Background

The air conditioner is a household appliance which is widely applied, generally has heating and refrigerating functions, adjusts the temperature of indoor air when the ambient temperature is too low or too high, provides a proper indoor environment for users, and effectively improves the life quality of the users.

However, since the conventional air conditioner only circularly heats or cools indoor air during heating or cooling, and a user simultaneously closes a door of a living room to maintain the indoor temperature, the indoor air quality is gradually deteriorated over a long period of time, thereby causing adverse effects on the physical health of the user. Particularly, in recent years, the air pollution is increasingly serious, and people are reluctant to open windows for ventilation particularly in winter heating seasons, so that the indoor air quality is increasingly poor, the oxygen content is increasingly low, and the physical health is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fresh air cabinet type air conditioner indoor unit, which at least solves part of defects in the prior art.

A further object of the present invention is to improve the indoor air quality.

The invention also aims to simplify the internal structure of the indoor unit of the fresh air cabinet type air conditioner and reduce the cost.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is an overall front schematic block diagram of a fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of the entire rear portion of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 shown in fig. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of the interior of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit 10 of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner provided by the present invention includes a fresh air device 200 at the bottom end thereof, in addition to the indoor unit having the same appearance and performance as those of the prior art. Specifically, as will be understood from fig. 1 to 3, the indoor unit 10 includes a casing 100, at least one air supply assembly and a heat exchanger 130 are disposed inside the casing 100, and a casing air inlet 101 and at least one casing air outlet (102 or 103) are disposed on the casing 100. Indoor air is introduced into the indoor unit 10 from the casing air inlet 101 through any air supply assembly, and is subjected to heat exchange (refrigeration or heating) through the heat exchanger 130, and then the air subjected to heat exchange is introduced into the room from the casing air outlet (102 or 103), and the circulation is performed, so that the temperature of the indoor air is adjusted when the ambient temperature is too low or too high, the preset temperature of a user is reached, a suitable indoor environment is provided for the user, and the life quality of the user is effectively improved.

Furthermore, at least one air supply assembly is configured to suck outdoor fresh air exhausted by the fresh air device 200 from the casing 100 and then exhaust the fresh air from the casing air outlet (102 or 103), so as to complete the transportation of the outdoor fresh air from the outdoor to the indoor.

Specifically, at least one air supply assembly is disposed in the cabinet 100, wherein preferably, the at least one air supply assembly includes a first air supply assembly 110 and a second air supply assembly 120, and the second air supply assembly 120 is disposed below the first air supply assembly 110. Each of the first and second air supply assemblies 110 and 120 includes a centrifugal fan (111, 121) and a volute (112, 122) disposed outside the centrifugal fan, and the centrifugal fan (111, 121) is configured to suck indoor air from the cabinet air inlet 101 and cause the air to be re-supplied to the indoor environment through the cabinet air outlet (102 or 103).

The heat exchanger 130 is disposed on the main air intake duct between the volutes (112, 122) of the centrifugal fan and the housing air intake 101, so that the indoor air entering through the housing air intake 101 exchanges heat with the heat exchanger 130.

The at least one housing outlet (102 or 103) includes a top outlet 102 and a lower outlet 103, wherein the top outlet 102 corresponds to the outlet of the volute 112 of the first air supply assembly 110, and the lower outlet 103 corresponds to the outlet of the volute 122 of the second air supply assembly 120. The first and second air supply assemblies 110 and 120 are configured to promote the air to be conveyed from the main air duct after being heat exchanged by the heat exchanger 130, and finally to flow to the indoor environment through the top air outlet 102 and the lower air outlet 103, respectively.

In an exemplary embodiment, fig. 4 is a schematic gas flow diagram of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 shown in fig. 3; in fig. 4, the arrows show the schematic gas flow of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 (the thick arrows represent the flow direction of indoor air, and the thin arrows represent the flow direction of outdoor fresh air), and the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 can be operated simultaneously or independently.

When the first air supply assembly 110 or the second air supply assembly 120 operates alone, indoor air is sucked into the indoor unit 10 from the casing air inlet 101, and after outdoor fresh air is sucked into the indoor unit 10 from the fresh air device 200, the first air supply assembly 110 or the second air supply assembly 120 sends the indoor air and the outdoor fresh air to the indoor space through the top air outlet 102 or the lower air outlet 103, so that air circulation flow is completed. In this case, the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 of the present invention has a small difference in ventilation air volume and a small change in operation capacity compared to the cabinet air conditioners of the prior art, but can deliver outdoor fresh air to the room, update indoor air in real time, and keep the indoor air fresh.

When the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 operate simultaneously, the centrifugal fans (111, 121) work together to respectively supply indoor air and outdoor air to the indoor space through the top air outlet 102 or the lower air outlet 103, thereby completing air circulation. Under the condition that the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 operate simultaneously, compared with a cabinet air conditioner in the prior art, the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 provided by the invention can realize up-and-down air supply, the air supply quantity is large, the air exchange capacity of the indoor unit 10 is increased, on the basis of increasing the air exchange quantity, outdoor fresh air is sent into the indoor unit 10 by the fresh air device 200, further, the indoor unit 10 has enough power to send the fresh air into the room, more outdoor fresh air is sent into the room, indoor air can be updated quickly, and the quality of the indoor air is improved more effectively and timely.

