Technical Field

Background

When a single tooth is missing in a patient's mouth, the implant is usually driven into the missing tooth part and then a crown is mounted on the implant for restoration. When a plurality of teeth are missing in the mouth of a patient, if the implant is driven into each missing tooth part for repair, great burden is caused to the alveolar bone of the patient, and the repair effect is difficult to ensure. Thus, when multiple tooth loss occurs, the restoration is generally performed through a dental bridge. The dental bridge includes a dentition provided with a plurality of tooth monomers connected in sequence. The process of repairing a plurality of tooth loss through a dental bridge is as follows: firstly, an implant is driven into the edentulous part, and then the dentition is fixedly installed on the implant. Generally, only two implants are needed to be correspondingly arranged on one dentition, so that a good fixing effect can be achieved, and excessive burden on alveolar bones can be avoided. However, the position and orientation of the implant must be very precise to ensure the installation and subsequent restoration of the dentition. The invention aims to provide a technical scheme which is suitable for ensuring the installation precision in the process of repairing a dental bridge when a plurality of teeth are missing.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a tooth restoration device mainly comprises a restoration base 1, an implantation guide 2 and a restoration bridge 3.

As shown in fig. 1, the shape and size of the repair base 1 are matched with those of the patient's gum, a socket slot 11 is arranged on the upper surface of the repair base 1, a fixing through hole 12 and a positioning bolt 13 are arranged on the side surface of the repair base 1, and the repair base 1 is fixed on the alveolar bone of the patient by passing a screw through the fixing through hole 12.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the implant guide plate 2 is disposed on the socket hole 11, the implant guide plate 2 is provided with an implant guide hole 21, the implant guide hole 21 is used for assisting an implant to be driven into an alveolar bone, the implant guide plate 2 is provided with a first positioning component 22, the first positioning component 22 is detachably sleeved on the positioning bolt 13 to play a positioning role, and the first positioning component 22 corresponds to the positioning bolt 13 one to one.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the prosthetic dental bridge 3 is disposed on the socket slot 11, a dentition 31 is disposed on the prosthetic dental bridge 3, the dentition 31 includes a plurality of tooth monomers connected in sequence, the dentition 31 is fixedly disposed on the implant, a second positioning component 32 is disposed on the prosthetic dental bridge 3, the second positioning component 32 is detachably sleeved on the positioning bolt 13 to play a positioning role, and the second positioning component 32 corresponds to the positioning bolt 13 one to one.

The process of repairing the tooth repairing device mainly comprises the following steps:

acquiring intraoral three-dimensional data of a patient;

obtaining restoration base three-dimensional data, implant guide three-dimensional data and restoration dental bridge three-dimensional data according to the intraoral three-dimensional data design;

generating a repair base, a planting guide plate and a repair dental bridge according to the repair base three-dimensional data, the planting guide plate three-dimensional data and the repair dental bridge three-dimensional data respectively;

sleeving the repair base support on the gum of the patient, and fixing the repair base support on the alveolar bone of the patient by passing a screw through the fixing through hole;

arranging the implant guide plate on the sleeve long hole, sleeving the first positioning component on the positioning bolt, driving the implant into the alveolar bone through the implant guide hole, and then taking down the implant guide plate;

the restoration dental bridge is arranged on the sleeving long hole, the second positioning component is sleeved on the positioning bolt, and then the dentition is fixedly arranged on the implant;

and (5) taking down the repair dental bridge and reserving dentition to finish repair.

In order to ensure that the repair base, the implant guide plate and the repair dental bridge are matched with the oral cavity of the patient, when the technical scheme is implemented, the oral cavity of the patient needs to be scanned by an oral scanner, the oral three-dimensional data of the patient is obtained, the repair base three-dimensional data, the implant guide plate three-dimensional data and the repair dental bridge three-dimensional data are designed according to the oral three-dimensional data, and the repair base, the implant guide plate and the repair dental bridge are generated according to the repair base three-dimensional data, the implant guide plate three-dimensional data and the repair dental bridge three-dimensional data. Therefore, perfect matching can be realized for the conditions of the restoration base plate, the implantation guide plate and the restoration dental bridge and the oral cavity of the patient.

After the restoration base, the implant guide plate and the restoration dental bridge are obtained, restoration is required.

Firstly, the repairing base is sleeved on the gum of the patient, and the repairing base is fixedly arranged on the alveolar bone of the patient by passing a screw through the fixing through hole. The repair base mainly plays a role in positioning and supporting, and is similar to a foundation in a building. After the repairing base support is placed on the gum of the patient, the repairing base support is perfectly attached to the gum of the patient basically because the repairing base support must be matched with the shape and the size of the gum, and an operator only needs to slightly adjust the repairing base support, so that the repairing base support can be just sleeved on the gum of the patient. Because the repair base must match with the shape and size of the gum, when the repair base is just sleeved on the gum of a patient, the repair base is in the most perfect position, and then the screw passes through the fixing through hole to fix the repair base on the alveolar bone of the patient, so that the setting of the repair base can be completed. It should be noted that the socket-joint slot holes formed in the prosthetic base are used for matching with the implant guide plate, the prosthetic dental bridge and the like to position the implant guide plate and the prosthetic dental bridge.

