Background

An example of an air blowing device capable of trapping insects is described in japanese patent laid-open No. 2016-208935 (patent document 1). The air blower includes an insect catching part disposed on an inner surface of the cover member. The insect catching part comprises an insect catching sheet with adhesive arranged on the surface.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

The adhesive disposed on the insect-catching sheet may deteriorate with time. In addition, in the case of use in an environment where there is much dust, dirt, and the like, there is a case where the life of the insect-catching sheet capable of catching insects is greatly shortened because the dust, dirt, and the like adhere to the insect-catching sheet.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a blowing device capable of avoiding a phenomenon in which a portion exhibiting insect-catching performance is prematurely deteriorated due to the influence of dust, dirt, or the like.

Means for solving the problems

In order to achieve the above object, an air blowing device according to the present invention includes: a housing having an inflow port and an outflow port; a blower fan disposed in the housing; a cover member that is detachably attached to the housing so as to cover the inflow port, the cover member being spaced apart from the inflow port; and a filter configured to block the inflow port and to allow air to pass therethrough. When a space surrounded by the filter and the cover member is referred to as a first space, the cover member has an air inlet port facing the first space, and the mesh member is disposed in the first space.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, insects sucked into the first space are killed by hitting a net member or the like in the first space, or are deprived of a moving force even if they are not killed immediately, thereby increasing the probability of being caught. The net member used in this way does not require an adhesive, so that an air blowing device can be realized in which a portion exhibiting insect catching performance can be prevented from being prematurely deteriorated due to the influence of dust, dirt, or the like.

Detailed Description

(first embodiment)

An air blowing device 101 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2. The external appearance of the air blowing device 101 is shown in fig. 1. The blower 101 includes a casing 1 and a cover member 2 mounted on one side of the casing 1. In this example, the housing 1 is provided with an operation panel 3 at an upper portion on the front side. The cover member 2 is detachably attached to the back surface side of the case 1. Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of air blowing device 101. In fig. 2, the air flow is indicated by white arrows. The air entering from the inlet 11 passes through the filter 4, then passes through the HEPA filter (high efficiency filter) 6, and is discharged to the outside from the outlet 12.

The air blowing device 101 of the present embodiment includes: a casing 1 having an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12; a blower fan 5 disposed inside the casing 1; and a cover member 2 which is detachably attached to the case 1 and covers the inlet port 11 while being spaced apart from the inlet port 11, and which is disposed so as to block the inlet port 11 and allow air to pass therethrough. The filter 4 is also referred to as a pre-filter. When the space surrounded by the filter 4 and the cover member 2 is referred to as a first space 20, the cover member 2 has an air inlet 13 facing the first space 20. The net member 15 is disposed in the first space 20.

Here, the mesh member 15 is supported on the back surface side of the case 1. The mesh member 15 is disposed in parallel with the filter 4. The mesh member 15 is disposed to be spaced apart from the filter 45.

When an ion generator (not shown) is provided at an arbitrary position in the housing 1, some kind of ions may be generated in the air. The configuration of the blower fan 5 shown here is merely an example for convenience of explanation, and is not limited to this configuration.

In the present embodiment, since the net member 15 is disposed in the first space 20, the insects sucked into the first space 20 from the suction port 13 collide with the net member 15 in the first space 20 and die, or even if they do not die immediately, the insects are deprived of the moving force, thereby increasing the probability of being caught. The mesh member 15 need not be provided with adhesiveness.

In the blower 101 of the present embodiment, since the net member 15 does not need to have adhesiveness, even when used in an environment with a large amount of dust, or the like, a portion exhibiting insect catching performance can be prevented from being prematurely deteriorated due to the influence of the dust, or the like.

As shown in fig. 2, the cover member 2 includes a plate-like portion 21 so as to face the inflow port 11, and the net member 15 is preferably disposed so as to include a portion spaced apart from the plate-like portion 21. By adopting this configuration, insects entering the first space 20 can easily enter between the plate-like portion 21 and the net member 15, and therefore insects can be effectively weakened and the trapping efficiency can be improved.

