1. A fan, the fan comprising:

a motor portion that rotates around a central axis;

a mounting portion supporting the motor portion; and

an impeller portion that rotates about the central axis in accordance with rotation of the motor portion,

the impeller portion has:

a cup portion that houses the motor portion and rotates with rotation of the motor portion;

a blade support portion extending radially outward from an outer periphery of the cup portion; and

a plurality of blades arranged on the blade support portion at intervals in a circumferential direction,

it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

the blade support portion has a plurality of holes and a plurality of ribs, the holes and ribs being alternately arranged in a circumferential direction,

at least a part of the radially inner side of the plurality of blades is disposed on the surface of one side in the axial direction of the plurality of ribs.

2. The fan as claimed in claim 1,

the circumferential extent of the rib is greater than the circumferential extent of the blade.

3. The fan as claimed in claim 1,

the rib and the blade are each curved when viewed in the axial direction, and the curvature of the rib is the same as the curvature of the blade.

the hole portions are respectively arranged on both circumferential sides of at least a part of the radially inner side of each of the blades.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation, in particular to a fan and electrical equipment with the same.

Background

Fans are widely installed in electrical appliances such as home appliances and office automation equipment. In the prior art, the intake and exhaust of the fan are realized by a plurality of blades, and the heat dissipation of the electrical equipment is realized by the intake and exhaust of the fan.

It should be noted that the above background description is only for the convenience of clear and complete description of the technical solutions of the present application and for the understanding of those skilled in the art. Such solutions are not considered to be known to the person skilled in the art merely because they have been set forth in the background section of the present application.

Disclosure of Invention

The inventors have found that it is desirable for manufacturers of fans or electrical equipment to increase the heat dissipation performance of the fan or to reduce the manufacturing cost while maintaining the heat dissipation performance of the fan.

In order to solve at least one of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a fan and an electric apparatus having the same, which can intake air from both sides of the fan and reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining heat dissipation performance of the fan.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a fan including: a motor portion that rotates around a central axis; a mounting portion supporting the motor portion; and an impeller portion that rotates around the central axis in accordance with rotation of the motor portion, the impeller portion having: a cup part which receives the motor part and rotates along with the rotation of the motor part; a support portion extending radially outward from an outer periphery of the cup portion; and a plurality of blades arranged on the support portion at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, the support portion having a plurality of holes and a plurality of ribs, the holes and the ribs being alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, at least a part of the radially inner sides of the plurality of blades being arranged on the surface of one side of the rib in the axial direction.

In one embodiment, the circumferential extent of the rib is greater than the circumferential extent of the blade.

In one embodiment, the rib and the blade are each curved when viewed in the axial direction, and the curvature of the rib is the same as the curvature of the blade.

In one embodiment, the hole portions are respectively disposed on both circumferential sides of at least a portion of the radially inner side of each blade.

In one embodiment, the number of the blades is the same as the number of the ribs.

In one embodiment, the hole is a square when viewed in the axial direction.

In one embodiment, the hole portion has a circumferential width on a radially inner side smaller than a circumferential width on a radially outer side.

In one embodiment, the plurality of holes are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

In one embodiment, a ratio of a total area of the plurality of hole portions to an area of the blade support portion is 9.6%.

In one embodiment, the impeller portion further includes an annular rib which is formed in an annular shape and is disposed at an end portion of the plurality of blades on a side away from the blade support portion.

In one embodiment, the mounting portion has a disk-shaped base portion, a motor support portion supporting the motor portion is provided at a center of the base portion, a plurality of first through holes are provided in the base portion in a circumferential direction on a radially outer side of the motor support portion, a cross-shaped cross-connecting portion is provided in each of the first through holes, and the cross-connecting portion divides each of the first through holes into a plurality of second through holes.

In one embodiment, the cross-connecting portion divides each of the first through-holes into four second through-holes.

In one embodiment, the plurality of blades are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an electrical apparatus comprising the fan of the first aspect described above.

The embodiment of the invention has the advantages that air can be fed from two sides of the fan, and the manufacturing cost is reduced while the heat dissipation performance of the fan is maintained.
