insertion of moving and static contacts is realized by controlling the rotating stroke of the lead screw 27, as the trolley driving tongue block 12 is movably abutted with the lead screw nut block 30, the flexible starting of the trolley is realized, and meanwhile, as the lead screw 27 is arranged on the central axis of the circuit breaker isolation body trolley 1, the driving force of the driving trolley is flexible and balanced, and the defect that the trolley is easy to deviate is overcome; when the motor 34 rotates in the reverse direction, the rear end face of the lead screw nut block 30 is abutted against the rear side face of the trolley body bottom frame plate of the breaker isolation body trolley 1, and the lead screw nut block 30 moves forward to drive the breaker isolation body trolley 1 to move forward, so that the separation of the moving and static contacts of the breaker is realized.

When equipment on the breaker isolation body trolley 1 needs to be overhauled, the front side end of the long deflector rod 22 is lifted, the rear end of the short deflector rod 17 is lifted upwards, the rear end of the short deflector rod 17 lifts the trolley driving tongue block 12 upwards through the driving tongue block lifting deflector hole 14, the trolley driving tongue block 12 retracts into the trolley driving tongue lifting guide rail groove 3, the limiting of the screw nut block 30 on the trolley driving tongue block 12 is relieved, the breaker isolation body trolley 1 is pulled out of the high-voltage power distribution cabinet shell 45, the equipment is overhauled, after the breaker isolation body trolley 1 is pulled out, the front side end of the long deflector rod 22 is put down, the trolley driving tongue block 12 returns to the position where the lower end extends out of the trolley driving tongue lifting guide rail groove 3 under the action of self weight, and because of the arrangement of the short deflector rod limiting step 5, the short deflector rod 17 can only return to the horizontal state, the deadweights of the two shift levers are balanced with the elasticity of the pressure spring 16; after the maintenance is completed, the breaker isolation body trolley 1 is pushed inwards towards the high-voltage power distribution cabinet shell 45, and after the inclined plane 13 arranged at the bottom end of the rear vertical surface on the trolley driving tongue block 12 is in contact with the screw nut block 30, the trolley retracts automatically, so that the breaker isolation body trolley 1 enters the working track.
