s1, feeding: manually placing the waste honeycomb hollow plate between the fixed plate 33 and the swinging plate 34, and driving the roller 32 to rotate through the rotating motor 22, so that the fixed plate 33 and the swinging plate 34 can convey the waste honeycomb hollow plate to the lower end of the first spray head 43;

s2, primary cleaning: water is conveyed to the first spray head 43 through a water pipe 46 by the water pump 41, so that the first spray head 43 sprays the water, the waste honeycomb hollow plate is cleaned for the first time, and during cleaning, the oscillating disc 37 is driven to rotate by the oscillating motor 36, so that the oscillating plate 34 is driven by the connecting rod 38 to flap and vibrate the cleaned honeycomb hollow plate;

s3, crushing: after the primary cleaning is finished, the waste hollow plate falls into the shell 52, the large belt wheel 23 is driven to rotate through the rotating motor 22, the small belt wheel 25 drives the right crushing roller 53 to rotate, the meshed gear 24 drives the left crushing roller 53 to rotate, and the waste hollow plate after the primary cleaning is cut and crushed;

s4, re-cleaning: after the plates are crushed, the plates fall onto a transmission belt 63 through a discharging frame 56, a transmission motor 64 drives a transmission roller 62 to rotate, the transmission belt 63 conveys the crushed plates to the lower end of a second spray nozzle 45, water is conveyed to the second spray nozzle 45 through a water pump 41, the second spray nozzle 45 sprays the water out, and therefore the waste honeycomb hollow plates are cleaned again;

s5, collecting: after the cleaning, the crushed plates are conveyed to the right end of the workbench 1 through the conveying belt 63, and the collecting frame is manually placed at the right end of the workbench 1, so that the crushed and cleaned honeycomb hollow plates are collected and stacked.

In the process of recycling the honeycomb hollow plate materials in the steps S1-S5, the recycling process is further optimized by adopting a specially designed device, the device specifically comprises a workbench 1, a rotating device 2, a feeding device 3, a cleaning device 4, a crushing device 5 and a transmission device 6, the rotating device 2 is installed on the front side of the upper end of the workbench 1, the feeding device 3 is installed on the rear side of the rotating device 2, the cleaning device 4 is arranged above the feeding device 3, the crushing device 5 is arranged on the left side of the lower end of the feeding device 3, the crushing device 5 is installed on the left side of the upper end of the workbench 1, the cleaning device 4 is installed on the upper end of the crushing device 5, the transmission device 6 is arranged on the lower end of the crushing device 5, and the transmission device 6 is installed on the workbench 1; wherein:

the feeding device 3 comprises a first mounting plate 31, a roller 32, eight fixed plates 33, eight swinging plates 34, an internal mounting plate 35, a vibrating motor 36, a swinging disc 37 and eight connecting rods 38, wherein the first mounting plate 31 is mounted on the rear side of the upper end of the workbench 1 in a welding mode, the rear end of the roller 32 is mounted at the front end of the first mounting plate 31 through a bearing, the front end of the roller 32 is mounted on the mounting column 21 through a bearing, the fixed plates 33 are mounted on the outer side of the roller 32 in a welding mode, the fixed plates 33 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the roller 32, the swinging plates 34 are mounted on the roller 32 through pin shafts, the internal mounting plate 35 is mounted at the front end of the inner side of the roller 32 in a welding mode, the vibrating motor 36 is mounted at the rear side of the internal mounting plate 35, the, the connecting rods 38 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the swinging disk 37, the swinging plate 34 is arranged outside the connecting rods 38 through a pin shaft, and when in specific work, the waste honeycomb hollow board is manually placed between the fixed plate 33 and the swing plate 34, and the drum 32 is rotated by the rotating device 2, so that the fixed plate 33 and the swing plate 34 can convey the waste honeycomb hollow panel to the lower end of the first spray head 43 for primary cleaning work, rotated by the vibration motor 36, thereby driving the swinging disc 37 to rotate, making the connecting rod 38 drive the swinging plate 34 to swing in a reciprocating way, making the swinging plate 34 flap and vibrate the waste honeycomb hollow plate material in cleaning, so that the cleaning effect of the hollow plate is better, after the primary cleaning is finished, the rotary device 2 drives the roller 32 to continue rotating, so that the fixed plate 33 and the swing plate 34 transfer the primarily cleaned waste plate materials to the crushing apparatus 5.

The crushing device 5 comprises an L-shaped mounting plate 51, a shell 52, two crushing rollers 53, a first baffle plate 54, a second baffle plate 55 and a discharge frame 56, wherein the L-shaped mounting plate 51 is mounted on the left side of the upper end of the workbench 1 in a welding mode, the shell 52 is mounted on the right side of the L-shaped mounting plate 51 in a welding mode, the crushing rollers 53 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides in the shell 52, the crushing rollers 53 are mounted in the shell 52 through bearings, the first baffle plate 54 is mounted on the left side of the upper end of the shell 52 in a welding mode, the second baffle plate 55 is arranged on the right side of the first baffle plate 54, the second baffle plate 55 is welded on the right side of the shell 52, the first baffle plate 54 and the second baffle plate 55 are in a V-shaped structure, the cleaned plate can more easily fall into the shell 52 due to the V-shaped structure between the first baffle plate 54 and the second baffle plate 55, the discharge frame 56 is mounted in the middle, the waste honeycomb hollow plate enters the shell 52, and is rotated by the rotating device 2, so that the crushing roller 53 is driven to rotate, the crushing roller 53 cuts and crushes the waste honeycomb hollow plate after being cleaned for the first time, and the waste honeycomb hollow plate falls to the conveying device 6 through the discharging frame 56 after being cut and crushed.

