Technical Field

The present invention relates to an electric fishing reel.

Background

The electric reel winds up a fishing line by driving a spool around which the fishing line is wound by a motor. The output of the motor is adjusted by operating an output adjustment member provided to the reel unit. For example, in the electric reel disclosed in patent document 1, the output adjustment member is configured as a pressing operation portion having a pressure sensor, and the output of the motor is increased or decreased in response to (in accordance with) the pressing force with which the pressing operation portion is pressed. The electric reel may be configured to be wound up by a handle (handle) provided in the reel unit.

Disclosure of Invention

[ technical problem to be solved by the invention ]

In a dual-bearing reel (dual-bearing reel) including an electric reel, a case where a reel unit is held together with a fishing rod by a hand on the opposite side to a hand for operating a handle is generally called a "grip" (gripping). In the above-described electric reel, the pressing operation portion is provided at an upper portion of the reel unit, and when the pressing operation portion is pressed with a strong force by a thumb of a hand for carrying out a wrapping operation, the force for carrying out the pressing may act on the reel unit, thereby causing the wrapping operation to be unstable. In particular, when the pressing operation portion is disposed to be offset laterally with respect to the axis of the fishing rod, the grip is likely to be unstable.

The technical problem of the invention is to prevent unstable holding of an electric fishing reel in response to pressing force to change motor output.

[ technical means for solving problems ]

(1) The electric reel according to an aspect of the present invention is capable of releasing a fishing line forward, and a spool around which the fishing line is wound is driven by a motor. The electric reel includes a reel unit, a handle, a pressing operation unit, a motor control unit, and a finger grip. The reel unit has a 1 st side plate and a 2 nd side plate disposed at a distance from the 1 st side plate in the left-right direction. The handle is rotatably supported by the reel unit on the 1 st side plate side of the reel unit. The pressing operation part is arranged on the upper part of the fishing line reel body. The motor control unit controls the output of the motor in response to the pressing force applied to the pressing operation unit. The finger grip is provided at a lower front portion of the reel unit on the 2 nd-side plate side.

In the electric reel, the index finger or middle finger of the hand to be gripped can be held (gripped) in a state of being placed on the finger-holding portion. Therefore, when the pushing operation portion is pushed by the thumb of the hand to be wrapped, the force for pushing the pushing operation portion can be supported by the finger placed on the finger grip portion, and therefore the pushing operation portion can be pushed with a strong force even in the wrapped state. That is, even if the pressing operation portion is pressed with a strong force, the pressing force can be supported by the fingers placed on the finger grip portion, and therefore, the instability of the grip can be suppressed.

(2) Preferably, the finger grip portion is integrally formed on the 2 nd side plate so as to protrude downward from the 2 nd side plate. In this case, the number of components can be reduced, and when the pressing operation portion is pressed forward, the force for moving the reel unit forward can be supported by the fingers placed on the finger grip.

(3) Preferably, the finger grip protrudes downward from a rear lower portion of the reel unit on the 2 nd-side plate side. In this case, the wrapping is easy, and the fingers of the hand to be wrapped are easy to place on the finger grip portion.

(4) Preferably, the finger grip portion extends in the vertical direction and is inclined rearward as it extends downward from above. In this case, the force for moving the reel unit when the pressing operation portion is pressed downward can be supported by the finger placed on the finger grip portion.

(5) Preferably, the reel unit further includes a connector (connector) portion provided at a lower portion of the 1 st side plate of the reel unit and to which a power supply line for supplying electric power is connected, and the grip portion is thinner in the left-right direction than the connector portion. In this case, for example, the tip of the index finger or middle finger of the hand to be gripped easily touches the fishing rod, as compared with the case where the connector portion also serves as the finger grip portion.

(6) Preferably, the pressing operation portion is disposed at a position offset toward the 2 nd side plate of the reel unit. In this case, the pressing operation portion can be easily operated with the thumb of the hand to be gripped.

(7) Preferably, the seesaw switch further includes a seeslow switch (i.e., a rocker switch) biased to a neutral position, the pressing operation portion includes a 1 st pressing portion and a 2 nd pressing portion adjacent to the 1 st pressing portion, and the 1 st pressing portion and the 2 nd pressing portion are disposed in the seesaw switch and pressed by the seesaw switch. In this case, for example, feedback (feedback) on the sense when the pressing operation portion is operated a plurality of times discontinuously is easily obtained.

