A low coefficient of friction bearing material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said low coefficient of friction bearing material is comprised of the following principle in weight percent: 15-30% of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 10-15% of carbon fiber, 10-15% of nitrile rubber, 1-1.5% of plasticizer, 5-8% of self-lubricating agent, 0.5-3.5% of zinc oxide, 0.1-0.8% of stearic acid, 0.1-2.5% of cross-linking agent, 0.2-2.5% of antioxidant, 5-8% of modified resin, 0.5-1% of di-sec-octyl phthalate, 1-1.2% of foaming agent and 0.2-0.8% of flame retardant.

A low coefficient of friction bearing material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said low coefficient of friction bearing material is comprised of the following principle in weight percent: 15% of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 10% of carbon fiber, 10% of nitrile rubber, 1.5% of plasticizer, 8% of self-lubricating agent, 0.5% of zinc oxide, 0.1% of stearic acid, 0.1% of cross-linking agent, 0.2% of antioxidant, 5% of modified resin, 0.5% of di-sec-octyl phthalate, 1% of foaming agent and 0.2% of flame retardant.

4. A low coefficient of friction bearing material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the foaming agent is an AC foaming agent.

5. A low coefficient of friction bearing material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the di-sec-octyl phthalate is a plasticizer.

6. A low coefficient of friction bearing material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the nitrile rubber is common nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber or carboxyl nitrile rubber.

7. A low coefficient of friction bearing material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the self-lubricating agent is graphite.

Background
