1. A mounting structure of a fabricated frame, comprising:

a transverse frame (1) disposed in a horizontal direction;

the vertical frames (2) are arranged on two sides of the transverse frame (1) and are perpendicular to the transverse frame (1), and two ends of the transverse frame (1) are connected with the vertical frames (2); along the length direction, the center of the vertical frame (2) is provided with a connecting hole (21); connecting grooves (22) are formed in the periphery of the vertical frame (2) along the width direction;

the supporting piece (3) comprises a supporting top (31), a connecting plate (32) and a connecting rod (33) which are sequentially connected, the supporting top (31) is connected with the wall top (6) and the ground (7), and the connecting rod (33) is connected with the connecting hole (21); the transverse frame (1) and the vertical frame (2) are both made of square steel; the outer diameter of the connecting plate (32) is larger than the aperture size of the connecting hole (21).

4. A mounting structure of a fabricated frame according to claim 3, wherein the screw (41) is provided along the circumference of the vertical frame (2) to enter from the coupling groove (22) and push against the coupling rod (33).

5. A mounting structure of a fabricated frame according to claim 3, wherein the clamping collar (42) is fitted over the connecting rod (33) and connected with the top of the vertical frame (2).

6. A mounting structure of a fabricated frame according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the side of the supporting top (31) is triangular.

7. A mounting structure of a fabricated frame according to claim 6, wherein the vertical frame (2) and the horizontal frame (1) are connected by a flange (51) and a bolt (52), the bolt (52) is disposed in the vertical frame (2), and the flange (52) is disposed in the horizontal frame (1).

8. A fabricated frame mounting structure according to claim 7, wherein the coupling hole (21) has an outer diameter of 7 mm.

9. A mounting structure of a fabricated frame according to claim 8, wherein the coupling groove (22) has a groove width of 8 mm.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a frame, and more particularly, to a mounting structure of an assembly type frame.

Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form.

With the development of the architectural decoration industry, the indoor decoration industry obtains remarkable results, but the decoration process is not integrally improved, and still stays on the traditional process. When the partition wall is installed, the traditional decoration process is applied, and the following defects are caused:

firstly, a large waste problem exists;

secondly, the construction period is long, the process is complicated, the workload is large, and construction waste is more;

thirdly, the later maintenance and repair are difficult to carry out after the construction, and the requirements of customers cannot be met;

and fourthly, the concept of practicability, environmental protection and energy conservation is not in accordance with the teaching advocated by modern urban people.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an installation structure of an assembly type frame, which saves decoration materials, is quick in construction, convenient to install and small in workload; the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, and the later maintenance is convenient; meanwhile, the method is more practical and accords with the green concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.

To this end, the present invention provides a mounting structure of a fabricated frame, comprising:

a transverse frame disposed in a horizontal direction;

the vertical frames are arranged on two sides of the transverse frame and are perpendicular to the transverse frame, and two ends of the transverse frame are connected with the vertical frames; along the length direction, the center of the vertical frame is provided with a connecting hole; connecting grooves are formed in the periphery of the vertical frame along the width direction;

the supporting piece comprises a supporting top, a connecting plate and a connecting rod which are sequentially connected, the supporting top is connected with the wall top and the ground, and the connecting rod is connected with the connecting hole; the transverse frame and the vertical frame are both made of square steel; the outer diameter of the connecting plate is larger than the aperture of the connecting hole.

Further, the assembled frame further comprises a fastener, and the fastener connects the support and the vertical frame.

Further, the fastener is a screw or a clamping collar.

Furthermore, the screws are arranged around the vertical frame and enter from the connecting grooves to tightly push the connecting rods.

the material has light weight, high density, high compression resistance, strong bearing capacity, no need of other complicated processes, simple assembly process, no material waste and environmental protection;

secondly, a dry operation construction method of prefabricating in a factory and directly assembling on site is realized, the whole construction process is simple, and the loss can be reduced to the minimum in the factory;

thirdly, the problems of material waste, complex process and more construction waste are solved;

fourthly, the wall thickness is reduced, the integral structure is easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be repeatedly used, and convenience is provided for future maintenance.
