1. A washability test scarf, comprising a white region, a second color region, and one or more third color reticles.

the first test is to measure the reflectance before the scarves are washed and after the scarves are washed and dried using the white area and to calculate the yellowness after the scarves are washed;

the second test is to measure the reflectance before the scarves are washed and after the scarves are washed and dried using the second color zone and calculate the color fastness after the scarves are washed;

the third test is to measure the length of the third color marking after the pretreatment and after the washing of the scarves and to obtain the shrinkage after the washing of the scarves.

6. The method of performing a test evaluation according to claim 5, wherein:

the pretreatment comprises the following steps: soaking the real silk by using a standard real silk detergent, and then rinsing the silk scarf by using clear water;

preferably, the pretreatment comprises the following steps: soaking the real silk for 0.5-2h at 25-35 ℃ by using 1-3g/L of standard real silk detergent water diluent, and then rinsing the silk towel by using clear water.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a silk scarf, in particular to a silk scarf used for testing a real silk washing program and a real silk washing detergent of an electric washing machine for household and similar purposes and a method for testing and evaluating by adopting the silk scarf.

Background

In the industry of washing equipment, more and more domestic washing machine enterprises at home and abroad develop washing machine products with the function of washing silk/silk fabrics, but the silk/silk washing programs of different manufacturers have different set rotating speeds, temperatures and durations, so that the products have different quality. Therefore, when the silk/real silk washing performance of the washing machine product is evaluated, a special real silk fabric is needed to evaluate the silk/real silk program. But at present, no real silk fabric exists at home and abroad.

In the daily chemical industry, the detergent for silk and wool is the same as the detergent for silk and wool, but the formula is different from the detergent for silk and wool. Some products can not play a good care role for real silk products under the condition of ensuring stain cleaning, so when the evaluation of the detergent for real silk washing care is carried out, special real silk fabrics are also needed, and the real silk fabrics do not exist at home and abroad at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the silk scarf capable of evaluating the performance of the silk washing and protecting detergent and the washing machine with silk/real silk programs and the method for testing and evaluating by adopting the silk scarf.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a scarves for washing performance tests, comprising a white area, a second color area and one or more third color markings.

Wherein the second color zone and the third color reticle are any two colors that are visibly distinguishable to the naked eye.

And respectively testing and recording the lengths of the third color marking before and after the silk towels are washed, and directly reflecting the quality of the silk washing programs of different washing machines on the index of the shrinkage rate of the silk towels through digital comparison.

Therefore, the color fastness performance change, the yellowing degree and the shrinkage rate of the silk towels before and after washing are all finished on the same silk towel, so that the testing conditions are parallel, and the testing of three indexes is integrated.

The silk scarf is square, the two diagonal lines of the square divide the square silk scarf into four triangular areas, wherein the two white areas are oppositely arranged by taking the central point of the square silk scarf as a symmetrical point; the two second color areas are oppositely arranged by taking the center point of the square scarf as a symmetrical point. The white area is adjacent to the second color area.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for testing and evaluating the scarves for the washing performance test according to the first aspect, wherein the method comprises the steps of performing any one, any two or three of the first test, the second test and the third test on the scarves;

the first test is to measure the reflectance before the scarves are washed and after the scarves are washed and dried using the white area and to calculate the yellowness after the scarves are washed;

the second test is to measure the reflectance before the scarves are washed and after the scarves are washed and dried using the second color zone and calculate the color fastness after the scarves are washed;

the third test is to measure the lengths of the third color marking after the silk scarf is pretreated and washed and obtain the shrinkage rate of the silk scarf after washing;

in some embodiments, the pre-treatment comprises the steps of: the silk was soaked with a standard silk detergent and then the scarves were rinsed with clean water.

In some embodiments, the pre-treatment comprises the steps of: soaking the real silk for 0.5-2h at 25-35 ℃ by using 1-3g/L of standard real silk detergent water diluent, and then rinsing the silk towel by using clear water.
