Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of oral medical equipment, in particular to a deformed tooth appliance.

Background

With the improvement of the living standard of the modern times, people pay more and more attention to the external image of the people, and the vigorous development of various beauty and shaping is followed. The technology of arranging and correcting deformed teeth is developed along with trend, and teeth orthodontics also gradually enter the daily life of people and are accepted by more and more patients.

In various cases of tooth correction, deep occlusions and anterior occlusions belong to a class of tooth deformity cases with higher difficulty coefficients, and even most of the tooth deformity cases can be corrected only by surgical operations.

Firstly, in such cases, sampling of the actual conditions of the maxilla and mandible and teeth is performed, and pre-treatment is performed on the condition of a patient, wherein the pre-treatment is usually performed by virtual arrangement of dental arches, dentitions, maxilla and mandible, and generally by means of three-dimensional model reconstruction and the like;

then, designing a treatment scheme, and adjusting the relative positions of the mandible and the mandible, wherein the mandible is adjusted through a surgical operation or is guided to a target position through a special appliance by the current common means;

and finally, adjusting the positions of the teeth through the appliance, rearranging the teeth, tidying dental arches and finishing the correction.

In the treatment process, two technical difficulties need to be broken through. First, how to adjust the relative positions of the maxilla and mandible; second, how to extend the teeth in the posterior (molar) area, open the bite, and create a new maxillofacial surface.

The inventor finds that in the current bracket-free invisible orthodontic treatment technology, an appliance guide plate is generally adopted to guide the mandible to move forwards or backwards, and the position of the mandible is stabilized by utilizing the absorption and proliferation of bones. For the extension of the teeth in the posterior dental area, a physical and mechanical extension method is generally adopted, namely, an external force is used for stretching and extending the molar towards the dental crown, the hyperplasia and the absorption of alveolar bones are utilized for re-stabilizing the teeth, the occlusion is opened, and a new dentognathic surface is established.

The teeth in the molar region are elongated by adopting a physical mechanical elongation method, and a patient can bear certain risks. First, the entire posterior dental area is elongated, the length of the posterior root extending into the alveolar bone is reduced accordingly, and after the treatment of the patient, the biting force of the posterior dental area may be reduced, or even the posterior teeth may be inclined at the time of biting (when the elongated length is large). Secondly, to make the posterior teeth area extend integrally, the posterior teeth are inevitably extended in stages in batches, which takes a long time and brings some influence to the life and habits of the patients.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.

A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a deformed dental appliance, as shown in fig. 1, including: a first correcting piece 1 and a second correcting piece 2. The first correcting piece 1 is provided with a cavity for wrapping the tooth surface of the upper jaw to be corrected, and one side of the first correcting piece 1 departing from the cavity is provided with a first occlusal surface. The second correcting piece 2 is provided with a cavity for covering the tooth surface of the lower jaw to be corrected, and the side of the second correcting piece 2, which faces away from the cavity, is provided with a second occlusal surface. In this embodiment, the first appliance 1 and the second appliance 2 are both arranged in the posterior dental zone, so that the appliance force is conveniently applied, and the appliance effect is ensured. The first piece 1 and the second piece 2 of correcting are rescued and are set up relatively in the upper jaw need be corrected tooth and the lower jaw need be corrected on the tooth, and the upper jaw tooth with the lower jaw tooth after occluding each other, the first occlusal surface of the first piece 1 of correcting agrees with each other with the second occlusal surface of the second piece 2 of correcting.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first occlusal surface 3 of the first appliance 1 has two recesses 5, the second occlusal surface 4 of the second appliance 2 has two protrusions 6 opposite to the first occlusal surface 3 of the first appliance 1, and the two recesses 5 are matched with the corresponding two protrusions 6. Or, the number of the concave parts 5 can be 4, so that the structures of the first correcting part 1 and the second correcting part 2 are relatively simple and the correcting effect is good. Of course, the number of the concave parts 5 can also be other positive integer, and the shape and size of each concave part 5 are the same, so that the first correction piece 1 and the second correction piece 2 can be conveniently manufactured, and the correction effect can be ensured. This embodiment will not be described. Because the first correcting piece 1 or the second correcting piece 2 is respectively provided with the convex part 6 and the concave part 5 which are mutually matched, the occlusal surface is newly established, so that the lower jaw moves forwards or backwards, the joint bone of the lower jaw is promoted to be proliferated and absorbed, and the relative position adjustment of the upper jaw and the lower jaw is completed.

