1. A string of pocketed springs production apparatus, comprising:
the first longitudinal sealing device is used for sealing and welding the first non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a first cloth bag;
the second longitudinal sealing device is used for sealing and welding second non-woven fabrics along the longitudinal direction to form a second cloth bag;
the first spring conveying device is used for conveying a plurality of first springs into the first cloth bag in sequence;
the second spring conveying device is used for conveying a plurality of second springs into the second cloth bag in sequence;
the first transverse sealing device is used for sealing and welding the first cloth bag along the transverse direction between adjacent first springs in the first cloth bag so as to sequentially seal the first springs in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs;
a second transverse sealing device for sealing and welding the second cloth bag along the transverse direction between adjacent second springs in the second cloth bag to sequentially seal the plurality of second springs in corresponding second bag chambers to form a second string of pocketed springs including a plurality of second pocketed springs.
2. The string production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first and second vertical seals are arranged opposite to each other in the lateral direction, the first and second spring feeding devices are arranged side by side in the lateral direction, and the first and second horizontal seals are arranged side by side in the lateral direction.

The string of pocketed springs production apparatus of claim 1, wherein each of the first and second longitudinal sealing devices comprises a longitudinal sealing die head and a longitudinal sealing knife disposed opposite each other in the transverse direction and being closable close to each other and openable apart from each other.
4. The string of pocketed springs production apparatus of claim 1, wherein each of said first and second traverse devices comprises a traverse die and a traverse welding knife disposed opposite to each other in a direction orthogonal to said traverse and said longitudinal directions and being closable close to each other and openable apart from each other.
5. The string production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first spring conveying device comprises a first conveying member and a second conveying member, the first conveying member and the second conveying member being arranged opposite to each other and spaced apart, and a first conveying passage for conveying the first spring being provided between the first conveying member and the second conveying member;
the second spring conveying device comprises a third conveying member and a fourth conveying member, the third conveying member and the fourth conveying member are opposite to each other and are arranged at intervals, and a second conveying channel for conveying the second spring is arranged between the third conveying member and the fourth conveying member.
6. The string production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first spring and the second spring are the same or different.
7. A method of producing a string of pocketed springs, comprising:
sealing and welding the first non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a first cloth bag;
sealing and welding a second non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a second cloth bag;
sequentially conveying a plurality of first springs into the first cloth bag;
sequentially conveying a plurality of second springs into the second cloth bag;
the first cloth bag is sealed and welded along the transverse direction so as to sequentially seal the first springs in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs;
welding the second pockets along the transverse seals to seal the plurality of second springs within corresponding second pocket chambers to form a second string of pocketed springs comprising a plurality of second pocketed springs.
8. The string of pocketed springs of claim 7, wherein the longitudinally sealing the first non-woven fabric to form the first pocket and the longitudinally sealing the second non-woven fabric to form the second pocket are performed simultaneously.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the feeding of the first spring into the first pocket and the feeding of the second spring into the second pocket are performed simultaneously.
10. The string of pocketed springs of claim 7, wherein the sealing of the first pockets in the transverse direction to seal the first springs in the corresponding first pockets and the sealing of the second pockets in the transverse direction to seal the second springs in the corresponding second pockets are performed simultaneously.
11. The string of pocketed springs of claim 7, wherein after one of the adjacent first springs is enclosed in the corresponding first pocket to form a first pocketed spring, pulling the first pocketed spring forward to enclose a next one of the adjacent first springs in the corresponding first pocket to form a next first pocketed spring;
after one of the adjacent second springs is enclosed within the corresponding second pocket to form a second pocket spring, the second pocket spring is pulled forward to enclose a next one of the adjacent second springs within the corresponding second pocket to form a next second pocket spring.
12. The method of producing a string of pocketed springs according to any one of claims 7-11, wherein the first and second springs are the same or different.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spring manufacturing, in particular to bagged spring string production equipment and a bagged spring string production method.
Background
Pocketed springs are widely used for producing spring cores for mattresses and sofas, and strings of pocketed springs comprise a plurality of springs, which are respectively located in pocket chambers of a spring pocket that are spaced apart from each other. In the production of bagged spring strings, spring steel wires are made into helical springs by a coil spring machine, a cloth bag is formed by longitudinally sealing and welding (also called longitudinal seal cutting) non-woven fabrics, a plurality of springs are put into the cloth bag, and the springs in the bag are sealed in independent bag chambers by transversely sealing and welding (also called transverse seal cutting) to form a row of continuous spring strings (namely the bagged spring strings).
However, the production efficiency of the existing bagged spring string production equipment is not high, and the application of the bagged spring string production equipment is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
To this end, an aspect of the present invention provides a string production apparatus for pocketed springs, which can improve the production efficiency of strings of pocketed springs.
