A transmission driven wheel 504 is meshed with the transmission driving wheel 503, and the transmission driven wheel 504 is connected with the rear parallelogram structure; the rear parallelogram structure comprises a rear driving rod 505 coaxially connected with the transmission driven wheel 504, one end of the rear driving rod 505 close to the transmission driven wheel 504 is connected with a rear supporting rod 508, and the rear supporting rod 508 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 509; the other end of the rear driving rod 505 is rotatably connected with a rear output rod 505, and the rear output rod 505 is fixedly connected with the corresponding upper support device 4 and the lower support device 7; one end of the rear output rod 505 far from the rear active rod 505 is rotatably connected with a rear connecting rod 507, and the other end of the rear connecting rod 507 is rotatably connected with a rear supporting rod 508.

When the folding device 5 is used, the driving gear 501 is driven to rotate by the motor, the driving gear 501 drives the idler pulley 605 to rotate, the idler pulley 605 drives the adjacent idler pulley 605 to rotate, and the idler pulley 605 drives the driving gear of the other folding device 5 engaged with the idler pulley to rotate; the two driving gears 501 synchronously drive the front driving rod 502 to rotate, and since the front driving rod 502, the front output rod 510, the front connecting rod 511 and the front supporting rod 512 form a front parallelogram structure, the front driving rod 502 rotates to drive the front output rod 510 to move, and the front output rod 510 drives the fixing plate 509 to move; the front output rod 510 drives the rear parallelogram structure to move through the fixing plate 509, the transmission driving wheel 503 and the transmission driven wheel 504, and the rear driving rod 505 rotates along with the rotation of the transmission driven wheel 504, so that the rear output rod 505 drives the corresponding upper support device 4 and the lower support device 7 to move.

When the folding type medical nursing bed is used, the upper supporting device 4 and the lower supporting device 7 are far away from or close to the middle supporting device 6 through the matching of the front parallelogram structure and the rear parallelogram structure, and then the upper supporting device 4 and the lower supporting device 7 are folded, so that the folding type medical nursing bed is convenient to arrange and use, and the labor intensity of medical workers is reduced.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the upper supporting device 4 includes an upper first supporting plate 402, an upper connecting plate 403 is connected to the upper first supporting plate 402, an upper second supporting plate 404 parallel to the upper first supporting plate 402 is connected to the middle of the upper connecting plate 403, and an upper fixing bolt 401 matching with the bed plate 8 is screwed on the upper first supporting plate 402; an upper vertical plate 405 is fixedly connected to one end of the upper second support plate 404 away from the upper connecting plate 403, the upper vertical plate 405 is parallel to the upper connecting plate 403, and the upper vertical plate 405 is connected to a corresponding rear output rod 505 of the folding device 5.

The head fixing device 2 comprises a head sleeve 201 fixedly connected to the upper vertical plate 405, the head sleeve 201 is connected with a head sliding rod 202 through a spline, and the head sleeve 201 is rotatably connected with a head fixing screw rod in threaded connection with the head sliding rod 202; one end of the head sliding rod 202, which is far away from the head sleeve 201, is connected with a head fixing block 203, the head fixing block 203 is rotatably connected with a second adjusting screw rod 206, and an adjusting block fixedly connected with the head sliding rod 202 is screwed on the second adjusting screw rod 206; the head fixing block 203 is also rotatably connected with a first adjusting screw rod 205, and a pair of head clamping plates 204 are screwed on the first adjusting screw rod 205; the first adjusting screw 205 comprises a forward portion and a reverse portion connected with the forward portion, the pair of head clamping plates 204 are respectively arranged on the forward portion and the reverse portion, and the screw directions of the screws of the forward portion and the reverse portion are opposite.

When the head fixing mechanism is used, the upper supporting device 4 moves to a position corresponding to the head of a patient under the action of the folding device 5, the upper fixing bolt 401 is rotated, and the upper fixing bolt 401 is matched with the upper second supporting plate 404 to fix the upper supporting device 4 on the bed plate 8, so that the stability of the invention is improved. After the upper supporting device 4 is fixed, the position of the head fixing block 203 on the head sliding rod 202 is finely adjusted by using the second adjusting screw rod 206, so that the head clamping plate 204 corresponds to the head of the patient; the first adjusting screw rod 205 is rotated again, the distance between the two head clamping plates 204 is adjusted, so that the two head clamping plates 204 correspond to the head of the patient in size, and the fixing effect of the head fixing device on the head of the patient is improved; because the first adjusting screw 205 is opposite to the matched threads of the two head clamping plates 204, the two head clamping plates 204 can be driven to synchronously move by rotating the first adjusting screw 205, and the adjusting convenience of the invention is improved.

