Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture, and particularly relates to a disinfectant for aquaculture and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The potassium hydrogen persulfate composite salt is a novel active oxygen disinfectant, has very strong and effective non-chlorine oxidation capability, is acidic in aqueous solution, is very suitable for disinfection of various water bodies, generates derivatives such as various high-activity micromolecule free radicals, active oxygen and the like after being dissolved, can not form toxic byproducts in the water bodies, has extremely high safety, and is widely applied to industrial and agricultural production.

With the popularization of other oxidants (such as potassium permanganate, strong chlorine, bleaching powder and the like) and bactericides (quaternary ammonium salts, aldehydes and the like) in aquaculture, side effects are gradually recognized by people (such as stress, drug resistance, residues and the like), the potassium hydrogen persulfate enters the aquaculture industry in a safe, non-irritant, residue-free and efficient manner, the development is rapid in prawn culture and special fish culture, and the used customer population is basically a high-quality customer population, which shows that the potassium hydrogen persulfate plays a non-negligible role in the aquaculture industry.

In the disease process, farmers still cannot treat diseases by using various disinfectants, and the main reason is that the long-term use of the same disinfectants causes drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. The potassium hydrogen persulfate can not cause drug resistance of bacteria and viruses due to the unique sterilization mechanism. Meanwhile, because the safe concentration of the fish and the shrimp is higher than 100mg/L, the normal dosage or the dosage higher than 2 to 3 times does not bring any stress to the fish and the shrimp. Therefore, when intractable diseases of fishes and shrimps cannot be treated, the potassium hydrogen persulfate product can be used for 2 times continuously, pathogenic bacteria which cannot be killed by the chlorine preparation or the surfactant can be killed, and the purpose of treating the diseases is achieved. Meanwhile, in the process of cultivating precious aquatic products such as special fishes, shrimps, fries and the like, the compound salt is used for preventing various diseases such as vibrio, bleeding and the like, and the potassium hydrogen persulfate compound salt product can achieve a good prevention effect, does not cause drug resistance to pathogenic bacteria and has a good effect on water quality improvement.

The potassium hydrogen persulfate can kill plankton such as algae and the like and can also eliminate biotoxin such as algal toxin and the like, is often applied to the treatment of drinking water for human beings and livestock, and has mild property and good safety. In pond culture, the water body is not only a living place for fishes, but also a disposal place for excrement, residual bait and other garbage. Due to the fact that culture density is too high, self-purification capacity of a water body is limited, and water quality is often abnormal, such as black water, odorous water, concentrated green water, algae pouring and the like. The potassium hydrogen persulfate has strong oxidizing property, can supplement active oxygen which is lacked in a water body, and simultaneously oxidize substances which are harmful to the health of fishes, such as organic matters, ammonia nitrogen, sub-salt, hydrogen sulfide and the like accumulated due to insufficient oxygen supply, thereby achieving the purpose of water quality treatment. In addition, the potassium hydrogen persulfate has good degradation effect on a large amount of algal toxins released under the conditions of algae dumping and water bloom. Therefore, the water quality becomes remarkably fresh after potassium hydrogen persulfate is generally used. If the fish anorexia is caused by water quality problem, the potassium hydrogen persulfate composite powder has excellent effect.
