2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the thickener comprises sclerotium rolfsii powder; the humectant comprises at least one of Tremella polysaccharide, glycerol, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, and glycerol glucoside.

3. The composition of claim 2, wherein the humectant comprises 0.1 to 0.2 parts of tremella polysaccharide, 0.1 to 0.3 parts of glycerin, 3 to 8 parts of propylene glycol, 5 to 10 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.5 to 2 parts of hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, and 1 to 3 parts of glycerol glucoside.

4. The composition as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the hyaluronic acid consists of hyaluronic acid with molecular weight of 120-.

4) mixing the filtrate B and the filtrate C, concentrating, and drying.

The composition of claim 6, wherein the organic acid in step 1) comprises at least one of citric acid, tartaric acid; the enzyme is at least two of cellulase, pectinase and amylase; the mass ratio of the cherry plum to the enzyme is 10-20: 1; the organic solvent in the step 3) is a mixed solvent of acetone and ethanol.

8. The composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the preparation method of hydrolyzed cherry plum comprises the following steps:

1) mashing Prunus cerasifera, adjusting pH to 5-6 under citric acid and/or tartaric acid, adding cellulase, pectinase and amylase at a mass ratio of 3-6:2-4:1, wherein the total mass ratio of Prunus cerasifera and three enzymes is 10-20:1 to obtain substance A;

2) adding 6-8 times of water into the substance A, extracting for 1-2h at 40-60 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filter residue and filtrate B;

3) adding the filter residue into a mixed solvent containing acetone and 80-90% ethanol in an amount of 4-6 times that of the filter residue, performing ultrasonic-assisted extraction for 0.5-1h, and filtering to obtain a filtrate C;

4) mixing the filtrate B and the filtrate C, concentrating, and drying.

9. A method for preparing the composition for whitening and removing freckles according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) adding SWEETONE, hydrolyzed plums, grape ferment, glutathione, citrus peel extract, yeast extract, oxidized resveratrol, hydrolyzed tripeptide collagen and hydrolyzed cherry plum to water to obtain mixture 1;

(2) mixing a humectant, α -glycosyl-L-ascorbic acid, ectoin, acetyl tetrapeptide-2, oligopeptide-4 and E-1008 to obtain a mixture 2;

(3) and mixing the thickening agent, the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 to obtain the water-based paint.

10. The method of claim 9, comprising the steps of:

(1) heating water to 45-55 deg.C, adding sweet, hydrolyzing European plum, grape ferment, glutathione, mandarin orange peel extract, yeast extract, oxyresveratrol, hydrolyzed tripeptide collagen and hydrolyzed cherry plum, and stirring at 300r/min for 1-2h to obtain mixture 1;

(2) mixing the humectant, α -glycosyl-L-ascorbic acid, ectoin, acetyl tetrapeptide-2, oligopeptide-4 and E-1008 at 30-40 ℃, and stirring for 0.5-1h at 200r/min for 100-;

(3) and mixing the thickening agent, the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 to obtain the water-based paint.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition for whitening and removing freckles and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The skin is an important component of the human body and is more directly used for expressing the signs of human health and aging. When the skin is vigorous in metabolism, smooth in blood circulation and rich in nutrition, the skin is fine, smooth, tender and very elastic, and wrinkles and color spots are not easy to appear. When skin metabolism is weakened, blood circulation is not smooth, and nutrition is poor, skin is dull and aging, and wrinkles and color spots are easy to generate.

Melanin is an important factor determining human skin color, and it is biosynthesized in melanosomes in melanocytes of the basal layer of the epidermis. Under normal physiological conditions, melanin in the skin protects the skin from ultraviolet light. When the melanin anabolism mechanism is disturbed due to external invasion, hormone imbalance, aging or other factors, the melanin in the basal layer of the epidermis is increased, the color of partial or whole skin is deepened, and pigmentation skin diseases such as freckle, chloasma, cyasma, senile plaque, melanoma and the like are caused, so that the appearance of a human is influenced.