After the adjustment is completed, the head fixing screw rod is rotated, and the head fixing screw rod drives the head sliding rod 202 to slide along the head sleeve 201 as the head fixing screw rod is in threaded connection with the head sliding rod 202; the head slide bar 202 drives the head fixing block 203 to move, and the head fixing block 203 drives the head clamping plate 204 to move; the head fixing screw rod on the other side of the bed plate 8 is rotated again, and the head clamping plates 204 on the two sides of the head of the patient are matched to fix the head of the patient.

As shown in fig. 10, the lower supporting device 7 includes a lower first supporting plate 701, a lower connecting plate 703 is connected to the lower first supporting plate 701, a lower second supporting plate 704 parallel to the lower first supporting plate 701 is connected to the middle of the lower connecting plate 703, and a lower fixing bolt 702 matched with the bed plate 8 is screwed on the lower first supporting plate 701; one end of the lower second support plate 704, which is far away from the lower connecting plate 703, is fixedly connected with a lower vertical plate 705, the lower vertical plate 705 is arranged in parallel with the lower connecting plate 703, and the lower vertical plate 705 is connected with a corresponding rear output rod 505 on the folding device 5.

The leg fixing device 1 comprises a leg sleeve 101 fixedly connected to a lower vertical plate 705, the leg sleeve 101 is connected with a leg sliding rod 102 through a spline, and a leg adjusting screw rod in threaded connection with the leg sliding rod 102 is rotatably connected to the leg sleeve 101; one end of the leg sliding rod 102, which is far away from the leg sleeve 101, is connected with a transverse hinge 103, the transverse hinge 103 is connected with a vertical hinge 104, and the vertical hinge 104 is connected with a leg adjusting plate 105; a leg connecting plate 108 is fixedly connected to the middle of the leg adjusting plate 105, and a leg fixing plate 107 is connected to one end, far away from the leg adjusting plate 105, of the leg connecting plate 108; a leg fixing plate 109 is fixedly connected to the middle of the leg connecting plate 108, and a leg moving plate 106 matched with the leg fixing plate 107 is arranged between the leg fixing plate 109 and the leg adjusting plate 105; a leg fixing screw 110 screwed to the leg moving plate 106 is rotatably connected to the leg adjusting plate 105, and the leg fixing screw 110 is rotatably connected to the leg fixing plate 109.

When the leg fixing mechanism is used, the lower support device 7 moves to a position corresponding to the leg joint of a patient under the action of the folding device 5, the lower fixing bolt 702 is rotated, and the lower fixing bolt 702 is matched with the lower second support plate 704 to fix the lower support device 7 on the bed plate 8, so that the stability of the leg fixing mechanism is improved. After the lower support device 7 is fixed, the leg adjusting screw rod is rotated, and as the leg adjusting screw rod is in threaded connection with the leg sliding rod 102, the leg adjusting screw rod drives the leg sliding rod 102 to slide along the leg sleeve 101, and the leg sliding rod 102 drives the leg adjusting plate 105 to move to correspond to the leg joint of the patient; the rotating leg adjusting plate 105 rotates along the vertical hinge 104 and the horizontal hinge 103 to position the leg joint of the patient between the leg fixing plate 107 and the leg moving plate 106; the leg fixing screw rod 110 is rotated, and the leg fixing screw rod 110 is screwed with the leg moving plate 106, so that the leg fixing screw rod 110 drives the leg moving plate 106 to be matched with the leg fixing plate 107 to fix the leg of the patient.

When the leg fixing mechanism is used, the structures such as the leg adjusting plate 105 and the like are driven by the transverse hinge 103 to rotate along the transverse direction, so that the leg moving plate 106 and the leg fixing plate 107 correspond to the angle of the leg of a patient, and the effect of fixing the leg of the patient is improved.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

when the invention is used, a pair of body fixing mechanisms are respectively fixed at two sides of a bed plate 8 through a middle supporting device 6, and the fixing process is as follows: the middle second support plate is placed on the bed plate 8, the middle fixing bolt 602 is rotated to fix the bed plate 8, and the middle support device 6 is fixed on the bed plate 8 by the clamping structure in use.

