1. A slide rail, comprising:

a mounting plate fixedly connected to one of the fixed member and a sliding member sliding back and forth with respect to the fixed member;

the first guide piece is fixed on the mounting plate, is bent and formed, and forms a guide groove extending in the front-back direction with the mounting plate;

and the second guide piece is bent and formed, is fixedly connected with the other one of the fixed part and the sliding part, is provided with a limiting tongue which is bent and then extends into the guide groove, and can slide back and forth in the guide groove so as to realize the relative sliding of the second guide piece relative to the first guide piece and the mounting plate in the front and back direction.

2. The slide rail according to claim 1, wherein the first guide member is provided with two corresponding guide grooves and two corresponding limit tongues at intervals in the left-right direction, and the notches of the two guide grooves are arranged oppositely.

3. The slide rail according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first guide member and the mounting plate are each provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the slide member.

The slide rail according to claim 1 or 2, wherein one of the mounting plate and the second guide member is provided with two limiting protrusions, and the other is provided with one or two stopping protrusions which are in stopping fit with the limiting protrusions, so as to limit the sliding position of the sliding member relative to the fixed member in the front-rear direction.

10. The slide rail of claim 9 wherein the stop protrusion is integrally formed by bending the mounting plate and the stop protrusion is integrally formed by bending the second guide member.

The invention relates to a slide rail.

Background

The sliding rail is commonly applied to a device capable of bearing articles, is used for enabling two objects to slide relatively, and is mainly used for a drawer, a car seat or an electric cabinet.

The traditional slide rail that uses on the existing market mainly includes two kinds: one is that the supporting and fixing part adopts section bars or castings, grooves are arranged on the supporting and fixing part, and protrusions matched with the grooves are arranged on the sliding part, most of the supporting and fixing parts made of the section bars or castings need to be processed by molds, and the cost is high; the other is that a structure of steel balls or balls is adopted between the fixed part and the sliding part, and when the relative movement distance between the fixed part and the sliding part is longer, the number of the required steel balls or balls is larger, so that the number of slide rail parts is larger, and the cost of the whole slide rail is higher.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a slide rail to solve the technical problem that the slide rail in the prior art is high in cost.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the slide rail is as follows: the slide rail includes: a mounting plate fixedly connected to one of the fixed member and a sliding member sliding back and forth with respect to the fixed member; the first guide piece is fixed on the mounting plate, is bent and formed, and forms a guide groove extending in the front-back direction with the mounting plate; and the second guide piece is bent and formed, is fixedly connected with the other one of the fixed part and the sliding part, is provided with a limiting tongue which is bent and then extends into the guide groove, and can slide back and forth in the guide groove so as to realize the relative sliding of the second guide piece relative to the first guide piece and the mounting plate in the front and back direction.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sliding rail comprises the mounting plate and the first guide piece which are arranged in a split mode, and further comprises the second guide piece, the mounting plate and the first guide piece are arranged in a split mode, the first guide piece and the second guide piece are both formed in a bending mode, the structure is simple, die sinking processing is not needed, the cost of the whole sliding rail can be reduced, and the size miniaturization of the whole sliding rail can be guaranteed.

Furthermore, the first guide piece is provided with two corresponding intervals in the left and right direction, correspondingly the guide groove with spacing tongue all is provided with two, and the notch of two guide grooves is arranged relatively. The slide rail structure that above-mentioned structure set up can effectively avoid the spacing tongue of second guide to deviate from in the direction of a left side and right side orientation from the direction recess, and the structural stability of multiplicable second guide and first guide and mounting panel in the relative slip in-process.

The second guide piece is simple in structure and convenient to process and manufacture.

Furthermore, one of the mounting plate and the second guide member is provided with two limiting protrusions, and the other is provided with one or two stopping protrusions in stopping fit with the limiting protrusions, so that the sliding position of the sliding part relative to the fixed part is limited in the front-back direction. The arrangement of the limiting protrusion and the stopping protrusion can prevent the second guide part from being separated from the guide groove in the front-back direction.

