In the actual working process, due to the influence of factors such as flight attitude and the like, the engine lubricating oil is in an oil-gas mixing state, the performance requirement on the lubricating oil pump is higher, and the performance parameters of the lubricating oil pump under the oil-gas mixing condition need to be detected so as to ensure the working stability and performance limit of the lubricating oil pump.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the invention aims to design a brand-new oil-gas mixing tester on the basis of the existing lubricating oil pump test principle, which can meet the test requirements of ground performance and high-altitude performance in a full-oil state, can also detect that the oil return performance of an oil return pump unit is reduced (until no oil pumping action is performed) when the total oil return pressure of the oil return pump unit is gradually increased under the oil-gas mixing condition, measures the limit value of the oil return pressure, and ensures that the oil return pump unit meets the use requirements of an airplane under the limit condition.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention is directed to a type of oil return pump assembly, which consists of 3-stage pumps for respectively pumping the oil from the aircraft accessory casing, the engine accessory casing, and the centrifugal ventilator. When the oil pump test is carried out, firstly, the air-operated valves KQ1, KQ2 and KQ3 are opened, the air-operated valves KQ4, KQ5 and KQ6 are closed, and a first starting pump group BZ1 is arranged, is used for simulating a counter oil way of a return oil pump group, and has the flow rate set to the maximum oil pumping amount (80L/min) of the return oil pump group. The second time it starts the pump set BZ2 which is used to supply oil to two blend tanks. The blending oil tank simulates an airplane accessory casing and an engine accessory casing, lubricating oil is sprayed on the inner wall of the blending oil tank from an oil inlet through a nozzle to form the blending lubricating oil, and the flow rate is adjusted to 6L/min and 8L/min through manual adjusting valves K1 and K2. When the rotating speed of the oil return pump group is increased to the highest working rotating speed, the opening degree of an electric regulating valve KD1 is adjusted, the pressure of P6 is gradually increased, the flow rates of Q3 and Q4 are observed, when the flow rates of Q3 and Q4 are zero, the lubricating oil in the pipeline does not flow, the instantaneous pressure of P6 is recorded as the limit oil absorption capacity of the oil return pump group under the oil-gas mixing condition, the working capacity of the oil return pump group is directly reflected by the pressure of P6, the advantages and the disadvantages are saved, and the quality of aviation products is ensured.

When the pneumatic valves KQ1, KQ2 and KQ3 are closed and the pneumatic valves KQ4, KQ5 and KQ6 are opened, the pump sets BZ1 and BZ2 do not operate, the oil return pump sets directly extract lubricating oil at the bottom of the oil tank, and at the moment, ground performance and high-altitude performance tests before the product leaves a factory can be carried out to detect the product quality.

Therefore, the novel tester can be used for normal full-oil performance tests and oil-gas mixing tests, and the test quality is greatly improved.

The improved oil-return pump set tester can meet the oil-gas mixing test, the running-in test, the ground performance test and the high-altitude performance test of a certain oil-return pump set, complete the test tasks of more than 10 oil-return pump set products, has good effect, can detect the oil-return capacity of the oil-return pump set under the oil-gas mixing condition, and can be used by being installed on an airplane without performance deficiency, thereby proving that the improved oil-return pump set tester has good effect.
