Background

The high-voltage isolating switch device of the refining furnace comprises a vacuum circuit breaker, a transformer chamber high-voltage isolating switch and a transformer chamber grounding switch. Under the production condition, high-voltage isolating switches in the transformer room are all in a closed state, and grounding switches are all in a breaking state. Under the condition of normal switching-on and switching-off operation, the vacuum circuit breaker is electrically controlled and operated to act by a remote operation room. And the high-voltage isolating switch and the grounding switch of the transformer chamber need to be manually operated on site to switch on and off. When the maintenance work of the refining furnace or the electrode replacement operation is carried out, the high-voltage brake needs to be opened to ensure the work safety, at the moment, the vacuum circuit breaker must be opened to break the load firstly, and simultaneously, the high-voltage isolating switch in the transformer chamber with the load broken is disconnected on site, and the grounding switch is turned to the grounding position to prevent the personnel from carrying the load to operate.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a safe operation system and a method, which have the advantages of simple manufacture, clear operation steps, safety and effectiveness.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a safe operation system comprises an operation platform, a programmable logic controller, an electric cabinet and a high-voltage isolating switch device, wherein the operation platform is provided with a control button, a high-voltage operation-allowable bit key switch and a high-voltage operation-forbidden bit key switch which are used for interlocking, the operation platform is electrically connected with the programmable logic controller, the programmable logic controller is electrically connected with the electric cabinet, the electric cabinet is provided with a button for controlling the high-voltage switch to be separated and switched on, a switch-on-allowable bit key switch and a switch-off-allowable bit key switch which are used for interlocking, and the electric cabinet is electrically connected with the high-voltage isolating switch device.

By adopting the technical scheme, the hidden danger of arc discharge and short circuit accidents when the high-voltage isolating switch is operated under load is effectively avoided by utilizing the mutual interlocking of the two key switches.

In one embodiment: the high-voltage isolating switch device comprises a vacuum circuit breaker for controlling and protecting electrical equipment, a high-voltage isolating switch for isolating and a grounding switch for grounding, wherein the vacuum circuit breaker is electrically connected with the high-voltage isolating switch, and the high-voltage isolating switch is electrically connected with the grounding switch.

when power is transmitted, the high-voltage isolating switch is switched on in the transformer room, the two-position key switch for operating the electric cabinet of the high-voltage isolating switch is screwed to the allowable switching-on position, the key is taken down and returned to the remote operation room, then the two-position key switch of the operation table body device is screwed to the high-voltage allowable operation position, and normal production is recovered.

A safety system is shown in figure 1 and comprises an operation platform 1, a programmable logic controller 2, an electric cabinet 3 and a high-voltage isolating switch device 4, wherein the operation platform 1 is provided with a control button 10, a high-voltage permission operation position 7 key switch and a high-voltage prohibition operation position 6 key switch which are used for interlocking, the operation platform 1 is electrically connected with the programmable logic controller 2, the programmable logic controller 2 is electrically connected with the electric cabinet 3, the electric cabinet 3 is provided with a button used for controlling the high-voltage switch to be separated and closed, an allowable closing position 8 key switch and an allowable opening position 9 key switch which are used for interlocking, and the electric cabinet 3 is electrically connected with the high-voltage isolating switch device 4.

when power is transmitted, the high-voltage isolating switch is switched on in the transformer room, the two-position key switch for operating the electric cabinet 3 of the high-voltage isolating switch is screwed to the allowable switching-on position 8, the key is taken down and returned to the remote operation room, then the two-position key switch of the device of the operation table 1 is screwed to the high-voltage allowable operation position 7, and normal production is recovered.

And the two interlocking signals are connected into a PLC program and are linked with a vacuum circuit breaker closing permission condition program for locking control.