In the above embodiment, the fresh air device 200 of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 has the following specific structure:

FIG. 5 is a schematic block diagram of the fresh air device 200 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3; the fresh air device 200 is disposed below the air supply assembly, specifically, below the second air supply assembly 120.

The fresh air device 200 includes an air intake module 210 and a fan module 220, specifically, in this embodiment, the fan module 220 is disposed above the air intake module 210, the air intake module 210 and the fan module 220 are distributed up and down inside the casing 100, and the air intake module 210 and the fan module 220 are communicated up and down.

Further, it is understood that the distribution positions of the air intake module 210 and the fan module 220 may be various, such as longitudinal left and right distribution, and in the present invention, the distribution is preferably up and down, for the specific reason described in detail later.

Specifically, the air intake module 210 defines an air intake cavity 211 therein, and the air intake cavity 211 is connected to a fresh air intake pipe 212 leading to the outside. Outdoor fresh air enters the air inlet cavity 211 from the fresh air inlet pipe 212 under the action of the fan module 220.

The fan module 220 includes a supply air chamber 221, a fresh air fan 222, and a volute 223. The fresh air fan 222 is specifically a centrifugal fan, the air supply cavity 221 is communicated with the air inlet cavity 211, the centrifugal fan is located on one side of the air supply cavity 221 close to the casing air inlet 101, and the volute 223 is arranged outside the fresh air fan 222. The air inlet of the volute 223 of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the air inlet cavity 211, and the air outlet 202 of the centrifugal fan faces the top of the machine shell 100, so that more air is directly conveyed to the air inlet of the volute 223 of the air supply assembly; the centrifugal fan is configured to suck fresh air from the outside through the air inlet chamber 211 and discharge the fresh air from the air outlet 202 of the scroll casing 223 to the inside of the cabinet 100.

The fresh air device 200 is selectively installed on the side close to the casing air inlet 101 of the indoor unit 10 as soon as possible, so that more fresh air from the outside is mixed with the indoor air and then sent into the room again, and the air sent into the room is cool but not hot, and is supplied with air gently.

After the outdoor fresh air is sent to the interior of the casing 100 by the fan module 220, the first air supply assembly 110 and/or the second air supply assembly 120 are sent to the indoor from the top air outlet 102 and the lower air outlet 103 respectively so as to send the fresh outdoor fresh air to the indoor, increase the oxygen content of the air in the closed room and effectively reduce the probability of air conditioning diseases of users.

In some preferred embodiments, the rotation axes of the centrifugal fans (111, 121) of the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 are parallel; and the rotation axis of the fresh air fan 222 is perpendicular to the rotation axes of the centrifugal fans (111, 121) of the first and second air supply assemblies 110, 120. The rotation axes of the centrifugal fans (111, 121) of the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 are parallel, so that the noise of the indoor unit 10 is reduced, and the user experience is improved. The distribution of the fresh air fans 222, the rotation axis of which can be perpendicular to the vertical plane or the plane on which the rotation axes of the centrifugal fans (111, 121) of the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 are located, is mainly to longitudinally arrange the centrifugal fans (111, 121) so as to save the internal space of the cabinet 100. In the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation axis of the fresh air fan 222 is perpendicular to the vertical plane of the rotation axes of the centrifugal fans (111, 121) of the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120.

Further, the radiuses of the impellers of the centrifugal fans (111, 121) of the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 may be the same or different, and the air supply capacities of the first air supply assembly 110 and the second air supply assembly 120 are not required, and may be the same or different. The second air supply assembly 120 may be an alternative air supply assembly, when the air conditioner is started up in an initial stage, the indoor temperature needs to be quickly lowered or raised, a large air volume circulation is needed, the second air supply assembly 120 may be turned on to increase the air volume of the indoor unit 10, so that the indoor temperature quickly reaches the preset temperature of the user, when the indoor temperature is stable, the second air supply assembly 120 may not be operated, and only the first air supply assembly 110 is operated to maintain the indoor temperature stable, so that the air supply capacity of the second air supply assembly 120 is not required to be the same as the air supply capacity of the first air supply assembly 110.

As mentioned above, the air intake module 210 and the fan module 220 of the fresh air device 200 of the present invention are distributed vertically, so as to utilize the space inside the enclosure 100 more reasonably. Specifically, the fresh air cabinet air conditioner indoor unit 10 further includes an electrical box 140, as shown in fig. 3, the electrical box 140 is disposed at the upper portion of the fresh air device 200, and in order to effectively utilize the limited space inside the casing 100 of the indoor unit 10, the upper portion of the air supply cavity 221 includes a horizontal section 221a extending backward from the front portion of the casing 100 and an inclined section 221b extending along the horizontal section 221a and continuously inclining upward toward the air outlet 202 of the volute 223 of the fresh air blower 222; the electrical box 140 is located on the inclined section 221 b.