The net member 15 preferably contains an insecticidal composition. The insecticidal composition may be applied only to the surface of the fibers of the net member 15, but may also be contained not only on the surface of the fibers of the net member 15 but even inside the fibers. Since the net member 15 contains the insecticidal composition, insects can be effectively killed or weakened, and the capturing efficiency can be improved. The net member 15 containing the insecticidal composition can be realized by a known technique. The net member 15 preferably contains an insecticidal component, and is also applicable to other embodiments described below.

The "insect" described herein may be, for example, a mosquito, or a small fly, a fly, or the like. Examples of the mosquitoes include culex pipiens, aedes albopictus, and culex subjuglandis. Examples of the fly include drosophila melanogaster, mothfly, and costmedfly. However, the kind of the insect is not limited to these.

The color of the mesh member 15 is preferably dark. The net member 15 is preferably black.

(second embodiment)

Referring to fig. 3, an air blowing device 102 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the blower device 102, the net member 15 is supported by the cover member 2. The other configurations are the same as those described in the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In the present embodiment, since the net member 15 is supported by the cover member 2, the net member 15 can be removed together with the cover member 2 when the cover member 2 is removed from the housing 1. Therefore, in the present embodiment, maintenance of the mesh member 15 is easily performed.

(third embodiment)

Referring to fig. 4, an air blowing device 103 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the blower device 103, the mesh member 15 is supported by the casing 1 so as to be adjacent to the filter 4. The other configurations are the same as those described in the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In the present embodiment, since the mesh member 15 is adjacent to the filter 4, the mesh member 15 can be easily provided even when the first space 20 is narrow.

(fourth embodiment)

Referring to fig. 5, an air blowing device 104 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the blower 104, the mesh member 15 is supported by the cover member 2 so as to be adjacent to the cover member 2. The other configurations are the same as those described in the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In the present embodiment, since the net member 15 is adjacent to the lid member 2, the net member 15 can be easily installed even when the first space 20 is narrow.

(fifth embodiment)

With reference to fig. 6 to 7, an air blowing device 105 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described. The blower device 105 includes a tray 7 for receiving the dropped object below the first space 20. The tray 7 is removed separately as shown in fig. 7. The other configurations are the same as those described in the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, since the tray 7 for receiving the dropped insects is provided below the first space 20, the insects which have died or weakened and dropped in the first space 20 are received by the tray 7. It is convenient for the user since the corpse of the bugs, etc. can be collectively collected and discarded through the tray 7. Since the dropped insects are caught by the tray 7, the corpses of the insects can be prevented from scattering on the floor.

Fig. 8 shows an example of the sheet 8. The sheet 8 is rectangular. The broken line in fig. 7 indicates a line at which the sheet 8 should be folded. Fig. 9 shows an example of folding the sheet 8 into a container shape. In the present embodiment, the sheet 8 is disposed so as to cover the inner surface of the tray 7, and the sheet 8 is preferably detachable from the tray 7 and disposable. The folding method of the sheet 8 may be a method as shown in fig. 10. In the case of performing folding as shown in fig. 10, the folded-out portions of the sheets along the long sides may be provided so as to cover the side walls of the tray.

Instead of the tray 7 shown in fig. 7, a tray 7i like that shown in fig. 11 may be used. In the tray 7, four sides all have standing side walls, but in the tray 7i, only one of the four sides has no side wall. In the case of using the tray 7i, when the sheet 8 folded in a container shape is removed, even if the tray 7i itself is not pulled out, the sheet 8 can be pulled out only to the side from the side having no side wall.

Fig. 12 shows an example of a partial sectional view in a state where the sheet 8 is loaded on the tray 7. The adhesive 16 is preferably disposed on the surface of the sheet 8 opposite the tray 7. By disposing the adhesive 16 in this manner, the fallen insects and the like can be fixed by the adhesive 16. Therefore, the dropped object can be prevented from flying upward again.

Further, the above embodiments may be appropriately combined.

The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative and not restrictive in all respects. The scope of the present invention is indicated by the scope of the claims, and includes all modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the claims.