The unfolding process is as follows: the driving gear 501 is driven to rotate by the motor, the driving gear 501 drives the idler pulley 605 to rotate, the idler pulley 605 drives the adjacent idler pulley 605 to rotate, and the idler pulley 605 drives the driving gear of the other folding device 5 meshed with the idler pulley to rotate; the two driving gears 501 synchronously drive the front driving rod 502 to rotate, and since the front driving rod 502, the front output rod 510, the front connecting rod 511 and the front supporting rod 512 form a front parallelogram structure, the front driving rod 502 rotates to drive the front output rod 510 to move, and the front output rod 510 drives the fixing plate 509 to move; the front output rod 510 drives the rear parallelogram structure to move through the fixing plate 509, the transmission driving wheel 503 and the transmission driven wheel 504, and the rear driving rod 505 rotates along with the rotation of the transmission driven wheel 504, so that the rear output rod 505 drives the corresponding upper support device 4 and the lower support device 7 to be unfolded.

After the upper supporting device 4 and the lower supporting device 7 are unfolded, the upper fixing bolt 401 is rotated, and the upper fixing bolt 401 is matched with the upper second supporting plate 404 to fix the upper supporting device 4 on the bed plate 8; the lower fixing bolt 702 is rotated, and the lower fixing bolt 702 is matched with the lower second supporting plate 704 to fix the lower supporting device 7 on the bed plate 8.

The hip fixing process comprises the following steps: the rotating knob drives the buttock fixing screw rod 301 to rotate, the buttock fixing screw rod 301 drives the front movable block to slide along the supporting plate 310, the front movable block drives the driving rod 303 to move, the driving rod 303 and the driven rod 302 are matched to push the buttock fixing plate 304 to move due to the fact that the middle of the driving rod 303 is rotationally connected with the driven rod 302, and the rear movable block slides along the buttock fixing plate 304 under the action of the driving rod 303 in the movement process of the buttock fixing plate 304; the hip fixing screw rod 301 on the other side of the bed plate 8 is rotated again to realize the movement of the hip fixing plates 304, and then the fixation of the two hip fixing plates 304 on the hip of the patient is realized.

The arm fixing process is as follows: rotating the telescopic rod 309 to make the arm fixing plate 307 far away from the supporting plate 310, rotating the arm fixing plate 307 to be in a horizontal state, placing the arm fixing plate 307 on the bed plate 8 through the support 305, drawing the sliding block 308 to make the arm fixing plate 307 correspond to the arm of the patient, and fixing the arm of the patient by using the arm fixing band 306; the arm fixing plate 307 and the arm fixing strap 306 on the other side of the bed plate 8 are used again to fix the other arm of the patient.

The head fixing process comprises the following steps: finely adjusting the position of the head fixing block 203 on the head slide bar 202 by using a second adjusting screw rod 206 to enable the head clamping plate 204 to correspond to the head of the patient; the first adjusting screw rod 205 is rotated again, the distance between the two head clamping plates 204 is adjusted, so that the two head clamping plates 204 correspond to the head of the patient in size, and the fixing effect of the head fixing device on the head of the patient is improved; since the first adjusting screw 205 is opposite to the matching threads of the two head clamping plates 204, the two head clamping plates 204 can be driven to move synchronously by rotating the first adjusting screw 205.

After the adjustment is completed, the head fixing screw rod is rotated, and the head fixing screw rod drives the head sliding rod 202 to slide along the head sleeve 201 as the head fixing screw rod is in threaded connection with the head sliding rod 202; the head slide bar 202 drives the head fixing block 203 to move, and the head fixing block 203 drives the head clamping plate 204 to move; the head fixing screw rod on the other side of the bed plate 8 is rotated again, and the head clamping plates 204 on the two sides of the head of the patient are matched to fix the head of the patient.

The leg joint fixing process comprises the following steps: the leg adjusting screw rod is rotated, and as the leg adjusting screw rod is in threaded connection with the leg sliding rod 102, the leg adjusting screw rod drives the leg sliding rod 102 to slide along the leg sleeve 101, and the leg sliding rod 102 drives the leg adjusting plate 105 to move to correspond to the leg joint of the patient; the rotating leg adjusting plate 105 rotates along the vertical hinge 104 and the horizontal hinge 103 to position the leg joint of the patient between the leg fixing plate 107 and the leg moving plate 106; the leg fixing screw rod 110 is rotated, and the leg fixing screw rod 110 is screwed with the leg moving plate 106, so that the leg fixing screw rod 110 drives the leg moving plate 106 to be matched with the leg fixing plate 107 to fix the leg of the patient.