Generally, the electrical boxes 140 are laterally distributed inside the cabinet 100, however, in the present invention, the electrical boxes 140 are creatively and obliquely arranged and fixedly installed on the oblique section 221b of the air supply cavity 221 of the fresh air device 200, the air supply cavity 221 further plays a role of a bracket, which reduces the original fixing structure of the electrical boxes 140, and makes more space inside the cabinet 100 used for air circulation, therefore, the fresh air cabinet type air conditioner indoor unit 10 provided by the present invention not only has enough power to drive the outdoor fresh air to flow, but also has enough space to make the outdoor fresh air enter the indoor unit 10.

Moreover, the electrical box 140 is obliquely arranged, the interior of the electrical box 140 faces the front part of the shell 100, and the wiring groove of the electrical box 140 is close to the front upright post of the cabinet air conditioner, so that the wiring and the arranging are convenient to maintain, the production efficiency of a production line is improved, and the inspection and the maintenance of after-sales personnel are also convenient.

As for the fresh air device 200, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the fresh air device 200 of another embodiment shown in fig. 3, and the fresh air device 200 of this embodiment can be applied to the fresh air cabinet type air conditioner indoor unit 10 of the above embodiments.

In this embodiment, the fresh air device 200 further includes an air deflector 213, the air deflector 213 is disposed opposite to the air inlet 201 of the air inlet cavity 211, and the air deflector 213 longitudinally partitions the air inlet cavity 211 into a first air inlet cavity 211a and a second air inlet cavity 211 b; a gap is formed between the bottom end of the air deflector 213 and the bottom of the air inlet cavity 211; after entering the first air inlet cavity 211a, the fresh outdoor air changes the flow direction through the air guide plate 213 and enters the second air inlet cavity 211b through the gap.

Specifically, the air deflector 213 is on the same vertical plane with the rear wall of the blowing cavity 221; the rear wall of the blowing chamber 221 extends vertically downward to obtain the air deflection plate 213. The air deflector 213 can be formed with the air inlet cavity 211 and the air supply cavity 221 of the fresh air device 200 during the manufacturing process, so that the manufacturing process is simplified and convenient.

The air deflector 213 plays two roles in this embodiment, one is to play a role in shielding dust, so as to prevent dust in outdoor fresh air from being directly sucked into the fresh air fan 222 by the fresh air device 200 and damaging the blades of the fresh air fan; secondly, the centrifugal dust settling effect is achieved, outdoor fresh air enters the air inlet cavity 211 from the fresh air inlet pipe 212 under the action of the air deflector 213, the flowing direction is changed to form annular circulating inlet air, large granular substances can be thrown out under the centrifugal effect of the annular inlet air, the large granular substances are prevented from entering the fresh air fan 222, and the two effects jointly guarantee the effect of fresh air exchange.

In the fresh air device 200 in each of the above embodiments, the air inlet cavity 211 is provided with a purification module on a side close to the air supply cavity 221 for purifying the outdoor fresh air delivered indoors. The purification module adopts a strong electric field dielectric medium technology to purify air delivered to a room. Specifically, this purification module is IFD purifier, and IFD is a dust removal technique, for the most advanced among the present dust removal technique, the most efficient technique, the actual effect is extremely strong. A strong electric field with a dielectric material as a carrier is utilized. The dielectric material forms a honeycomb hollow micro-channel, the dielectric wrapping electrode slice forms a strong electric field in the channel, the strong electric field exerts huge attraction on charged particles moving in the air, only generates minimum air flow impedance, and can adsorb almost 100% of particles moving in the air, and the removal effect on particle pollutants such as PM2.5 and the like is particularly obvious. Adopt above-mentioned purification module, can reduce PM2.5 granule in the air by a wide margin in the weather that the haze was abused, effectively improve the quality of sending into indoor outdoor air.

The purification module can also adopt HEPA for filtration, and HEPA is high-efficiency filter paper and can filter 99% of fine particles in air, so that the air output by the fan module 220 is ensured to be clean, and secondary pollution is avoided.

In addition, the filter screen is detachably installed at the air inlet of the fresh air inlet pipe 212, so that dust or mosquitoes can be prevented from entering the fresh air device 200 to pollute or destroy the internal structure of the fresh air device 200, and the quality of fresh air exchanged by the fresh air device 200 is prevented from being reduced.

In the fresh air device 200, the filter screen and the purification device are arranged, so that fresh air entering a room can be purified, especially, the air pollution is increasingly aggravated at present, the purified air is sent into the room, the quality of the indoor air is improved, and the harm of the polluted air to the body is reduced.

The fresh air device 200 in each of the above embodiments can be operated independently of the heating or cooling operation of the indoor unit 10, and can also be operated synchronously with the heating and cooling operation of the indoor unit 10.

In the indoor unit 10 of the fresh air cabinet air conditioner of the present invention, the fresh air device 200 may be installed inside the indoor unit 10, integrated with the indoor unit 10, or installed outside the indoor unit 10. No matter the installation state of any form, all can reduce the cost of using the new trend system among the prior art by a wide margin, and the noise is low, has better user experience.
