Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of mushroom cultivation, in particular to a fungus bag transfer trolley.

Background

After a period of culture, the fungus bags inoculated with the strains need to be transported to a special fruiting room for fruiting cultivation. The current fungus package transfer mode has two kinds, one kind is through artifical transport to the room of producing mushroom with the fungus package of a basket, and another kind is on carrying the transport vechicle with the fungus package of a basket earlier, transports the room of producing mushroom again, then carries to in the room of producing mushroom by the manual work again. The first type of the fungus bag is conveyed by pure manpower, and the second type of the fungus bag is conveyed by a carrier vehicle in the middle, so that the fungus bag conveying efficiency is low.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a new fungus bag transport vehicle to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the technical problems and provide a fungus bag transfer trolley with higher fungus bag carrying efficiency.

The invention provides a fungus bag transfer trolley, which comprises a trolley head, a trolley frame fixedly connected with the trolley head and a bearing plate detachably fixed on the trolley frame, wherein the bearing plate is recessed from the top surface of the bearing plate towards the direction close to the trolley frame and is provided with two parallel guide grooves and a limiting groove which are arranged at intervals, the two guide grooves are arranged along the lengthwise direction of the bearing plate, one end of each guide groove close to the trolley head is sealed, the other end of each guide groove penetrates through the end surface of one end of the bearing plate far away from the trolley head, and the limiting groove is vertically communicated with the two guide grooves and is close to one end of the bearing plate far away from the trolley head.

Preferably, the fungus bag transfer trolley further comprises a limiting bolt clamped in the limiting groove.

Preferably, the limiting bolt comprises a limiting strip which can be completely accommodated in the limiting groove and a handle which is fixed on the limiting strip and exposed on the supporting plate.

Compared with the prior art, the fungus bag transfer trolley can directly transfer fungus bag frames to the fungus bag transfer trolley by means of the arrangement of the guide grooves, and can effectively fix the fungus bag frames on the fungus bag transfer trolley by means of the design of the limit grooves, so that a large number of transfer links are saved, and the fungus bag transfer efficiency is greatly improved.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a fungus bag transfer trolley, which comprises a trolley head 1, a trolley frame 2 fixedly connected with the trolley head 2, and a bearing plate 3 detachably fixed on the trolley frame 2.

The supporting plate 3 is recessed from the top surface thereof towards the direction close to the frame 2, and is provided with two parallel guiding grooves 31 and a limiting groove 32 which are arranged at intervals.

The two guide grooves 31 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the bearing plate 3, one end of each guide groove 31 close to the vehicle head 2 is sealed, and the other end of each guide groove 31 penetrates through the end face, far away from the vehicle head 1, of the bearing plate 3. That is, one end of the guide groove 31 close to the vehicle head 2 does not penetrate through the end surface of the support plate 3 close to the vehicle head 1, and one end of the guide groove 31 far away from the vehicle head penetrates through the end surface of the support plate 3 far away from the vehicle head 1, that is, the top end of the guide groove 31 is open, one end far away from the vehicle head is open, and one end close to the vehicle head is closed.

If necessary, the bearing plate and the fungus bag frame can be even detached from the fungus bag transfer trolley and placed in a mushroom-out room. Thereby saving a large amount of transport links and greatly improving the transport efficiency of fungus bags.

Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the fungus bag transfer trolley further includes a limiting bolt 4 for being clamped in the limiting groove 32.

Further, the limiting bolt 4 includes a limiting bar 41 that can be completely received in the limiting groove 32, and a handle 42 that is fixed on the limiting bar 41 and exposed on the supporting plate 3. Thereby, the fixing of the fungus bag frame is realized more conveniently and rapidly.
