Background

The traditional double-jacquard warp knitting cloth usually forms patterns on the warp knitting cloth through three forms of mesh weave, V weave and thick stable weave, wherein, when the patterns are formed by adopting the mesh weave, because meshes formed by two jacquard weaves can not coincide, the patterns are single, in addition, the patterns of the existing warp knitting cloth are usually only reflected on one side, so that the warp knitting cloth can only be used on one side, although the double-sided use of the warp knitting cloth can be realized by adjusting the materials of a surface layer, a bottom layer and a jacquard comb, the process is complex, and the cost is relatively high.

In view of the above, the applicant has made intensive studies on a warp knitting process based on a double-jacquard double-needle bed warp knitting machine, and has made the present invention.

Disclosure of Invention