[ Effect of the invention ]

According to the present invention, in the electric reel that changes the output of the motor in response to the pressing force, the unstable grip of the reel can be suppressed.

The plurality of coupling portions 6c extend in the left-right direction and couple the 1 st side plate 6a and the 2 nd side plate 6 b. The rod attachment portion 6d is a portion to which the fishing rod 10 is attached, and is formed at a lower portion of the frame 6 so as to extend in the front-rear direction at a substantially intermediate position between the 1 st side plate 6a and the 2 nd side plate 6 b.

A counter case (counter case)11 fixed to the 1 st side plate 6a and the 2 nd side plate 6b is provided at an upper portion of the reel unit 2. The counter case 11 is provided with a display unit 12 for displaying the depth of water, an operation switch 13 and a push operation unit 14 used for various settings of the electric reel 100, and the like. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a control unit 15 for performing various controls of the electric reel 100 is housed in the counter case 11.

As shown in fig. 5, the control unit 15 includes a motor control unit 16 and a display control unit 17 as functional components, wherein the motor control unit 16 controls the motor 4; the display control unit 17 controls the display unit 12.

The control unit 15 is connected to a display unit 12, an operation switch 13, a push operation unit 14, a bobbin sensor 18 for detecting the rotational speed and rotational direction of the bobbin 3, and a motor drive circuit 19 for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) driving the motor 4. The motor drive circuit 19 controls the driving of the motor 4 in response to the pressing operation of the pressing operation portion 14.

The spool 3 is a member around which a fishing line is wound, and is rotatably supported by the reel unit 2 between the 1 st side plate 6a and the 2 nd side plate 6 b.

The motor 4 is provided inside the reel unit 2. The motor 4 is PWM-controlled by a motor control unit 16, and drives the spool 3 to rotate in the winding direction in response to the pressing operation of the pressing operation unit 14.

The handle 5 is rotatably provided on the 1 st side cover 7 side of the reel unit 2.

As shown in fig. 1, the pressing operation portion 14 is provided at an upper portion of the reel unit 2. More specifically, the pressing operation unit 14 is disposed behind the display unit 12 of the counter case 11 at a position offset toward the 2 nd side plate 6b of the reel unit 2. As shown in fig. 2, the pressing operation portion 14 is disposed offset in the left-right direction with respect to the axis O of the fishing rod 10. In the present embodiment, the pressing operation portion 14 is disposed offset to the 2 nd side plate 6b side of the reel unit 2 with respect to the axis O of the fishing rod 10 in the left-right direction, that is, offset to the side opposite to the handle 5 in the left-right direction.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pressing operation portion 14 includes a 1 st pressing portion 21 and a 2 nd pressing portion 22. In the present embodiment, the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 are disposed in a seesaw switch 26, and the seesaw switch 26 is provided in the counter case 11. That is, in the present embodiment, the pressing operation portion 14 is configured as a seesaw switch 26, and the 1 st pressing portion 21 and the 2 nd pressing portion 22 thereof are pressed by the seesaw switch 26. The seesaw switch 26 extends in the front-rear direction, and is swingably supported by the counter case 11 via a swing shaft, not shown, provided in the counter case 11 and extending in the left-right direction. The seesaw switch 26 can swing substantially vertically with respect to the reel unit 2. The seesaw switch 26 is urged to an intermediate position (neutral position) as shown in fig. 6.

The upper surface of the seesaw switch 26 is formed of an arc-shaped curved surface. Specifically, the seesaw switch 26 has an intermediate portion 26a, a 1 st upper surface portion 26b, and a 2 nd upper surface portion 26 c. The intermediate portion 26a is provided at an intermediate position of the seesaw switch 26 in the front-rear direction, and smoothly connects the 1 st upper surface portion 26b and the 2 nd upper surface portion 26 c.

The 1 st upper surface portion 26b extends forward from the intermediate portion 26a and is disposed above the 1 st pressing portion 21. By pressing the 1 st upper surface portion 26b, the 1 st pressing portion 21 is pressed. The 1 st upper surface portion 26b is configured to: when the seesaw switch 26 is at the intermediate position, it is inclined upward as it extends forward from the intermediate portion 26 a.

