Polyolefins, mainly Polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), are one of the most important plastic varieties with high cost performance, excellent mechanical properties, thermal properties, processability, etc. Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) are mostly used for producing films and plates, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) has higher rigidity and toughness and is mainly used for producing films, blow molding, pipes and the like, and some mechanical properties of polypropylene can be comparable to engineering plastics and are one of the thermoplastic plastics with the most development prospect at present. The plastic coloring is an indispensable ring in the plastic production, not only adds color to the plastic product, but also can endow the plastic with various functions and improve certain application properties of the plastic. The traditional coloring method has the defects of large dust pollution, inaccurate metering, poor dispersibility and the like. Color concentrates have now become the primary means of obtaining high quality plastic colored articles. The color masterbatch is an aggregate prepared by uniformly loading an excessive amount of pigment in a resin, and generally consists of three basic elements of the pigment, a carrier resin and an additive. The carrier resin of the polyolefin masterbatch is generally selected from the same type of polymer as the resin to be colored.

In the prior art, polyethylene and polypropylene plastics belong to partially crystalline plastics, and have large shrinkage in a cooling step in the injection molding process, so that a plastic part cannot be formed according to a designed shape, and the warping phenomenon occurs. Especially, after the organic pigment is added, the organic pigment becomes a nucleating agent of partially crystallized plastics, the warping phenomenon is aggravated, and the application of the organic pigment in the plastics is limited.

Therefore, the method inhibits the warping phenomenon during the coloring and processing of the polyolefin plastic, expands the application and popularization of the organic pigment in the plastic, and is a technical problem which is urgently needed to be solved in the technical field of the existing fine chemical engineering.