Then, the planting guide plate is arranged on the repairing base support, and the first positioning component is sleeved on the positioning bolt. The bottom contour of the planting guide plate is matched with the sleeving long hole in the repairing base, and the optimal position of the planting guide plate can be obtained through the sleeving long hole; in addition, the first positioning component is sleeved on the positioning bolt, and the positioning function on the planting guide plate can be achieved. At the moment, the implant guide plate is in the best position, and the dentist can drive the implant into the implant through the implant guide hole, so that the position and the direction of the implant can be ensured.

Finally, the repair dental bridge is arranged on the repair base support, and the second positioning component is sleeved on the positioning bolt. According to the reference basis provided by the restoration base support, the dentition can be located at the best position, then the dentition is fixedly arranged on the implant, the restoration bridge is taken down, the dentition is reserved, and then the restoration can be completed.

According to the tooth restoration device provided by the invention, after the restoration base, the implantation guide plate and the restoration dental bridge are obtained according to the intraoral three-dimensional data of a patient, the optimal installation position and direction of the implant and the dentition are obtained through the restoration base, the implantation guide plate and the restoration dental bridge, the accuracy of dental bridge restoration is improved, and the restoration effect is better guaranteed.

When a dental implant is to be performed, an implant must be implanted into an alveolar bone of a patient, and if conditions such as the shape of the alveolar bone of the patient are not allowed, the implant cannot be implanted, and thus, dental implant restoration cannot be performed.

Preferably, the dental prosthetic device of the present invention further comprises a bone cutting guide in addition to the prosthetic base, the implant guide and the prosthetic bridge.

arranging the bone cutting guide plate on the sleeving long hole, sleeving the third positioning assembly on the positioning bolt, trimming the alveolar bone of the patient through the bone cutting guide hole, and taking down the bone cutting guide plate after finishing trimming; arranging the implant guide plate on the sleeve long hole, sleeving the first positioning component on the positioning bolt, driving the implant into the alveolar bone through the implant guide hole, and then taking down the implant guide plate;

The installation method and the working principle of the prosthetic base, the implant guide and the prosthetic dental bridge have been described in detail in the foregoing, and are not described in detail herein.

When the conditions such as the shape of the alveolar bone of the patient are not allowed, the bone cutting guide plate can be fixed on the repair base, and then the alveolar bone of the patient is trimmed through the bone cutting guide hole on the bone cutting guide plate. Before the implant guide plate is arranged, the bone cutting guide plate is arranged, and the third positioning assembly is sleeved on the positioning bolt. The bottom profile of the bone cutting guide plate is matched with the sleeving long hole on the repair base, and the optimal position of the bone cutting guide plate can be obtained through the sleeving long hole; in addition, the third positioning component is sleeved on the positioning bolt, and the bone cutting guide plate can be positioned. At the moment, the bone cutting guide plate is in the optimal position, and a dentist trims alveolar bones through the bone cutting guide hole, so that the accuracy of the position direction of the implant is ensured.

The bone cutting guide plate is a common device in the field of dental implantation, and the innovation point of the invention is that a third positioning component matched with the positioning bolt is arranged on the bone cutting guide plate. And the structure and the working principle of the third positioning component are similar to those of the first positioning component and the second positioning component.

In general, when the restoration of a tooth is performed by the restoration base, the implant guide, the restoration bridge, and the bone cutting guide in the dental restoration device according to the present invention, whether the alveolar bone is trimmed, the implant is implanted, or the dentition is installed, is based on the same reference. The repair base serving as the reference is matched with the gum, so that the precision can be ensured, and a better repair effect can be obtained.

Preferably, the positioning bolt is arranged along a vertical direction; the central axes of the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly are arranged along the vertical direction. The positioning bolt, the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly are used for positioning through mutual sleeving, the positioning bolt is arranged along the vertical direction, correspondingly, the central axis of the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly is arranged along the vertical direction, the positioning bolt is sleeved by the dentist conveniently and respectively through the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly, and the dentist can operate in the repair operation process conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1, preferably, the number of the fixing through holes is at least three, wherein at least two fixing through holes are provided on the side surface of the repair base on the labial side, and at least one fixing through hole is provided on the side surface of the repair base on the lingual side.

The fixing through hole is used for fixing the repair base on the alveolar bone of the patient in combination with the screw. If the fixing is performed from only one side, it is difficult to obtain a good fixing effect, and therefore, it is preferable that at least two fixing through holes are provided on the side surface of the prosthetic base located on the labial side, and at least one fixing through hole is provided on the side surface of the prosthetic base located on the lingual side, so that the prosthetic base is fixed from both sides thereof, thereby providing a better fixing effect and preventing the dental implant from being displaced during the operation.

In addition, because the fixing through hole on the lip side of the repairing base support faces the dentist, and the fixing through hole on the tongue side of the repairing base support faces away from the dentist, at least two fixing through holes are arranged on the lip side of the repairing base support, and at least one fixing through hole is arranged on the tongue side of the repairing base support, the fixing effect is ensured, and meanwhile, the fixing device has the advantage of being convenient to operate.