Of course, the second occlusal surface 4 of the second appliance 2 may have two recesses, and the first occlusal surface 3 of the first appliance 1 and the second occlusal surface 4 of the second appliance 2 have two protrusions opposite to each other, and the two recesses are matched with the corresponding protrusions. The arrangement is slightly different but can play a similar role.

It should be noted that, the two protruding portions 6 in the present embodiment are in the shape of polygonal cylinders with parallel upper and lower surfaces, and have a plurality of planes capable of providing acting force at different angles, so that different correction requirements can be met. In addition, the edges and corners of the first correction piece 1 and the second correction piece 2 are rounded, so that the first correction piece 1 and the second correction piece 2 are prevented from damaging the inside of the oral cavity.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the inclination of the polygonal cylindrical protrusion 6 with parallel upper and lower surfaces is between 45 ° and 80 °, and includes 45 ° and 80 °, and the correction effect is better in the inclination range.

In this embodiment, the depth range of the two concave parts 5 is 1mm to 6mm, and includes 1mm and 6mm, the length of the upper surface of the convex part 6 along the dental arch is 2mm to 15mm, and includes 2mm and 15mm, and the correction effect is better in the depth range and the length range.

In addition, it should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the second appliance 2 in this embodiment has a trapezoidal longitudinal cross section on the side away from the cavity, which has a better correction effect. Similarly, the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the first appliance 1 on the side facing away from its cavity is also trapezoidal.

Compared with the prior art, the present embodiment has a first appliance 1 and a second appliance 2. The first correcting piece 1 is provided with a cavity for wrapping the tooth surface of the upper jaw to be corrected, and one side of the first correcting piece 1, which is far away from the cavity, is provided with a first occlusal surface 3. The second correcting element 2 is provided with a cavity for covering the tooth surface of the lower jaw to be corrected, and the side of the second correcting element 2, which faces away from the cavity, is provided with a second occlusal surface 4. The first piece 1 of correcting is rescued with the second and is rescued 2 relative setting and need to be corrected the tooth and need to correct the tooth with the lower jaw in upper jaw, and the upper jaw tooth with the lower jaw tooth back of interlocking each other, the first occlusal surface 3 of the first piece 1 of correcting agrees with each other with the second occlusal surface 4 of the second piece 2 of correcting. When the upper jaw and the lower jaw are occluded, the teeth of the upper jaw and the lower jaw can be promoted to move forwards or backwards for correction. Because the appliance establishes a new occlusal surface at the upper jaw and the lower jaw, the teeth can grow and extend naturally. Therefore, the reduction of the occlusal force of the teeth can be avoided, the correction time can be shortened, and the safety of the teeth of the patient can be ensured.

A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a deformed tooth appliance. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: in the first embodiment, both the two projections 6 of the second appliance 2 in this embodiment are polygonal columns with parallel upper and lower surfaces. In a second embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the two projections of the second appliance are irregularly shaped cylinders that conform to the actual configuration of the patient's teeth. Therefore, the specific shape of the convex part can be changed according to different correction requirements. Of course, the protruding portion may have other shapes, such as a cylinder, an elliptic cylinder, a trapezoidal platform, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.

Similarly, because the first correcting element is provided with a cavity for wrapping the tooth surface of the upper jaw to be corrected, the side of the first correcting element, which faces away from the cavity, is provided with a first occlusal surface. The second correcting piece is provided with a cavity for covering the tooth surface of the lower jaw to be corrected, and the side of the second correcting piece, which is far away from the cavity, is provided with a second occlusal surface. The first correcting piece and the second correcting piece are arranged on the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the tooth to be corrected relatively, and after the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the tooth to be corrected are mutually occluded, the first occlusal surface of the first correcting piece and the second occlusal surface of the second correcting piece are mutually engaged.

A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a deformed tooth appliance, and the third embodiment is a further improvement of the deformed tooth appliance of the first embodiment, and the main improvements are that: in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the deformed tooth appliance further includes a fixing attachment 7 provided on the tooth to be corrected for stabilizing the first correction piece 1 and the second correction piece 2, and can maintain a fixed position when the upper and lower jaws are occluded, so as to enhance the stability of the first correction piece 1 and the second correction piece 2 after being provided on the tooth to be corrected, and ensure the correction effect. The retention attachments 7 also serve to provide anchorage for the adduction, abduction, rotation, movement of the tooth positions of the anterior tooth zone, and straighten the teeth of the anterior tooth zone while waiting for the growth and elongation of the posterior tooth zone, so that the two-step straightening is performed simultaneously to shorten the straightening period.

Compared with the first embodiment, the embodiment has the advantages that the correction period can be further shortened due to the additionally arranged retention accessories 7, and the embodiment is very safe and reliable.

The above embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.

It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.
