Technical Field

The invention relates to a wall surface magnetic object placing device, in particular to a movable wall surface magnetic object placing device.

Background

The magnetic storage device on the wall surface is visible everywhere in life, is used for storing light articles, and mainly comprises screws, adhesive, vacuum adsorption and the like in a fixing mode with the wall body. The object placing device is fixed on the wall body by screws, so that the wall body is damaged and is difficult to disassemble; although the wall body cannot be damaged by the gluing method, the gluing method can be used only once and cannot be moved, otherwise, the fixing effect is influenced by the weakened viscosity, and the adhesive remains on the wall body after the gluing method is used; the vacuum adsorption type fixing structure utilizes the sucker to be adsorbed on a wall body so as to achieve the effect of fixedly supporting an object, however, the sucker is small in bearing capacity, generally only can be used for smooth and flat wall surfaces, and is not suitable for rough surfaces of common wall surfaces or wooden wall surfaces and the like, and the sucker material is easy to fatigue and age after being stressed for a long time, so that the service life is shortened.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of a movable magnetic wall storage device which is safe and stable in storage.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the magnetic wall surface storage device comprises a storage appliance and a bar-shaped strong magnetic device for fixing the storage appliance, wherein the bar-shaped strong magnetic device comprises a section bar with a non-magnetic conduction groove-shaped cross section, a ferromagnet, a strong magnet, a non-magnetic conduction stainless steel cover plate and a screw, two poles of the two ferromagnetic bodies which clamp the strong magnet are inserted into the section bar with the non-magnetic conduction groove-shaped cross section, a specific-shaped opening is cut on the non-magnetic conduction stainless steel cover plate, the specific shape is matched with the cross section of the ferromagnet, the non-magnetic conduction stainless steel cover plate covers the section bar surface with the non-magnetic conduction groove-shaped cross section, the upper part of the ferromagnet extends out of the cover plate surface from the specially-shaped opening of the cover; thus, the two ferromagnets are provided with different magnetic poles, when the ferromagnets are adsorbed on the two ferromagnets, the magnetic force lines form a closed loop, the ferromagnets can obtain larger magnetic force, the article placing appliance can be firmly adsorbed on the bar-shaped strong magnetic device, and the strong magnet cannot be broken in the device.

As a further improvement of the first technical scheme, the upper part of the ferromagnetic body extends out of the opening with the specific shape of the plate cover by 0-1mm, and the ferromagnetic body on the article placing appliance correspondingly extends out of the ferromagnetic body with the specific shape of the plate cover by 0-1mm and is provided with a corresponding groove; thus, when the gravity of the article holding device is larger than the friction force generated by the magnetic force, the ferromagnetic body groove on the article holding device can obtain upward supporting force on the ferromagnetic body extending out of the cover plate surface.

As a further improvement of the first technical solution, the upper part of the ferromagnetic body protrudes out of the cover plate surface from the special-shaped opening of the plate cover, and the cross section of the ferromagnetic body at the lower part of the bottom surface of the cover plate is larger than that of the upper part; thus, the ferromagnetic body can be fixed so as not to move up, down, left and right.

As a further improvement of the first technical proposal, a plurality of combinations of ferromagnets and strong magnets are inserted into the section bar with the non-magnetic channel-shaped section bar, and the bottom of the section bar is provided with a non-magnetic material with a fixed length to fix the distance between the combinations of the ferromagnets and the strong magnets; therefore, the magnetic storage device on the wall can be adsorbed within the length range of the section bar.

As a further improvement of the first technical proposal, the bottom and two sides of the section bar are provided with holes; this makes it possible to fix the profile on the wall or to connect it to the side panels.

As a further improvement of the first technical scheme, the height of the strip-shaped strong magnetic device for fixing the article placing appliance is matched with the height of the wall decoration board; thus, the surface of the strip-shaped strong magnetic device for fixing the article placing appliance can be flush with the wall decoration board surface.

As a further improvement of the first technical solution, the plate cover is provided with a counter bore, and the corresponding section bar is provided with a threaded hole; the cover plate can then be fixed to the profile by means of countersunk screws.

As a further improvement of the first technical scheme, the bottom of the section bar is provided with a countersunk hole, the bottom of the ferromagnetic body is provided with a screw hole, and the bottom surface of the cover plate is welded with the ferromagnetic body; therefore, the combination of a plurality of ferromagnets and strong magnets does not need materials with fixed intervals, and the cover plate does not need countersunk screws.

As a further improvement of the first technical scheme, the top of the section bar is welded with the bottom surface of the cover plate; therefore, materials for fixing the intervals are not needed between the combination of the ferromagnets and the powerful magnets, countersunk screws are not needed on the cover plate, countersunk holes are not needed at the bottom of the section bar, and screw holes are not needed at the bottom of the ferromagnets.

Due to the adoption of the design, the invention solves the technical problems which cannot be solved by the prior art, and has better technical effect than the prior art.

1. The problem that in the prior art, the wall body is damaged and is difficult to disassemble due to the fact that the object placing device is fixed by the screws is solved; the gluing mode can be used only once and cannot be moved, and the adhesive can be remained on the wall body after use; the vacuum adsorption bearing is small, and the vacuum adsorption bearing can only be used for smooth and flat wall surfaces, and the problems of fatigue, aging and the like are easy to occur.

