Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of livestock breeding. More particularly, relates to a functional composition for reducing the content of trans-fatty acid in ruminant milk, a feed additive and application thereof.

Background

At present, the dairy goat breeding industry mainly faces the problems that silage is difficult to prepare in individual areas or the groups are too small, so that silage type Total Mixed Ration (TMR) is difficult to prepare, and therefore the dairy goat breeding industry can only feed non-silage type ration. In order to improve milk yield, a high proportion of concentrated feed needs to be fed, and the problem of picky feeding of the dairy goat is solved, so that the proportion of milk fat and milk protein is abnormal, the risk of acidosis is increased, and the trans-fatty acid content in the goat milk is increased (the trans-fatty acid content is higher than 3% of the total fatty acid). The national standard for food safety in infant formula (GB10765-2010) states that the maximum trans fatty acid content should be less than 3% of the total fatty acids. Therefore, the goat milk can not be used for producing infant milk powder, the application value of the goat milk is reduced, and meanwhile, the benefits of dairy farmers are affected.

Therefore, under the condition of no silage type daily ration, a new feed needs to be developed urgently to reduce the content of trans-fatty acid in the goat milk, improve the milk quality and ensure the normal proportion of milk fat and milk protein in the goat milk.