The invention also provides a production method of the bagged spring string.
A pocketed spring string production apparatus according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the invention comprises: the first longitudinal sealing device is used for sealing and welding the first non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a first cloth bag; the second longitudinal sealing device is used for sealing and welding second non-woven fabrics along the longitudinal direction to form a second cloth bag; the first spring conveying device is used for conveying a plurality of first springs into the first cloth bag in sequence; the second spring conveying device is used for conveying a plurality of second springs into the second cloth bag in sequence; the first transverse sealing device is used for sealing and welding the first cloth bag along the transverse direction between adjacent first springs in the first cloth bag so as to sequentially seal the first springs in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs; a second transverse sealing device for sealing and welding the second cloth bag along the transverse direction between adjacent second springs in the second cloth bag to sequentially seal the plurality of second springs in corresponding second bag chambers to form a second string of pocketed springs including a plurality of second pocketed springs.
According to the bagged spring string production equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first longitudinal sealing device can form a first cloth bag from the first non-woven fabric, the second longitudinal sealing device can form a second cloth bag from the second non-woven fabric, the first spring conveying device can convey the plurality of first springs to the first cloth bag in sequence, the second spring conveying device can convey the plurality of second springs to the second cloth bag in sequence, the first transverse sealing device can seal and weld each first spring in the first cloth bag to form a first bagged spring string, and the second transverse sealing device can seal and weld each second spring in the second cloth bag to form a second bagged spring string, so that the production efficiency of the bagged spring string is improved.
In some embodiments, the first and second longitudinal seals are disposed opposite one another in the cross direction, the first and second spring conveyors are disposed side-by-side in the cross direction, and the first and second cross seals are disposed side-by-side in the cross direction.
In some embodiments, each of the first and second longitudinal sealing devices comprises a longitudinal sealing die head and a longitudinal sealing knife disposed opposite each other in the transverse direction and being closable close to each other and openable apart from each other.
In some embodiments, each of the first and second traverse devices includes a traverse sealing die and a traverse sealing knife disposed opposite each other in a direction orthogonal to the traverse and the longitudinal directions and being closable close to each other and openable apart from each other.
In some embodiments, the first spring conveying device comprises a first conveying member and a second conveying member, the first conveying member and the second conveying member are opposite to each other and are arranged at intervals, and a first conveying channel for conveying the first spring is arranged between the first conveying member and the second conveying member; the second spring conveying device comprises a third conveying member and a fourth conveying member, the third conveying member and the fourth conveying member are opposite to each other and are arranged at intervals, and a second conveying channel for conveying the second spring is arranged between the third conveying member and the fourth conveying member.
In some embodiments, the first spring and the second spring are the same or different.
A pocketed spring string production method according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the invention comprises:
sealing and welding the first non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a first cloth bag;
sealing and welding a second non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a second cloth bag;
sequentially conveying a plurality of first springs into the first cloth bag;
sequentially conveying a plurality of second springs into the second cloth bag;
the first cloth bag is sealed and welded along the transverse direction so as to sequentially seal the first springs in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs;
welding the second pockets along the transverse seals to seal the plurality of second springs within corresponding second pocket chambers to form a second string of pocketed springs comprising a plurality of second pocketed springs.
According to the bagged spring string production method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first non-woven fabric is formed into the first cloth bag, the second non-woven fabric is formed into the second cloth bag, the plurality of first springs are sequentially conveyed to the first cloth bag, the plurality of second springs are sequentially conveyed to the second cloth bag, each first spring in the first cloth bag is sealed and welded to form the first bagged spring so as to form the first bagged spring string, and each second spring in the second cloth bag is sealed and welded to form the second bagged spring so as to form the second bagged spring string, so that the production efficiency of the bagged spring string is improved.
In some embodiments, the sealing of the first nonwoven to form the first woven bag and the sealing of the second nonwoven to form the second woven bag are performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the transporting of the first spring into the first pocket and the transporting of the second spring into the second pocket are performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments, sealing the first pockets in the transverse direction to seal the first springs within the corresponding first pockets and sealing the second pockets in the transverse direction to seal the second springs within the corresponding second pockets are performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments, after one of the adjacent first springs is enclosed within the corresponding first pocket to form a first pocket spring, pulling the first pocket spring forward to enclose a next one of the adjacent first springs within the corresponding first pocket to form a next first pocket spring; after one of the adjacent second springs is enclosed within the corresponding second pocket to form a second pocket spring, the second pocket spring is pulled forward to enclose a next one of the adjacent second springs within the corresponding second pocket to form a next second pocket spring.
