The fabric ironing device further comprises a dryer, a third linkage shaft, a fourth linkage shaft, a second conveyor belt, a third motor and a fourth motor, wherein the side end of the dryer is connected with the side end of the shell, the bottom end of the dryer is provided with the dryer, the third linkage shaft and the fourth linkage shaft are respectively connected with the third motor and the fourth motor through output shafts, and the second conveyor belt is sleeved on the surfaces of the third linkage shaft and the fourth linkage shaft.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a second support, a fabric collecting fork and a fifth motor, wherein the bottom end of the second support is connected with the bottom end of the first base, and the fabric collecting fork is mounted at the front end of the second support and connected with the fifth motor through an output shaft.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a plurality of groups of water leaking pipes and two groups of water receiving tanks, the top ends of the water leaking pipes are connected with the bottom end of the first base and extend into the top end of the first base through the first base, the top ends of the two groups of water receiving tanks are respectively connected with the bottom end of the first base, cavities are formed in the two groups of water receiving tanks, and the two groups of water receiving tanks are located below the water leaking pipes.

The fabric ironing device further comprises an emergency stop button, and the emergency stop button is installed at the front end of the control panel.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a first dragging perforation, a second dragging perforation, a third dragging perforation and a fourth dragging perforation, wherein the bottom ends of the first dragging perforation, the second dragging perforation, the third dragging perforation and the fourth dragging perforation are respectively connected with the top end of the shell.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: steam is generated through the steam output box, the steam ejection pipes are sprayed out, the cloth is heated and humidified, fiber molecules in the cloth are extruded mutually, the cloth is easy to mold when being ironed, in addition, steam generated by the steam output box can prevent the cloth from being ironed, and the ironing plate and the ironing roller continuously iron the cloth through rotation of the first conveying belt, so that the work efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fabric ironing device of the present invention comprises a first base 1, a plurality of sets of first supports 2 and an ironing board 3, wherein the top ends of the sets of first supports 2 are respectively connected with the bottom end of the first base 1, the ironing board 3 is installed above the first base 1, and a heating system is arranged inside the ironing board 3; the ironing device comprises a plurality of groups of hydraulic shafts 4, a plurality of groups of ironing rollers 5, a first connecting shaft 6, a second connecting shaft 7, a first conveying belt 8, a steam ejection pipe 9, a steam output box 10, a first motor 11, a second motor 12 and a shell 13, wherein the plurality of groups of ironing rollers 5 are arranged at the top of the shell 13 through the plurality of groups of hydraulic shafts 4, the first connecting shaft 6 and the second connecting shaft 7 are respectively arranged below the plurality of groups of ironing rollers 5 and are respectively connected with the first motor 11 and the second motor 12 through output shafts, the first conveying belt 8 is sleeved on the surfaces of the first connecting shaft 6 and the second connecting shaft 7, the steam output box 10 is arranged at the bottom end of the first base 1 through a connecting pipe and is connected with the steam ejection pipe 9 through the first base 1, a steam device is arranged inside the steam output box 10, and the bottom end of the shell 13 is connected with the top end of the first base; steam is generated through the steam output box 10, the steam jet pipes 9 are jetted to heat and humidify the cloth, fiber molecules in the cloth are extruded mutually, the cloth is easy to shape when being ironed, in addition, the steam generated by the steam output box 10 can prevent the cloth from being ironed, and the ironing plate 3 and the ironing roller 5 are used for continuously ironing the cloth through the rotation of the first conveying belt 8, so that the working efficiency is improved.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a dryer 14, a third linkage shaft 15, a fourth linkage shaft 16, a second conveyor belt 17, a third motor 18 and a fourth motor 19, wherein the side end of the dryer 14 is connected with the side end of the shell 13, the bottom end of the dryer 14 is provided with the dryer, the third linkage shaft 15 and the fourth linkage shaft 16 are respectively connected with the third motor 18 and the fourth motor 19 through output shafts, and the second conveyor belt 17 is sleeved on the surfaces of the third linkage shaft 15 and the fourth linkage shaft 16; the cloth after ironing is conveyed to the lower part of the dryer 14 through the second conveyor belt 17, so that the dryer 14 dries the cloth, redundant moisture in the cloth is removed, and the dryness cannot be improved.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a second support 20, a cloth collecting fork 21 and a fifth motor 22, wherein the bottom end of the second support 20 is connected with the bottom end of the first base 1, and the cloth collecting fork 21 is mounted at the front end of the second support 20 and is connected with the fifth motor 22 through an output shaft; the cloth collecting fork 21 is rotated by turning on the fifth motor 22 to collect the cloth, so that the cloth passes through the equipment at a constant speed, and the smoothness of the equipment is improved.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a plurality of groups of water leaking pipes 23 and two groups of water receiving tanks 24, wherein the top ends of the groups of water leaking pipes 23 are connected with the bottom end of the first base 1 and extend into the top end of the first base 1 through the first base 1, the top ends of the two groups of water receiving tanks 24 are respectively connected with the bottom end of the first base 1, cavities are formed inside the two groups of water receiving tanks 24, and the two groups of water receiving tanks 24 are located below the groups of water leaking pipes 23; the steam that produces during the equipment operation flows to group's water leakage pipe 23 by the inner wall of shell 13 to drop to the inside of water receiving box 24 through multiunit water leakage pipe 23, improved the recovery and the reuse of steam.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a plurality of groups of second bases 25, the top ends of the plurality of groups of second bases 25 are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of first supports 2, a plurality of groups of bolts are arranged at the top ends of the plurality of groups of second bases 25, and the plurality of groups of bolts respectively penetrate through the plurality of groups of second bases 25 to be connected with the ground in the axial direction; through setting up multiunit second base 25, improve equipment's stability.

The fabric ironing device further comprises a control panel 26, wherein the control panel 26 is installed on the outer side of the shell 13, a control system is arranged inside the control panel 26, and the control system inside the control panel 26 is connected with the multiple groups of hydraulic shafts 4, the steam output box 10, the first motor 11, the second motor 12, the dryer 14, the third motor 18, the fourth motor 19 and the fifth motor 22; by installing the control panel 26, the input power input end of the equipment is controlled in a centralized way, and the operation difficulty of the equipment is reduced.

The fabric ironing device of the invention is operated, firstly the steam output box 10 is opened through the control board 26, the steam jet pipe 9 jets steam to humidify the cloth, then the first motor 11 and the second motor 12 are opened through the control board 26, the first conveyor belt 8 is operated to convey the cloth to the lower parts of a plurality of groups of ironing boards 3 and a plurality of groups of ironing rollers 5, then the control board 26 opens the plurality of groups of hydraulic shafts 4 to enable the plurality of groups of ironing boards 3 and the plurality of groups of ironing rollers 5 to descend for ironing a plurality of cloth, then the control board 26 opens the third motor 18 and the fourth motor 19 to enable the second conveyor belt 17 to run to convey the cloth to the lower part of the dryer 14, then the dryer 14 is opened through the control panel 26 to dry the cloth by the dryer 14, and then the fifth motor 22 is opened through the control panel 26 to rotate the cloth collecting fork 21 to collect the cloth.

The installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode of the fabric ironing device are common mechanical modes, and the fabric ironing device can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the fabric ironing device can be achieved; the first motor 11, the second motor 12, the third motor 18, the fourth motor 19 and the fifth motor 22 of the fabric ironing device are purchased from the market, and the installation and the operation are carried out by technical personnel in the industry only according to the attached operating instructions.