Specifically, on the repairing base, three fixing through holes are arranged on the lip side of the repairing base, and one fixing through hole is arranged on the tongue side of the repairing base.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the positioning bolts are provided with at least two; the positioning bolt is arranged on the side surface of the repair base on the lip side, and the positioning bolt is arranged on the side surface of the repair base on the tongue side.

At least two first positioning components are arranged on the planting guide plate; the first positioning component is arranged on the side face, located on the labial side, of the planting guide plate, and the first positioning component is arranged on the side face, located on the lingual side, of the planting guide plate.

At least two second positioning assemblies are arranged on the repair dental bridge; the second positioning component is arranged on the side surface, located on the labial side, of the repair dental bridge, and the second positioning component is arranged on the side surface, located on the lingual side, of the repair dental bridge.

At least two third positioning assemblies are arranged on the bone cutting guide plate; the bone cutting guide plate is arranged on the side surface of the tongue side, wherein at least one third positioning component is arranged on the side surface of the bone cutting guide plate on the lip side, and at least one third positioning component is arranged on the side surface of the bone cutting guide plate on the tongue side.

The corresponding positions of the lip side and the tongue side are at least provided with one positioning bolt, and the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly on the implanting guide plate, the repairing dental bridge and the bone cutting guide plate also correspond to the positioning bolts, so that the positioning effects of the implanting guide plate, the repairing dental bridge and the bone cutting guide plate are better.

Specifically, on the repair base, three positioning bolts are arranged on the labial side, and two positioning bolts are arranged on the lingual side; on the planting guide plate, three first positioning assemblies are arranged on the labial side, and two first positioning assemblies are arranged on the lingual side; on the prosthetic dental bridge, three second positioning assemblies are arranged on the labial side, and two second positioning assemblies are arranged on the lingual side; on the bone cutting guide plate, three third positioning assemblies are arranged on the lip side, and two third positioning assemblies are arranged on the tongue side. The positioning effect of the implant guide plate, the dental bridge restoration guide plate and the bone cutting guide plate can be further enhanced.

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, on the prosthetic base, the positioning bolt located on the labial side is of a semi-cylindrical structure, the arc-shaped surface of the positioning bolt faces the mouth, and the positioning bolt located on the lingual side is of a cylindrical structure. Correspondingly, on the planting guide plate, the first positioning assembly positioned on the labial side is of a semi-annular structure, the opening of the first positioning assembly faces the outside of the mouth, and the first positioning assembly positioned on the lingual side is of an annular structure; on the prosthetic dental bridge, the second positioning component positioned on the labial side is of a semi-annular structure, the opening of the second positioning component faces the outside of the mouth, and the second positioning component positioned on the lingual side is of an annular structure; on the bone cutting guide plate, the third positioning component positioned on the lip side is of a semi-annular structure, the opening of the third positioning component faces the outside of the mouth, and the third positioning component positioned on the tongue side is of an annular structure.

The positioning bolt, the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly are used for enabling the implant guide plate, the repair dental bridge, the bone cutting guide plate and the like to be accurately arranged on the repair base. If the positioning bolt on the lip side is of a complete cylindrical structure, the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly and the third positioning assembly on the lip side are of complete annular structures, so that the space on the lip side of a patient can be occupied, the first positioning assembly, the second positioning assembly, the third positioning assembly and the like are pressed on the lip of the patient, and great discomfort is caused to the patient.

In the above technical scheme, the locating bolt that is located the lip side sets up to half cylinder structure, and the locating bolt that is located the tongue side sets up to cylindric structure, correspondingly, and first locating component, second locating component and the third locating component that are located the lip side are the semi-annular structure, and first locating component, second locating component and the third locating component that are located the tongue side are the annular structure, and therefore, just can not occupy the space of patient's lip side excessively to improve patient's comfort level among the operation process.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, a supporting and connecting column 33 is arranged on the prosthetic dental bridge, and the dentition is arranged on the second positioning component through the supporting and connecting column. The dentition is arranged on the second positioning component through the supporting and connecting column, and after the dentition is fixed on the implant, the dentition can be separated from the dental bridge repair only by cutting off the supporting and connecting column.

The repair base, the implant guide plate, the repair dental bridge and the bone cutting guide plate are formed by 3D printing. Obtain repairing the base plate, plant the baffle and restore the dental bridge and cut the bone baffle through 3D printing, can match with the intraoral gum accuracy of patient, improve the restoration effect.

The repairing base, the implanting guide plate, the repairing dental bridge and the bone cutting guide plate are made of resin. Adopt the resin as the material of restoreing the base, planting the baffle, restoreing the dental bridge and cutting the bone baffle, be convenient for obtain through 3D printing and restore the base, plant the baffle and restore the dental bridge and cut the bone baffle, guaranteed the intensity of restoreing the base, planting the baffle and restoreing the dental bridge and cutting the bone baffle simultaneously.