The 2 nd upper surface portion 26c extends rearward from the intermediate portion 26a and is disposed above the 2 nd pressing portion 22. By pressing the 2 nd upper surface portion 26c, the 2 nd pressing portion 22 is pressed. The 2 nd upper surface portion 26c is configured to: when the seesaw switch 26 is at the intermediate position shown in FIG. 6, the 2 nd upper surface portion 26c is located below the 1 st upper surface portion 26 b.

The upper surface of the rocker switch 26 is formed in an arc shape, and the thumb is brought into contact with the rocker switch 26, whereby the pushing operation of the pushing operation part 14 is facilitated. Further, since the positions of the 1 st upper surface portion 26b and the 2 nd upper surface portion 26c can be easily grasped by the finger feeling, erroneous pressing of the 1 st pressing portion 21 and the 2 nd pressing portion 22 can be prevented. Further, since it is not necessary to visually confirm the positions of the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22, the output of the motor 4 can be quickly adjusted.

The 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 have a pressure sensor 21a and a pressure sensor 22a, respectively. The pressure sensors 21a and 22a output detection values corresponding to the magnitude of the force pressing the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 (hereinafter, referred to as pressing force) to the control unit 15 as electric signals.

The motor control unit 16 controls the output of the motor 4 in response to the pressing force applied to the pressing operation unit 14. For example, when one of the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 is pressed, the motor control part 16 increases the output of the motor 4, and when the other of the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 is pressed, the motor control part 16 decreases the output of the motor 4. The motor control unit 16 also holds the output of the motor 4 when the pressing of the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 is stopped. However, the control process of the motor control unit 16 on the output of the motor 4 is not limited to this. For example, the output of the motor 4 may be changed according to the pressing force and the pressing time for pressing the 1 st pressing portion 21 and the 2 nd pressing portion 22. Further, when the 1 st pressing part 21 and the 2 nd pressing part 22 are not continuously operated, the output of the motor 4 may be increased or decreased by a predetermined value.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the finger grip 20 is provided at a front lower portion of the reel unit 2 on the 2 nd side plate 6b side. In the present embodiment, the finger grip 20 is integrally formed on the 2 nd side plate 6b so as to protrude downward from the 2 nd side plate 6 b. As shown in fig. 3, at least a part of the finger grip 20 protrudes downward from the rear lower portion of the reel unit 2 on the 2 nd side plate 6b side. The finger grip portion 20 extends in the vertical direction and is inclined rearward as it extends downward from above. The outer edge of the finger grip 20 is smoothly connected to the outer edge of the 2 nd cover 8.

By providing the finger grip portion 20, the user can grasp the hand with the index finger or middle finger of the hand placed on the finger grip portion 20. Therefore, when the pushing operation part 14 is pushed with the thumb of the hand to be wrapped, the force for pushing the pushing operation part 14 can be supported by the finger placed on the finger grip part 20, and therefore the pushing operation part 14 can be pushed with a strong force even in the wrapped state. That is, even if the pressing operation unit 14 is pressed with a strong force, the pressing force can be supported by the fingers placed on the finger grip unit 20, and thus, the instability of the grip can be suppressed.

In the present embodiment, the pressing operation portion 14 is provided to be offset toward the 2 nd side plate 6b of the reel unit 2, and therefore, the pressing operation portion 14 can be easily operated by the thumb of the hand being held.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the connector portion 28 is provided at a lower portion of the reel unit 2 on the 1 st side plate 6a side. The connector portion 28 is provided to protrude downward from the front lower portion of the 1 st side plate 6a of the reel unit 2. A power supply line, not shown, for supplying electric power is connected to the connector portion 28. An end cap (cap) member 30 is detachably attached to the connector portion 28.

As shown in fig. 2, thickness W1 of finger grip portion 20 in the left-right direction is thinner than thickness W2 of connector portion 28 in the left-right direction. In other words, in the left-right direction, the distance L1 from the finger grip 20 to the axis O of the fishing rod 10 is shorter than the distance L2 from the connector portion 28 to the axis O of the fishing rod 10. Therefore, the finger grip 20 is closer to the fishing rod 10 than the connector portion 28 is to the left and right. Therefore, for example, compared to the case where the connector portion 28 is provided on the 2 nd side plate 6b side of the reel unit 2, that is, on the side opposite to the handle 5, and the connector portion 28 also serves as the finger grip portion 20, the hand to be gripped is closer to the fishing rod 10, and therefore, the gripping is easier.