The reasons for the pigmentation and the color spots are complex, such as genetic factors, endocrine dyscrasia, environmental pollution, ultraviolet irradiation and the like, and the pigmentation and the color spots caused by any reason are all caused by the pigmentation, so the main approach for whitening the skin and removing the spots is to inhibit the generation of the melanin. Various methods for inhibiting the production of melanin, such as inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, scavenging active oxygen or free radicals, reducing ultraviolet irradiation, preventing the occurrence of oxidation reaction, etc., are effective methods for reducing the formation of melanin.

People can reduce or eliminate color spots by adding various whitening and freckle-removing substances into cosmetics, thereby achieving the effects of whitening and removing freckles. The early whitening and freckle-removing components contain mercury and compounds thereof or hydroquinone, and are forbidden by the nation at present due to high toxicity and irritation.

At present, the known mechanisms of the whitening and freckle-removing raw materials are as follows: 1. inhibiting melanin gene expression, such as whitening peptide; 2. complexing copper ions, such as phytic acid, kojic acid derivatives, and the like; 3. inhibiting melanosome transfer to the stratum corneum, such as niacinamide; 4. inhibiting melanin generation, such as lactic acid, sodium lactate, glycolic acid, etc.; 5. accelerating tyrosinase degradation, such as linoleic acid and ethyl ester; 6. reductive and competitive tyrosinase activities such as phenethyl resorcinol, glabridin, etc.; 7. reducing melanin, such as vitamin C and its derivatives.

Most raw materials fulfill the aim of whitening and spot lightening through a single mechanism or a combination of mechanisms, and the functional effect of the raw materials applied to cosmetics is not satisfactory, or the raw materials have the defects or the defects, such as instable raw materials or difficult addition into a formula system, great confusion to a formulator, easy color change, or large skin irritation, high allergy rate, no effect when the raw materials are used by a consumer, and the like.

Chinese patent application CN107456412A discloses a cosmetic raw material capable of whitening skin and lightening spots, which relates to a cosmetic raw material and comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-42% of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 5-20% of pomegranate bark extract, 2-18% of B-glucan, 8-32% of peony root extract, 2-18% of a-arbutin, 1-9% of glutathione, 1-4% of galactosyl salicylic acid and 2-18% of cherry plum hydrolysate. However, the cosmetic has a long service cycle, and the whitening and spot-lightening effects can be achieved only in more than 28 days.

Chinese patent application CN107714539A discloses a whitening and spot-removing cream, which comprises water, hydrogenated polydecene, butylene glycol, glycerol, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl palmitate, ceteareth-25, ceteareth-6, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, cetearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, jojoba seed oil, a preservative, tocopheryl acetate, arbutin, xanthan gum, bisabolol, allantoin, essence, EDTA disodium, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, sodium hyaluronate and citric acid. The formula of the invention is added with whitening active ingredients such as glycyrrhiza glabra extract, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, arbutin and the like, can penetrate into the bottom of the skin, continuously inhibit the generation of melanin and accelerate the decomposition of the melanin, thoroughly whitens the skin from inside to outside, and achieves the effect of quickly whitening and removing freckles. Wherein, the magnesium ascorbyl phosphate and the vitamin E have synergistic effect, so that the whitening and freckle removing effects are better. However, the whitening and spot-removing effects of the patent application need to be further improved.

Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a composition for whitening skin and removing spots and a preparation method thereof, which can solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a composition which has high stability, obvious whitening and freckle removing effects and no side effect and a preparation method thereof.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a composition for whitening skin and removing freckles comprises 75-85 parts of water, 0.01-1 part of a thickening agent, 10-20 parts of a humectant, 0.1-0.3 part of SWEETONE, 0.05-0.2 part of hydrolyzed European plums, 0.1-0.3 part of grape ferment, 0.05-0.2 part of glutathione, 0.1-0.3 part of citrus peel extract, 0.1-0.3 part of yeast extract, 0.05-0.2 part of oxyresveratrol, 0.1-0.3 part of hydrolyzed tripeptide collagen, 0.5-2 parts of hydrolyzed cherry plum, 0.1-1 part of α -glycosyl-L-ascorbic acid, 0.01-0.2 part of ectoine, 20.1-0.5 part of acetyl tetrapeptide, 40.1-0.5 part of oligopeptide and 3-3 parts of E-10080.5.

