Background

The gas storage and peak regulation system is a matched system which is necessary to adapt to the time imbalance of gas consumption of users and ensure stable gas supply, the LNG gas storage and peak regulation device is a main part of the gas storage and peak regulation system and is mainly used for storing LNG, and the volume of the LNG stored by the LNG gas storage and peak regulation device is generally 5000-100000 cubic meters. The LNG gas storage peak regulation device who uses at present is the big storage tank of tube-shape, and its structure includes: the bottom plate is formed by assembling and welding a plurality of flat steel plates, the barrel is formed by assembling and welding a plurality of arc-shaped steel plates, and the conical top cover is formed by assembling and welding a plurality of arc-shaped steel plates. The LNG gas storage peak regulation device has the following defects: the prefabricated arc-shaped steel plate and the prefabricated flat steel plate are welded and assembled on site manually, so that the installation is extremely inconvenient, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the installation efficiency is low.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the tank type LNG storage and peak shaving apparatus includes a plurality of stacked tanks 1, wherein adjacent tanks are detachably and fixedly connected together by means of locking bolts 2, each tank 1 is composed of a standard container frame 11 formed by surrounding bottom beams, vertical columns, and top beams, and a cryogenic liquid storage tank 12 welded and fixedly installed in the standard container frame 11, gas ports of the cryogenic liquid storage tanks 12 in each tank 1 are respectively communicated with a gas phase manifold 4 by means of a gas phase valve pipe group 3, and the gas phase valve pipe group 3 is a connecting pipe with a valve for communicating the gas ports of the cryogenic liquid storage tanks 12 with the gas phase manifold 4; the liquid inlet of the low-temperature liquid storage tank 12 in each tank 1 is respectively communicated with a liquid inlet valve pipe group 5 and a liquid inlet collecting pipe 6, and the liquid inlet valve pipe group 5 is a connecting pipe with a valve for communicating the liquid inlet of the low-temperature liquid storage tank 12 with the liquid inlet collecting pipe 6; the liquid outlets of the low-temperature liquid storage tanks 12 in each tank 1 are respectively communicated with a liquid outlet collecting pipe 8 through a liquid outlet valve pipe group 7, and the liquid outlet valve pipe group 7 is a connecting pipe with a valve for communicating the liquid outlets of the low-temperature liquid storage tanks 12 with the liquid outlet collecting pipe 8;

during installation, firstly, calculating the number of required tanks according to the volume of LNG to be stored, then stacking and arranging the prefabricated tanks together on a construction site, fixedly connecting the tanks 1 together through locking bolts 2, then respectively communicating gas phase ports of low-temperature liquid storage tanks 12 in the tanks 1 with a gas phase collecting pipe 4 through a gas phase valve pipe group 3, respectively communicating liquid inlet ports of the low-temperature liquid storage tanks 12 in the tanks 1 with a liquid inlet collecting pipe 6 through a liquid inlet valve pipe group 5, and respectively communicating liquid outlet ports of the low-temperature liquid storage tanks 12 in the tanks 1 with a liquid outlet collecting pipe 8 through a liquid outlet valve pipe group 7; then arranging a steel structure maintenance platform 9 which transversely spans the layer of tank left and right on one side of each layer of tank connected with the valve pipe group, wherein the steel structure maintenance platform 9 is fixedly connected with a standard container frame of the layer of tank through a plurality of locking bolts; and be provided with the cat ladder 10 that is convenient for the staff to climb to another floor steel construction maintenance platform from one floor steel construction maintenance platform between two adjacent steel construction maintenance platforms 9 from top to bottom, cat ladder 10 is also connected fixedly through a plurality of locking bolt and the standard container frame that corresponds the tank case to accomplish the equipment of gas storage peak regulation device.
