the automatic proportioning device has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenience in operation, high automatic proportioning efficiency, high degree of automation, labor saving and capability of proportioning coating materials on different surfaces. The problems of low manual proportioning precision, uneven stirring and mixing, time and labor waste are solved, and the product quality is improved. The method realizes the safety and the requirement preparation, solves the problem of paint excess waste, reduces the raw material cost, and avoids the problems of paint dumping and environmental pollution caused by paint not brushed up.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the paint automatic proportioning and mixing device of the embodiment includes at least one group of pressure barrel assemblies, each group of pressure barrel assemblies includes at least two pressure barrels, namely a first pressure barrel 1 and a second pressure barrel 2, the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2 are respectively connected with the proportioning mixer 6 through pipelines, and pistons are respectively arranged in the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2; the device also comprises an air cylinder 4, wherein a piston of the air cylinder 4 is connected with pistons in the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2 through a connecting piece, the air cylinder 4 drives the pistons in the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2 to synchronously perform piston movement along the inner walls of the barrels, and the liquid in the first pressure barrel 1 and the liquid in the second pressure barrel 2 are proportionally pumped into the proportioning mixer 6 to be mixed.

The structure of the proportioning mixer 6 is as follows: comprises a large-flow glue valve 62, and an automatic mixer 61 is arranged at the output end of the large-flow glue valve.

Two sides of the input end of the large-flow rubber valve 62 are respectively provided with a feeding hole 621.

The cleaning device also comprises a cleaning pressure barrel 3, and a piston moving along the inner wall of the cleaning pressure barrel 3 is arranged in the cleaning pressure barrel.

The inner diameter of the first pressure barrel 1 is larger than the inner diameter of the second pressure barrel 2 and is proportional.

In the implementation process of the invention, the piston of the cylinder 4 is connected with an external air pressure driving device (not shown in the figure) through a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is provided with a pressure gauge and an air inlet switch (not shown in the figure) to control the air pressure to be at a proper value and control the piston of the cylinder to lift.

The working process of the invention is as follows: the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2 are respectively filled with paint and curing agent, after the paint and the curing agent are replaced each time, no error is caused in a circuit inspection, after the air tightness is good, the air pressure of each circuit is within a preset value range by adjusting an air pressure gauge, an air inlet switch (not shown in the figure) of the control cylinder 4 is opened, the control cylinder 4 is pressed downwards, the pistons in the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2 are driven to synchronously move through the connecting rod 5, the liquids in the first pressure barrel 1 and the second pressure barrel 2 are pressed downwards for the same distance due to different inner diameters of the two, the volume and the quality of the extruded solvent automatically form a specific proportion, the solvents are simultaneously extruded into the large-flow rubber valve 62 through the feed port 621 to form a mixed material, external pneumatic driving equipment (such as an air.

The discharge hole of the cleaning pressure barrel 3 is connected with 621 at two sides of the large-flow rubber valve 62 and used for cleaning the large-flow rubber valve 62 and the automatic mixer 61. During cleaning, the switches on the pipelines between the first pressure barrel 1, the second pressure barrel 2 and the large-flow rubber valve 62 are closed, the switch between the cleaning pressure barrel 3 and the large-flow rubber valve 62 is opened, the preparation container is placed below the automatic mixer 61, the air inlet switch of the large-flow rubber valve 62 is opened, cleaning is controlled, the switch of the large-flow rubber valve 62 is closed after cleaning, the switch between the cleaning pressure barrel 3 and the large-flow rubber valve 62 is closed, and cleaning is finished.

The cleaning pressure barrel 3 can also adopt other driving modes except a piston driving mechanism, for example, a pump is arranged in the cleaning pressure barrel 3, and the internal cleaning liquid is pumped into the proportioning mixer 6 for cleaning.

As shown in fig. 3, for the structural schematic diagram of using multiple sets of pressure barrel assemblies and proportioning mixer 6 simultaneously for connection, the multiple sets of pressure barrel assemblies can be connected with the feed inlet 621 of the large-flow rubber valve 62 through parallel-connected pipelines, so as to meet the production requirements of continuous batching in large batch.

The invention has higher automation degree and high configuration precision, obviously improves the coating preparation efficiency and the iron core quality, saves manpower, reduces the material cost and avoids environment pollution caused by excess materials; the whole device adopts pneumatic power, thereby avoiding potential safety hazards such as electric shock and the like.
