In one embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the dermal upper 2 at the positions of the strip-shaped bladder 28, the first protective bladder 29 and the second protective bladder 210 is greater than that of the inner sleeve 31; when the leather shoes work, the design thickness of the leather upper 2 is larger than that of the inner sleeve 31, so that the inner sleeve 31 can be jacked up and expanded towards the interior of the leather shoes when the strip-shaped bag 28, the first protective bag 29 and the second protective bag 210 on the inner surface of the leather upper 2 are squeezed or expanded, the influence on the appearance of the leather shoes is reduced, and the phenomenon of large local deformation of the leather shoes is avoided.

A shoe making method of real leather shoes is suitable for the real leather shoes and comprises the following steps:

s1: cutting the selected leather material by using scissors, then respectively adhering the strip-shaped bags 28, the first protective bags 29 and the second protective bags 210 to the surfaces of the cut leather material, wherein the positions of the strip-shaped bags, the first protective bags 29 and the second protective bags 210 are respectively positioned at the positions corresponding to the foot surfaces, the feet heads and the feet tails, then filling and flattening the gaps among the strip-shaped bags 28 by using the cut small leather materials, and finally adhering the inner sleeves 31 to the side surfaces of one sides of the leather material where the strip-shaped bags 28, the first protective bags 29 and the second protective bags 210 are positioned by using adhesives to obtain a leather upper 2; through gluing bar form bag 28, first protection bag 29 and second protection bag 210 on genuine leather vamp 2, prevent that later stage during operation, bar form bag 28, first protection bag 29 and second protection bag 210 appear misplacing the slip between genuine leather vamp 2 and endotheca 31, influence the effect of using.

S2: polishing the dermal upper 2 obtained in the step S1 by a polishing machine, and then cleaning by using a cleaning agent to obtain a smooth dermal upper 2; the leather upper surface 2 is effectively polished and cleaned, so that the subsequent gluing is facilitated, and the firmness of gluing with the sole 1 is prevented from being influenced due to the rough surface or more stains of the leather upper surface 2.

S3: adhering the dermal upper 2 obtained in the step S2 to the sole 1 by an adhesive, and sewing the leather upper to the sole 1 by a needle and a fishing line to obtain a dermal shoe in an initial state; the general quality of the bonding effect of only relying on glue is difficult to control, the requirement of long-term use cannot be met, and particularly, the glue is easy to be broken under the condition of long-term stress, so that the direct stress of the glue is avoided by sewing through the fish wire, and the risk of glue breaking of the sole 1 is reduced.

S4: performing high-temperature qualitative treatment on the leather shoes in the initial state, waxing the outer side surfaces of the real leather shoes, then brushing oil, uniformly drying and heating, and finally performing cold setting treatment to obtain the real leather shoes; the leather shoes in the initial state are often unstable in shape and not attractive in appearance, and are softened at high temperature and shaped at low temperature, so that the leather shoes are consistent in appearance and more fit with the shape of feet, the wearing comfort is improved, the leather shoes are waxed and brushed on the surfaces, the gloss of the leather shoes is improved, the appearance is more attractive, and meanwhile, the phenomenon of drying and cracking on the surfaces of the leather shoes can be effectively prevented.

The specific working process is as follows:

when the leather shoe is in use, before a person wears the leather shoe, the adjusting button 23 needs to be pressed downwards, the adjusting button 23 needs to be rotated while being pressed downwards, the reel 25 fixedly connected with the lower surface of the adjusting button 23 is driven to rotate, the reel 25 rotates to adjust the tightness of the shoelace 22 wound on the surface of the reel, the shoelace 22 is adjusted to the proper tightness degree that the foot can be inserted into the shoe opening 12, then the downward pressing of the adjusting button 23 is stopped, the first spring 27 jacks the sliding plate 24 upwards at the moment, the adjusting button 23 is driven to move upwards, the adjusting button 23 is clamped into the leather upper 2, the adjusting button 23 stops rotating, the person can easily wear the leather shoe, and the leather shoe is worn; when a person walks with the real leather shoe, the leather on the instep part of the leather upper 2 is easy to form wrinkles due to repeated bending, the wrinkles are deeper and deeper in the later period of use, finally, the creases are difficult to eliminate, and the attractiveness of the real leather shoe is seriously affected, so that the strip-shaped bags 28 which are uniformly arranged are arranged on the inner surface of the leather shoe, when the person walks, the strip-shaped bags 28 can be extruded when the leather upper 2 is bent, after the bending of the real leather upper 2 is finished, the strip-shaped bags 28 can automatically rebound, the effective support and the quick recovery of the leather upper 2 are realized, and when the strip-shaped bags 28 are bent and extruded and the shape is recovered, the micropores uniformly distributed on the surface of the strip-shaped bags 28 can continuously suck air and jet air to the inside and the outside of the shoe; when a person walks, toes are bent and simultaneously push forwards to the head position of the leather shoe, the heel of the person is lifted upwards, when the shoelace 22 is not tight, the foot can swing up and down in the leather shoe, so that the foot is tired when walking, but if the shoelace 22 is tied to be tight, on one hand, the comfort level of the instep is reduced, and on the other hand, the air permeability of the shoe is reduced, so that the toe position can be effectively protected by arranging the first protection bag 29 and the second protection bag 210, when the strip-shaped bag 28 is squeezed, air in the strip-shaped bag 28 can enter the first protection bag 29, the first protection bag 29 is inflated, the toes can be effectively prevented from directly pushing against the leather upper 2 to cause squeezing injury of the toes, and simultaneously when the strip-shaped bag 28 is bent, the air in the strip-shaped bag 28 can enter the second protection bag 210 to realize the inflation of the second protection bag 210, when the heel is lifted, the heel can be effectively fixed, and the heel is prevented from being worn due to excessive shaking in the leather shoe; when the strip-shaped bag 28 is extruded, the internal air enters the through holes 34 of the zipper teeth 33 and is sprayed out towards the inside and the outside of the shoe through the through holes 34; when brushing shoes, because the through hole 34 is open, water is easy to enter the strip-shaped bag 28 through the through hole 34, which affects the normal operation of the strip-shaped bag 28, even causes the strip-shaped bag 28 to be damaged, and simultaneously, the moisture in the strip-shaped bag 28 is difficult to evaporate, so that after people wear shoes, when the gas in the strip-shaped bag 28 is led out through the through hole 34, the gas can carry the moisture, which causes the secondary wetting of the shoes and affects the comfort of the real leather shoes, therefore, by arranging the second spring 35, the sliding column 36 and the sealing ring 37 in the through hole 34, the sliding column 36 can slide under the pulling force of the second spring 35, which further drives the sealing ring 37 to seal the through hole 34, the external water is effectively prevented from entering the through hole 34, when the strip-shaped bag 28 is squeezed, the gas in the strip-shaped bag 28 is led into the through hole 34, so that the pressure in the through hole 34 is increased, and further the sliding, normal air exhausting work to the inside and the outside of the leather shoe is realized.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles of the invention, its essential features and advantages, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited by the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
