At present, common solvent type acrylic floor coatings contain a large amount of volatile organic compounds, are not environment-friendly, have large smell and large solvent diluent consumption, have high toxicity to constructors, poor weather resistance, poor wear resistance, poor adhesion, high cost, difficult repair and the like, and seriously harm the health of human bodies in places without ventilation.

Therefore, people are developing research and development on water-based terrace coatings. The existing water-based floor coating has immature technology, and influences on coating construction such as high requirement on surface treatment of a base layer, incapability of containing pollutants such as oil and ash, low temperature in winter, high humidity in spring, poor adhesion force on a loose base layer and the like. And the problems of easy foaming, hollowing, outdoor sunlight irradiation color change, poor wear resistance, poor weather resistance, poor pollution resistance, poor corrosion resistance and the like in humid weather exist.

In view of the above, there is a need to develop a water-based acrylic floor paint with high adhesion to the base layer, high hardness, and good water resistance and aging resistance.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide a water-based acrylic floor paint and a preparation method thereof. The water-based acrylic floor paint disclosed by the invention is an environment-friendly paint because the water-based acrylic floor paint does not contain an organic solvent, is relatively low in cost, easy and simple to maintain, capable of meeting the use requirements of common court floors, capable of achieving the purposes of resisting thermal expansion and cold contraction, solarization and rain, resisting treading, preventing skidding and being easy to repair, and relatively low in requirements on technology, construction and managers.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