The rotating device 2 comprises an installation column 21, a rotating motor 22, a large belt wheel 23, two gears 24, a small belt wheel 25 and a belt 26, the installation column 21 is installed on the front side of the upper end of the workbench 1 in a welding mode, the rotating motor 22 is installed at the upper end of the installation column 21 through a motor installation plate, the large belt wheel 23 is installed on an output shaft of the rotating motor 22, the output shaft of the rotating motor 22 is connected with the roller 32 in a welding mode, the gear 24 is welded at the front end of the crushing roller column 53, the gear 24 is located at the front end of the shell 52, the small belt wheel 25 is arranged on the front side of the right gear 24, the small belt wheel 25 is connected with the large belt wheel 23 through the belt 26, during specific work, the rotating motor 22 rotates to drive the roller 32 to rotate, so that the fixed plate 33 and the swing plate 34 can continuously convey the waste honeycomb hollow plate, and the rotating motor 22 drives the large belt wheel 23 to rotate so as, the gear 24 welded on the right crushing roller 53 is rotated, so that the meshed gear 24 drives the left crushing roller 53 to rotate, and the crushing roller 53 cuts and crushes the waste plates after the initial cleaning.

The cleaning device 4 comprises a water pump 41, an arc-shaped mounting plate 42, a first spray head 43, a U-shaped mounting plate 44, a second spray head 45 and a water pipe 46, the water pump 41 is mounted on the rear side of the right end of the workbench 1 in a threaded connection mode, the arc-shaped mounting plate 42 is mounted at the upper end of the L-shaped mounting plate 51 in a welding mode, the first spray head 43 is mounted at the upper end of the arc-shaped mounting plate 42 in a threaded matching mode, the first spray head 43 is uniformly arranged at the upper end of the arc-shaped mounting plate 42, the U-shaped mounting plate 44 is mounted at the right side of the upper end of the workbench 1 in a welding mode, the U-shaped mounting plate 44 is located at the upper end of the transmission device 6, the second spray head 45 is mounted at the inner side of the U-shaped mounting plate 44 in a threaded matching mode, the first spray head 43 and the second spray head 45, thereby wash abandonment honeycomb hollow plate for the first time, and when wasing, drive swing plate 34 through vibrating motor 36 and beat the vibration to the honeycomb hollow plate in wasing for hollow plate's cleaning performance is better, cut off the abandonment panel after the breakage and carry to two 45 lower extremes of shower nozzle through transmission device 6, carry water to shower nozzle two 45 through water pump 41, make shower nozzle two 45 spout water, thereby carry out the secondary cleaning to abandonment honeycomb hollow plate, after the secondary cleaning is accomplished, collect through the manual work with the broken abandonment panel after wasing and stack.

The transmission device 6 comprises four transmission mounting plates 61, two transmission rollers 62, a transmission belt 63 and a transmission motor 64, the transmission mounting plates 61 are symmetrically mounted on the workbench 1 in a front-back mode through welding, the transmission rollers 62 are mounted between the front transmission mounting plates 61 and the rear transmission mounting plates through bearings, the transmission rollers 62 are symmetrically arranged in a left-right mode, the left transmission rollers 62 and the right transmission rollers are connected through the transmission belt 63, the transmission motor 64 is mounted at the front end of the left transmission roller 62 through a coupler, the transmission motor 64 is mounted on the workbench 1 through the motor mounting plates, the transmission motor works specifically, the crushed waste plates fall onto the transmission belt 63 through the discharging frame 56, the transmission motor 64 rotates, the left transmission roller 62 is driven, the transmission belt 63 is made to rotate, and the crushed waste plates are conveyed to the lower end of the spray head two 45 to be secondarily.

The connecting rod mounting groove has been seted up at the inboard middle part of swing board 34, installs connecting rod 38 through the round pin axle in the connecting rod mounting groove, and swing board 34 inboard front portion has seted up the rectangular channel, and built-in mounting panel 35 is located the rectangular channel, and concrete during operation avoids swing board 34 to touch built-in mounting panel 35 when reciprocating swing through the rectangular channel that is equipped with to lead to swing board 34 to take place the dead condition of card.

The star-shaped groove is formed in the rear end of the swinging disc 37, the inner portion of the star-shaped groove is of an arc-shaped structure, the lower end of the connecting rod 38 is welded with a short shaft, the front end of the short shaft is of a spherical structure, the ball is mounted in the star-shaped groove in a sliding fit mode, and when the swinging disc works, the vibrating disc rotates through the vibrating motor 36, so that the swinging disc 37 is driven to rotate, the connecting rod 38 slides along the star-shaped groove, the connecting rod 38 drives the swinging plate 34 to swing in a reciprocating mode, and friction between the swinging disc 37 and the connecting rod 38 is reduced.
