1. A medical bone nail, comprising:

an octagonal connecting rod;

the octagonal nut is sleeved on the octagonal connecting rod in a sliding manner;

the circular connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the top end of the octagonal connecting rod;

the round nut is sleeved on the round connecting rod in a threaded manner;

the first round rod is fixedly arranged on the octagonal connecting rod;

the first through hole is formed in the bottom end of the first round rod;

the spiral connecting piece is slidably arranged in the first through hole, and the bottom end of the spiral connecting piece extends out of the first through hole;

the second round rod is slidably mounted in the first through hole, and the top end of the second round rod is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the octagonal connecting rod;

the first groove is formed in the bottom end of the second round rod;

the third round rod is slidably mounted in the first groove, and the bottom end of the third round rod extends out of the first groove;

Background

The bone nail is a non-active surgical metal implant for osteosynthesis, consists of cortical bone nails (full threads and half threads) and cancellous bone nails (full threads and half threads), is generally applied to stabilizing new fractures, revision surgeries, joint fusion and rebuilding ossicles of feet, ankles and toes, can be used for adult and pediatric patients, and consists of a front-end cutting part, a middle-section cylinder and a tail part, wherein the cutting part is provided with a flat edge, a conical edge and a threaded edge, and the tail end is provided with a circle, a square, a triangle and a flat shape.

However, in the prior art, the conventional bone nail is usually fixed, the top of the bone nail is octagonal, the screw thread part of the bone nail cannot be replaced in the implantation process, the rotated screw thread part is worn, and meanwhile, when the bone nail is twisted, the edge of the top of the bone nail is worn, even the bone nail may slip, so that resources are wasted when the whole bone nail is replaced.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a new medical bone nail to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the technical problem of providing a medical bone nail which is convenient to use, can independently replace a connecting piece on the bone nail according to needs, saves resources and is simple and convenient to operate.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a medical bone nail comprising: an octagonal connecting rod; the octagonal nut is sleeved on the octagonal connecting rod in a sliding manner; the circular connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the top end of the octagonal connecting rod; the round nut is sleeved on the round connecting rod in a threaded manner; the first round rod is fixedly arranged on the octagonal connecting rod; the first through hole is formed in the bottom end of the first round rod; the spiral connecting piece is slidably arranged in the first through hole, and the bottom end of the spiral connecting piece extends out of the first through hole; the second round rod is slidably mounted in the first through hole, and the top end of the second round rod is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the octagonal connecting rod; the first groove is formed in the bottom end of the second round rod; the third round rod is slidably mounted in the first groove, and the bottom end of the third round rod extends out of the first groove; the first annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the first through hole; the circular rotating plate is slidably mounted in the first annular groove, and the bottom end of the third round rod is fixedly connected with the top of the circular rotating plate; the first spring is slidably sleeved on the third round rod, the top end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the second round rod, and the bottom end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the top of the circular rotating plate.

Preferably, a second annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the first groove, two sliding rods are slidably mounted in the second annular groove, and one ends, close to each other, of the two sliding rods are fixedly connected with the third round rod.

Preferably, a second groove is formed in one side of the first round rod, a second through hole is formed in the inner wall, close to the spiral connecting piece, of one side of the second groove, a third through hole is formed in the spiral connecting piece, and the same screw is arranged in the third through hole and the second groove.
