If set up the water receiving box in the below of each layer drawer, though can collect the water droplet on tableware surface through the water receiving box, can aggravate upper and lower drawer air current not smooth, further influence the disinfection effect and the stoving effect of upper drawer. In addition, because the water droplet is remained on the surface of the washed tableware, the water droplet is heated into water vapor, so that the moisture in the disinfection liner rises violently, and the drying speed and the disinfection effect on the tableware are further influenced.

The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a tableware disinfection cabinet with high drying efficiency aiming at the prior art.

The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a tableware disinfection cabinet capable of collecting water drops on the surface of tableware.

The heating device is arranged at the bottom of the disinfection liner, so that the bottom wall of the disinfection liner can be heated through the action of heat radiation, and the bottom wall of the disinfection liner after being heated heats the air at the bottom in the disinfection liner in a heat transfer mode. Therefore, the condensing and water-guiding layer can condense the moisture in the hot air through the condensing cavity and the water collecting tank and collect the condensed water, so that the drying effect of the dried hot air on the tableware is better, and the drying and sterilizing effects are improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a tableware disinfection cabinet comprises a disinfection inner container 1 with an open front side, a heating device 8 is disposed at the bottom of the disinfection inner container 1, and the heating device 8 is an electric heating tube in this embodiment. An upper drawer 11 and a lower drawer 12 are arranged in the disinfection liner 1 from top to bottom, in this embodiment, the bottoms of the upper and lower drawers 11,12 are respectively provided with a condensation water guide layer 2, and each condensation water guide layer 2 is provided with a water collection tank 210 with an upward opening, a water guide arc surface 2210, a condensation cavity 220 and a ventilation gap 23. After the washed tableware is placed into each drawer, water drops on the tableware drop downwards, wherein the water drops dropping to the opening of the water collecting tank 210 can directly enter the water collecting tank 210 to be collected, the water drops dropping to the water guide arc surface 2210 are guided into the water collecting tank 210 through the water guide arc surface 2210, and therefore the water drops on the tableware in the upper drawer 11 can be prevented from dropping to the lower drawer 12 and the inner bottom surfaces of the upper drawer 11 and the lower drawer 11 and 12, and the use experience of a user is improved.

The heating device 8 is arranged at the bottom of the disinfection liner 1, so that the bottom wall of the disinfection liner 1 can be heated through the action of heat radiation, and the bottom wall of the heated disinfection liner 1 heats the air at the bottom of the disinfection liner 1 in a heat transfer mode. According to the chimney effect, air density difference is generated due to temperature difference, so that pressure difference is formed, and then the air flows from bottom to top under the action of the pressure difference. The hot gas enters the condensation cavity 220 through the air inlet 25 at the bottom of the condensation cavity 220 in the rising process, the water vapor in the hot gas is condensed by the cold surface of the condensation sheet 5 in the condensation cavity 220 to form condensed water, the other part of the hot gas is reheated by the hot surface of the condensation sheet 5 and then is guided into the water collecting tank 210 through the air outlet water guide hole 24, meanwhile, the condensed water in the condensation cavity 220 also enters the water collecting tank 210 through the air outlet water guide hole 24, and finally, the hot gas guided into the water collecting tank 210 continuously rises through the ventilation gap 23. Therefore, the condensation water guide layer 2 can condense the water vapor in the hot air through the condensation cavity 220 and the water collection tank 210 and collect the condensed water, so that the drying effect of the dried hot air on the tableware is better, and the drying and sterilizing effects are improved.

In order to make the hot gas entering the condensing chamber 220 be condensed and reheated better, in this embodiment, the condensing chamber 220 is shaped as a long strip, and is divided into a plurality of condensing cells 2200 by the condensing sheets 5 arranged at intervals along the length direction, and in the adjacent condensing sheets 5, the cold surface of one condensing sheet 5 is opposite to the hot surface of the other condensing sheet 5, and each condensing cell 2200 is respectively provided with the air inlet 25 and the air outlet water guide hole 24. This allows the hot gases entering each condensation cell 2200 to be better condensed by the cold side of a condensation sheet 5 and reheated by the hot side of another condensation sheet 5. Further, in order to make the condensed hot air reheated by condensation in the condensation cavity 220 and the condensed water generated by condensation be guided into the water collecting tank 210 better, the cross section of the condensation cavity 220 is shaped like a large middle part, two small ends and left-right symmetry, the top surface of the condensation cavity 220 is arc-shaped, the middle part of the bottom surface is planar and is provided with the air inlet 25, the two sides of the bottom surface are respectively inclined from top to bottom outwards, and the lower ends of the side walls at the two sides are respectively provided with the air outlet water guide hole 24. Thus, the hot air from bottom to top enters the condensation chamber 2200 through the air inlet 25, and after reheating by condensation of the cold and hot surfaces of the condensation sheets 5 at the two ends, the condensed water is guided into the corresponding water collection grooves 210 along the inclined surfaces at the two sides of the bottom wall of the condensation chamber 2200, and the hot air enters the water collection grooves 210 at the two sides respectively after being guided by the top surface of the condensation chamber 2200.
