The surgical laser delivery system cutter head of claim 4, wherein the second connecting portion is an inwardly recessed cavity having a shape that matches the shape of the block-shaped body, wherein a second fixing hole is provided in the cavity, the second fixing hole having a position that matches the position of the first fixing hole, and wherein the blade is fixed to the adapter by providing a pin or a screw into the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole.

6. The surgical laser delivery system cutter head of claim 1 wherein the through passage is a stepped through bore having a smaller diameter on a side thereof adjacent the blade.

7. The surgical laser delivery system cutter head of claim 6, wherein the stepped bore has a larger diameter portion connected to a smaller diameter portion by a tapered surface.

8. The surgical laser delivery system cutter head of claim 6 wherein an adhesive is disposed between the larger diameter portion of the stepped through bore and the optical fiber.

9. The surgical laser delivery system blade of claim 8, wherein the adhesive is silicone.

10. The surgical laser delivery system tool tip of claim 1, wherein the blade is made of a gemstone.
