As can be seen from the figure, the movable deicer body 1 of the movable deicer for removing ice from blast holes of the invention can be a vehicle (which can be called a deicing vehicle) or any other movable device, and the preferred embodiment is a vehicle, so that not only can the deicing operation be better performed, but also the deicing operation can be more convenient and effective in the transfer process, and the efficiency of the deicing operation can be increased. In the microwave heating system of the present invention, the microwave radiation rod 3 is installed at the end of the coaxial waveguide 2, so that the microwave radiation rod 3 can be inserted into the blast hole 13, which can ensure that the microwave radiation rod 3 is as close as possible to the ice 14 at the bottom of the blast hole 13, and the ice 14 can be melted by the microwave emitted from the microwave radiation rod 3. The ice 14 is melted into the water 12 by the microwave, a part of the water 12 can seep out through the blast hole 13, and a part of the water 12 can be accumulated in the blast hole 13, while the water pipe 16 of the water pumping system can be inserted into the blast hole 13 to pump the water 12 which does not seep out, so that the effective depth of the blast hole 13 can be ensured, the charging is convenient, and the blasting effect is improved.

The microwave power supply 10 is an air-cooled digital intelligent power supply module, increases external voltage and can provide stable voltage for the magnetron 6; the magnetron 6 is a single high-power magnetron, the magnetron 6 emits microwaves with frequencies of 915MHz and 2450MGHz, the microwaves with the two frequencies can ensure that the ice 14 in the blast hole 13 is melted into water 12, the two frequencies are different in penetration depth, and the microwaves with different frequencies can be selected according to the thickness of the ice 14. Microwaves of frequency 915MHz are preferred because microwaves of frequency 915MHz have a greater penetration depth than microwaves of frequency 2450MHz, and are more suitable for deicing the blast hole.

The rectangular waveguide 5 of the present invention is used for transmitting microwaves emitted from a magnetron. It should be noted here that a regular metal waveguide of rectangular cross section filled with an air medium is called a rectangular waveguide, which is generally made of a metal material (copper, aluminum, etc.), and transmits the microwave emitted from the magnetron 6.

The coaxial converter 4 in the microwave heating system is respectively connected with the rectangular waveguide 5 and the coaxial waveguide 2 to realize conversion between different waveguide tubes, so that the rectangular waveguide 5 is connected with the coaxial waveguide 2, and the ice can transmit microwaves into the coaxial waveguide 2 from the rectangular waveguide 5.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the microwave power supply 10 is electrically connected to the magnetron 6. The microwave power supply 10 is electrically connected to the magnetron 6 and is capable of supplying an electric power source to the entire microwave heating system.

It should be explained here that the circulator water load 7 of the present invention includes a circulator and a water load, the circulator prevents the reflected microwave from returning to the magnetron and the magnetron from being damaged; the water load is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the energy of the reflected microwaves is absorbed through the continuous flow of water. The power meter 8 is used for monitoring the forward power and the reverse power of the reflected microwave in real time so as to calculate the absorbed microwave energy. The three pins 9 arranged on the rectangular waveguide 5 can be used for adjusting the reflected power, so that the reflected power of the system reaches the minimum value, and the stability of the system is improved.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the movable deicer body 1 can be designed as a movable deicer, the movable deicer box 101 is a car body, and can be a square structure formed by welding stainless steel, and the car body is provided with doors at the front, back, left and right; the rollers 102 are running mechanisms, and may be four round wheels arranged below the vehicle body, and each wheel can realize 360-degree steering.

More preferably, a water pump 15 is arranged below the inside of the movable deicer box body 101, and an opening is arranged at the lower part of the movable deicer box body 101 and is suitable for a water pipe 16 or a water inlet of the water pump 15 to penetrate through.

The water pumping system comprises a water pump 15 and a water pipe 16, wherein the water pump 15 is arranged at the bottom of a movable deicing device box body 101 and used for providing power for the flow of water in a water load 7 of the circulator and pumping out water 12 formed after ice 14 in a blast hole 13 melts, and the water pipe 16 is a flexible water pipe and can be bent and folded, so that the water pumping system is convenient to use and store.

As a specific structure form of the present invention, the coaxial waveguide 2 is a detachable coaxial waveguide.

The movable deicing device for removing blast hole icing can effectively remove ice in the blast hole 13, release the icing space of the blast hole, greatly reduce the secondary penetration rate of the blast hole, improve the blasting effect and the production efficiency, and has the advantages of simple operation and no pollution.

The software involved in the invention adopts the prior art.
