A seamless splice comprising a first member (10) and a second member (20) that are spliced to each other, characterized in that: a first tenon (11) and a first mortise (12) which are as long as the end surfaces are arranged at one end of the first component (10) for connecting the second component (20), and a second tenon (21) and a second mortise (22) which are as long as the end surfaces are arranged at one end of the second component (20) for connecting the first component (10); the shape and structure of the first tenon (11) and the second tenon (21) are completely the same, and the shape and structure of the first mortise slot (12) and the second mortise slot (22) are completely the same; the mortise structure of the first mortise (12) and the second mortise (22) comprises a groove bottom and two groove walls, wherein one groove wall is a flat groove wall, the other groove wall is provided with a convex part, so that the whole mortise is formed into a structure with a wide inner part and a wide outer part and a narrow middle part, the tenon structures of the first tenon (11) and the second tenon (21) correspond to the mortise structure and comprise a top part and two outer walls, one of the two outer walls is a flat outer wall, and the other outer wall is provided with an inner concave part; the first member (10) and the second member (20) are pressed and spliced in a positive and negative symmetrical mode, the first tenon (11) is completely embedded into the second mortise slot (22), and the second tenon (21) is completely embedded into the first mortise slot (12).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plate splicing, in particular to a splicing piece.

Background

In the prior art, in order to manufacture splicing pieces of pure solid wood structures such as solid wood platens, solid wood doors and the like with large areas, a plurality of solid wood plates are usually bonded by strong glue, and then veneers are paved, or the solid wood plates are connected by a tenon-and-mortise structure and reinforced by strong glue. That is, the solid wood splice in the prior art inevitably uses industrial glue, which is obviously not environment-friendly enough.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a seamless splicing piece which is spliced only by using a mortise and tenon structure and does not need to be reinforced by adopting industrial viscose glue.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a seamless splicing piece comprises a first component and a second component which are spliced with each other, wherein a first tenon and a first mortise which are as long as the end surfaces are arranged at one end of the first component, which is used for connecting the second component, and a second tenon and a second mortise which are as long as the end surfaces are arranged at one end of the second component, which is used for connecting the first component; the shape structures of the first tenon and the second tenon are completely the same, and the shape structures of the first mortise slot and the second mortise slot are completely the same; the first mortise slot and the second mortise slot are both obliquely arranged U-shaped slots and comprise slot bottoms and two face slot walls, wherein one face is a flat slot wall, the other face slot wall is provided with a convex part, so that the whole U-shaped slot is of a structure with a wide inner part and a wide outer part and a narrow middle part, the tenon structures of the first tenon and the second tenon correspond to the structure of the U-shaped slot and comprise a top part and two outer walls, one of the outer walls is a flat outer wall, and the other outer wall is provided with an inner concave part; the first component and the second component are pressed and spliced in a positive and negative symmetrical mode, the first tenon is completely embedded into the second mortise, and the second tenon is completely embedded into the first mortise.

As an optimized technical scheme, the bottoms of the first mortise slot and the second mortise slot are arc bottoms, and the tops of the first tenon and the second tenon are arc tops.

According to the preferable technical scheme, the first tenon and the first mortise slot are positioned in the middle of the end face of the first component, and the flat slot wall of the first mortise slot is also the flat outer wall of the first tenon; the second tenon and the second mortise are positioned in the middle of the end face of the second component, and the leveling groove wall of the second mortise is also the leveling outer wall of the second tenon. The design ensures that the tenon and the mortise are interdependent in structure, and the structure is very ingenious and compact.

As an optimized technical scheme, the arc bottom of the first mortise slot and the arc top of the first tenon are connected through the flat slot wall/the flat outer wall to form an S shape, and the arc bottom of the second mortise slot and the arc top of the second tenon are connected through the flat slot wall/the flat outer wall to form an S shape.

Preferably, the first mortise slot and the second mortise slot are provided with a plurality of convex parts, and the cross-section lines of one slot wall are wavy lines; the cross-section lines that first tenon and second tenon all have a lateral wall are the wavy line, have a plurality of interior recesses. Preferably, the depth of the first mortise slot and the second mortise slot is slightly larger than the length of the first tenon and the length of the second tenon.