Furthermore, the limiting protrusion is formed by integrally bending the mounting plate, and the stopping protrusion is formed by integrally bending the second guide piece. The limiting bulge and the stopping bulge formed by bending are convenient to process and manufacture.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Specific embodiment 1 of the slide rail of the present invention:

as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the slide rail includes a mounting plate 1 for fixedly connecting with a sliding component, and a first guide member 2 fixed on the mounting plate 1, the first guide member 2 is formed by bending a metal plate so that the first guide member 2 and the mounting plate 1 enclose a guide groove 4 extending in a front-back direction, the slide rail further includes a second guide member 10 for fixedly connecting with a fixed component, the second guide member 10 is also formed by bending a metal plate, and the second guide member 10 has a limit tongue extending into the guide groove 4 after being bent, and the limit tongue can slide back and forth in the guide groove 4 so as to realize relative sliding of the second guide member 10 in the front-back direction with respect to the first guide member 2 and the mounting plate 1. The sliding rail in the embodiment is used in an electric power cabinet, the fixed part is a cabinet body part of the electric power cabinet, the sliding part is an electric control board, and the sliding rail in the embodiment can realize the back and forth sliding of the electric control board relative to the cabinet body part in the front and back directions.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the mounting plate 1 and the first guide 2 are both arranged to extend in the front-rear direction, the mounting plate 1 is a metal plate with a rectangular structure, the two first guide 2 are provided and are arranged at a relative interval in the left-right direction, the notches of the two guide grooves 4 formed between the first guide 2 and the mounting plate 1 are arranged relatively, and the mounting plate 1 is provided with a countersunk rivet 3 for fixedly connecting the two first guides 2, so that the first guide 2 and the mounting plate 1 are fixedly assembled.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 6, and 7, the mounting plate 1 and the fixed bending plate 5 are provided with through holes 9 disposed correspondingly, so that the mounting plate 1 and the first guide 2 are both fixedly connected to the sliding component by rivets, and the rivet connection structure can avoid damaging the plastic coatings on the mounting plate 1 and the first guide 2, thereby helping to protect the appearances of the mounting plate 1 and the first guide 2, and also avoiding the deformation of the mounting plate 1 and the first guide 2, so that the guide groove 4 has better guidance.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the second guide 10 has a fixed side wall plate 11 which is away from the mounting plate 1 and is arranged in parallel with the mounting plate 1, a through hole 12 which is fixedly connected with a fixed component by a rivet is provided on the fixed side wall plate 11, two edges of the fixed side wall plate 11 in the left-right direction are bent toward the mounting plate 1 to form two vertical side wall plates 13 which are arranged perpendicular to the mounting plate 1, and the arrangement of the vertical side wall plates 13 can ensure that the fixed side wall plate 11 is arranged at an interval from the mounting plate 1. The second guide member 10 further has two sliding side wall plates 14 perpendicular to the vertical side wall plates 13 and extending outward relative to the second guide member 10 and extending into the corresponding guide grooves 4, the sliding side wall plates 14 can be guided and slid in the guide grooves 4 to slidably assemble the second guide member 10 with the guide grooves 4, and the sliding side wall plates 14 form limit tongues extending into the guide grooves 4 to perform a limit function to limit the second guide member 10 from coming out of the guide grooves 4.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the edge of the vertically bent plate 8 close to the mounting plate 1 is also provided with a thread guard 15 to reduce the wear on the vertically bent plate 8 and the sliding side wall plate 14, and also to help reduce the resistance to relative sliding between the first guide member 2 and the second guide member 10.

The wire protecting teeth 15 are fixed on the vertical bending plate 8 and the sliding side wall plate 14 through adhesives, and lubricating oil is coated on the wire protecting teeth 15, so that the relative sliding resistance between the first guide piece 2 and the mounting plate 1 and the second guide piece 10 is further reduced, and the relative sliding between the sliding part and the fixed part is smoother.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 8, the mounting plate 1 is provided with a limiting protrusion 16 bent toward the second guiding member 10 at both end portions and a middle portion in the length direction, and the corresponding second guiding member 10 is provided with a stopping protrusion 17 bent toward the mounting plate 1 at both end portions in the length direction, and the stopping protrusion 17 is matched with the limiting protrusion 16, so as to limit the relative sliding distance between the first guiding member 2 and the mounting plate 1 and the second guiding member 10, prevent the second guiding member 10 from being separated from the guiding groove 4 in the front-rear direction, and increase the stability of the whole sliding rail in the sliding process.

Compare with the slide rail that adopts mould processing and use ball structure among the prior art, the slide rail part quantity in this embodiment is less, and first guide 2 and second guide 10 are bent by the metal sheet and are formed, moreover, the steam generator is simple in structure, be convenient for processing and assembly, help reducing the cost of whole slide rail, compare among the prior art first guide 2 and the integrative roll-in fashioned structure of mounting panel 1 and compare, the structural style that components of a whole that can function independently set up between first guide 2 and the mounting panel 1 in this embodiment, can realize the miniaturization of slide rail structure size.

Specific embodiment 2 of the slide rail of the present invention:
