1. A carton positioning device, comprising: the automatic paper box stacking machine comprises a rack (1), a roller conveyor (2), a stacking platform (3), a paper box positioning mechanism and a pusher mechanism;
the roller conveyor (2) is arranged on the rack (1), and the roller conveyor (2) comprises a plurality of conveying rollers (20) arranged at intervals;
the stacking platform (3) is arranged on the rack (1), and the stacking platform (3) is arranged beside the roller conveyor (2) in the material conveying direction and is adjacent to the roller conveyor (2);
the carton positioning mechanism comprises a first positioning barrier strip (41) and a second positioning barrier strip (42) which are used for stopping and positioning cartons, the first positioning barrier strip (41) is installed on the rack (1) and is perpendicular to the direction of conveying materials by the roller conveyor (2), the second positioning barrier strip (42) is installed on the rack (1) and is parallel to the direction of conveying materials by the roller conveyor (2), the second positioning barrier strip (42) is adjacent to one side, away from the roller conveyor (2), of the stacking platform (3), the first positioning barrier strip (41) is arranged on the front sides of the roller conveyor (2) and the stacking platform (3), and a 90-degree positioning angle is formed by the first positioning barrier strip (41) and the second positioning barrier strip (42) in a surrounding mode;
the pushing hand mechanism is mounted on the rack (1), and comprises a one-way pushing hand (51) and a driving mechanism, the one-way pushing hand (51) is mounted on the driving mechanism and arranged between the two conveying rollers (20), and the driving mechanism is mounted on the rack (1) and used for driving the one-way pushing hand (51) to approach or leave the stacking platform (3); the unidirectional material pushing hand (51) can push the carton into the stacking platform (3) when moving towards the stacking platform (3) to enable the carton to be abutted against the second positioning blocking strip (42), and the unidirectional material pushing hand (51) can avoid the carton when moving towards the direction far away from the stacking platform (3) and moving towards the return stroke.

3. A carton positioning device as defined in claim 2, wherein: the limiting part (5123) is provided with a balancing weight (51230) so that the material pushing part (512) can be kept vertically arranged under the condition of no external force.

A carton positioning device as defined in claim 2, wherein: the driving mechanism comprises a movable base (521), a linear guide rail (522), a guide rail sliding block (523) and a linear driver (524), a connecting seat (511) of the one-way pushing hand (51) is installed on the movable base (521), the linear guide rail (522) is installed on the rack (1), the linear guide rail (522) is transversely arranged in the direction perpendicular to the material conveying direction of the roller conveyor, the guide rail sliding block (523) is installed on the movable base (521), the guide rail sliding block (523) is in sliding connection with the linear guide rail (522), the linear driver (524) is installed on the rack (1), and the linear driver (524) is connected with the movable base (521) and can drive the movable base (521) to reciprocate linearly along the linear guide rail (522).

A carton positioning device as defined in claim 4, wherein: the unidirectional material pushing hands (51) are arranged on the movable base (521) in a parallel straight line mode, and the arrangement direction of the unidirectional material pushing hands (51) is perpendicular to the extending direction of the linear guide rail (522).
6. A carton positioning device as defined in claim 4, wherein: the linear driver (524) is a rodless cylinder, and a moving part of the rodless cylinder is connected with the movable base (521).

Technical Field
The invention relates to a positioning device, in particular to a carton positioning device.
Background
After the carton finishes packaging the products, when boxing transportation is needed, a stacker crane is generally adopted for boxing. Typically, in order for the cartons to be stacked in the correct position in the carton, the cartons need to be positioned prior to palletizing. The positioned cartons can be better placed into the material box by the stacker crane in the correct position. According to the conventional carton positioning device, a reciprocating-motion pushing hand mechanism is used for pushing cartons on a conveyor to a positioning barrier strip to realize positioning, the subsequent cartons are generally blocked by a blocking mechanism in order to avoid interference between the pushing hand and the subsequent cartons, and the next carton enters a pushed position after the pushing hand mechanism returns, so that the pushing and positioning efficiency is low, and the stacking and boxing efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to at least solve one of the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a carton positioning device which can improve the carton positioning efficiency. This carton positioner realizes through following technical scheme:
a carton positioning device, comprising: the automatic paper box stacking machine comprises a rack, a roller conveyor, a stacking platform, a paper box positioning mechanism and a material pushing hand mechanism;
the roller conveyor is arranged on the rack and comprises a plurality of conveying rollers arranged at intervals;
the stacking platform is arranged on the rack, is arranged beside the roller conveyor in the material conveying direction and is adjacent to the roller conveyor;
the carton positioning mechanism comprises a first positioning barrier strip and a second positioning barrier strip which are used for stopping and positioning a carton, the first positioning barrier strip is arranged on the rack and is perpendicular to the direction of conveying materials by the roller conveyor, the second positioning barrier strip is arranged on the rack and is parallel to the direction of conveying materials by the roller conveyor, the second positioning barrier strip is adjacent to one side, away from the roller conveyor, of the stacking platform, the first positioning barrier strip is arranged on the front sides of the roller conveyor and the stacking platform, and a positioning angle of 90 degrees is formed by the first positioning barrier strip and the second positioning barrier strip in an enclosing mode;
the pushing mechanism is mounted on the rack and comprises a one-way pushing hand and a driving mechanism, the one-way pushing hand is mounted on the driving mechanism and arranged between the two conveying rollers, and the driving mechanism is mounted on the rack and used for driving the one-way pushing hand to be close to or far away from the stacking platform; the one-way pusher can push the carton into the stacking platform when moving towards the stacking platform, so that the carton is abutted to the second positioning barrier strip, and the one-way pusher can avoid the carton when moving towards the direction far away from the stacking platform and returning.
Preferably: one-way material pushing hand includes the connecting seat and pushes away the material piece, the connecting seat install in actuating mechanism, the up end position of connecting seat is less than the plane of cylinder conveyer transported substance material, it has material pushing portion, pin joint portion and spacing portion to push away the material piece, push away material portion and spacing portion set up respectively in push away the both ends of material piece, pin joint portion is located between the both ends of material pushing piece, pin joint portion pin joint in the upper portion of connecting seat is so that push away the material piece can be at vertical in-plane rotation, when no external force acts on: the pushing part of the pushing part is positioned on the upper side of the limiting part and extends above the plane of the roller conveyor for conveying materials, and the limiting part is positioned on one side of the connecting seat far away from the stacking platform and is adjacent to the connecting seat; the pusher has a tendency to recover its state without the application of external forces.
Preferably: the limiting part is provided with a balancing weight so that the material pushing part can keep vertical arrangement under the action of no external force.

Because the unidirectional pushing hand can avoid the carton in the return stroke, the subsequent carton can be continuously fed into the pushing station of the unidirectional pushing hand before the return stroke of the unidirectional pushing hand, so that continuous carton feeding is realized, a stop mechanism is not needed to stop the subsequent carton, the positioning efficiency is high, the stacking rhythm of the stacker crane can be improved, and efficient carton packing is realized.