2. The two ferromagnets of the bar-shaped strong magnetic device of the fixed article placing appliance are provided with different magnetic poles, when the ferromagnets are adsorbed on the two ferromagnets, a closed loop is formed by magnetic lines of force, the bar-shaped strong magnetic device of the fixed article placing appliance obtains the technical effect of larger magnetic force, and the technical effect that the strong magnet can not be broken in the device is also obtained.

3. When the gravity of the article placing device is larger than the friction force generated by the magnetic force, the article placing device starts to slide downwards, the ferromagnetic body groove on the article placing device can obtain upward supporting force on the ferromagnetic body extending out of the cover plate surface, so that the article placing on the wall surface is safer.

4. The wall surface magnetic storage device has the technical effect that the wall surface magnetic storage device can adsorb a plurality of wall surface magnetic storage devices within the length range of the sectional material.

5. The side surface of the magnetic storage device on the wall surface is provided with a hole so as to obtain the technical effect that the side surface can be connected with the plate.

6. The magnetic storage device on the wall surface has the technical effects that the surface of the strip-shaped strong magnetic device for fixing the storage device is flush with the surface of the wall decoration plate, and the strip-shaped strong magnetic device is attractive and easy to clean.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the movable magnetic wall storage device includes: a placing appliance 1 and a bar-shaped strong magnetic device 2 for fixing the placing appliance. The article placing device 1 can be a hook, a frame and a plate; when the article placing device 1 is to be taken down, the article placing device 1 can be easily taken down by pushing the article placing device 1 to slide towards the left and right sides, and when the article placing device 1 leaves the strong magnetic force area.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the bar-shaped strong magnetic device 2 comprises a non-magnetic conductive channel-shaped section bar 3, a ferromagnetic body 4, a strong magnet 5, a non-magnetic conductive stainless steel cover plate 6 and screws 7, wherein two poles of the ferromagnetic body 4 which sandwich the strong magnet 5 are inserted into the non-magnetic conductive channel-shaped section bar 3, a special-shaped opening 8 is cut on the non-magnetic conductive stainless steel cover plate 6, the special-shaped opening 8 is matched with the section of the ferromagnetic body 4, the non-magnetic conductive stainless steel cover plate 6 covers the section bar 3 with the non-magnetic conductive channel-shaped section, the upper part of the ferromagnetic body 4 extends out of the cover plate 6 from the special-shaped opening 8 of the cover plate 6, and the object placing appliance 1 is provided with the ferromagnetic; thus, the two ferromagnets 4 are provided with different magnetic poles, when the ferromagnet 9 is adsorbed on the two ferromagnets 4, the magnetic force line forms a closed loop, the ferromagnet 9 can obtain larger magnetic force, the object placing device 1 can be firmly adsorbed on the bar-shaped strong magnetic device 2, and the strong magnet 5 can not be broken in the device 2.

The upper part of the ferromagnet 4 extends out of the specific-shaped opening 8 of the plate cover 6 by 0-1mm of the surface of the cover plate, and the ferromagnet 9 on the article placing appliance 1 is provided with a corresponding groove corresponding to the ferromagnet 4 extending out of the cover plate by 0-1 mm; thus, when the gravity of the article placing device 1 is larger than the friction force generated by the magnetic force and starts to slide downwards, the ferromagnetic body 9 groove on the article placing device 1 can obtain an upward supporting force on the ferromagnetic body 4 extending out of the surface of the cover plate 6.

The upper part of the ferromagnetic body 4 extends out of the surface of the cover plate 6 from the specially-shaped opening 8 of the cover plate 6, and the cross section of the ferromagnetic body 4 at the lower part of the bottom surface of the cover plate 6 is larger than that of the upper part; this fixes the ferromagnetic body 4 so as not to move up, down, left, and right.

The combination of a plurality of ferromagnets 4 and strong magnets 5 is inserted into the section bar 3 with the non-magnetic channel-shaped section, and the bottom of the section bar 3 is provided with a non-magnetic material 10 with a fixed length to fix the distance between the combination of the plurality of ferromagnets 4 and strong magnets 5; in this way, a plurality of articles 1 can be sucked in the length range of the profile 3.

Holes 11 are arranged at the bottom and two sides of the section bar 3; this allows the profile to be fixed to the wall surface 12 or to be connected to the side panels 13.

The height of the strip-shaped strong magnetic device 2 for fixing the article placing appliance is matched with the height of the decorative board surface of the wall surface 12; thus, the surface of the bar-shaped strong magnetic device 2 for fixing the article placing appliance can be flush with the decorative plate surface of the wall surface 12.

The plate cover 6 is provided with a countersunk hole 14, and the corresponding section bar is provided with a screw hole 15; the cover plate 6 can thus be fixed to the profile 3 with countersunk screws 7.

The bottom of the section bar 3 is provided with a countersunk hole 14, the bottom of the ferromagnet 4 is provided with a screw hole 15, and the bottom surface of the cover plate 6 is welded with the ferromagnet 4; thus, there is no need for a fixed spacing of material 10 between the plurality of ferromagnetic bodies 4 and the combination of strong magnets 5, nor is there a need for countersunk screws 7 on the cover plate 6.

The other connecting method comprises the following steps: the top of the section bar 3 is welded with the bottom surface of the cover plate 6; thus, there is no need for a fixed spacing of material 10 between the plurality of ferromagnetic bodies 4 and the combination of strong magnets 5, nor is there a need for countersunk screws 7 on the cover plate 6.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and any technical means that can achieve the object of the present invention by the same means is within the scope of the present invention.