Preferably, the thickener comprises scleroderma powder.

Preferably, the humectant comprises at least one of tremella polysaccharide, glycerin, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, and glycerol glucoside.

More preferably, the humectant is a mixture of tremella polysaccharide, glycerin, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans, and glycerol glucoside.

More preferably, the moisturizer comprises 0.1 to 0.2 part of Tremella polysaccharides, 0.1 to 0.3 part of glycerin, 3 to 8 parts of propylene glycol, 5 to 10 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.5 to 2 parts of hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans and 1 to 3 parts of glycerol glucosides.

(1) adding SWEETONE, hydrolyzed plums, grape ferment, glutathione, citrus peel extract, yeast extract, oxidized resveratrol, hydrolyzed tripeptide collagen and hydrolyzed cherry plum to water to obtain mixture 1;

(2) mixing a humectant, α -glycosyl-L-ascorbic acid, ectoin, acetyl tetrapeptide-2, oligopeptide-4 and E-1008 to obtain a mixture 2;

(3) and mixing the thickening agent, the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 to obtain the water-based paint.

Preferably, the temperature of the water in step (1) is 45-55 ℃.

More preferably, the step (1) includes the steps of: heating water to 45-55 deg.C, adding sweet, hydrolyzed European plum, grape ferment, glutathione, citrus peel extract, yeast extract, oxyresveratrol, hydrolyzed tripeptide collagen and hydrolyzed cherry plum, and stirring at 300r/min for 1-2h to obtain mixture 1.

Preferably, the temperature of said mixing in step (2) is 30-40 ℃.

More preferably, the method of preparation of the composition comprises the steps of:

(1) heating water to 45-55 deg.C, adding sweet, hydrolyzing European plum, grape ferment, glutathione, mandarin orange peel extract, yeast extract, oxyresveratrol, hydrolyzed tripeptide collagen and hydrolyzed cherry plum, and stirring at 300r/min for 1-2h to obtain mixture 1;

(2) mixing the humectant, α -glycosyl-L-ascorbic acid, ectoin, acetyl tetrapeptide-2, oligopeptide-4 and E-1008 at 30-40 ℃, and stirring for 0.5-1h at 200r/min for 100-;

(3) and mixing the thickening agent, the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 to obtain the water-based paint.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the invention, hyaluronic acid is limited into three different fractions, and the synergistic effect with other active components is obvious, so that the whitening and freckle removing effects of the product are obviously improved while the moisturizing effect is improved.

According to the formula of the product, a trace amount of extract or hydrolysate is added, and effective components of different extracts or hydrolysates interact with each other, so that the whitening and freckle removing effects of the final product are obviously improved, the stability of the product is also obviously improved, and the product has no side effect on a human body.

In the preparation process of the hydrolyzed cherry plum, the hydrolase is limited to be the complex enzyme, the mass ratio of the complex enzyme is limited, the enzymolysis of the cherry plum is promoted by using mild acid, the hydrolysis of various effective components is facilitated, meanwhile, the further hydrolysis of partial effective components under the strong acid condition is avoided, and the whitening and freckle removing effects of the hydrolyzed cherry plum are promoted by the various effective components.

Meanwhile, the invention also limits that firstly the enzymolysis cherry plum is extracted by water, then the organic solvent is adopted for ultrasonic auxiliary extraction, and different extraction modes are adopted twice in sequence, so that the effective components are extracted as much as possible, excessive impurities are avoided, and the whitening and freckle removing effects of the product are further promoted.

The addition sequence and the mixing temperature of the raw materials are limited in the preparation process of the composition, so that the synergistic effect of the components in the preparation process is further improved, the whitening and freckle removing effects are improved, and the stability of the finally obtained product is higher by limiting the addition sequence of the raw materials and finally adding the thickening agent in the preparation process.
