The polyether textile flame-retardant finishing agent according to claim 1, which consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 0.3% of dimethylol ethylene urea, 45% of octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether, 10% of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 9% of diethyl phosphoryl ethyl triethoxysilane, 7% of nano zinc oxide sol and the balance of water.

Background

The ramie fiber is known as Chinese grass, has the characteristics of coolness, air permeability, antibiosis and the like, is the only variety capable of processing single fiber in the prior ramie fiber, and is known as the king of natural fiber. The ramie fabric is made of ramie fibers, has the characteristics of quick moisture absorption and dispersion, good luster, smoothness and air permeability, and is widely used for manufacturing summer clothing, bedsheets, bedding, mosquito nets, handkerchiefs and the like. However, ramie fibers, which are natural plant fibers, have the disadvantage of being flammable, which greatly limits their field of application. In the process of ramie fabric processing, the ramie fabric often needs to be finished by using a finishing agent. The Chinese patent CN 107724075A discloses a special flame-retardant finishing agent for ramie fabric after-finishing, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of a flame retardant, 2-8 parts of dimethylol ethylene urea, 1-5 parts of phosphoric acid, 5-9 parts of diethylene glycol, 2-5 parts of carboxyl silicone oil, 1-5 parts of epoxy silicone oil, 3-6 parts of octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of soybean lecithin, 1-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3-7 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 1-5 parts of nano zinc oxide sol, 1-3 parts of barbaloin, 1-5 parts of diethyl phosphorylethyl triethoxy silane and 250 parts of water 150-; the raw materials of the flame retardant comprise a phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, chitosan, zirconium phosphate, zinc hydroxystannate coated erlotine nanotubes and cerium phenylphosphonate.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a polyether textile flame-retardant finishing agent which has excellent flame retardance and antibacterial property and enables the obtained fabric to be soft and comfortable to wear.
