The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a specific structure of a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes an oxidative decomposition area 6, a ballast installation area 2, a UV ultraviolet lamp circuit control box 4, and an explosion-proof control box 1.

The explosion-proof control box 1 consists of an automatic control system, an alarm system and an inlet and outlet cable. The control system comprises a manual ball valve 11, a filtering pressure reducing valve 71, an explosion-proof electromagnetic valve 33, a positive pressure controller 70 and the like. The positive pressure controller 70 is used for controlling the UV photolysis case to form micro-positive pressure and constant temperature inside the UV photolysis case.

The dry and clean compressed air or inert gas firstly enters the explosion-proof control box, and then enters the UV ultraviolet lamp tube circuit control box 4 under the control of the positive pressure controller 70.

The UV ultraviolet lamp tube circuit control box 4 contains a power distribution system element and an explosion-proof element of a part of automatic control system; when the UV photolysis cabinet is internally provided with a micro-positive pressure, the apparatus can be normally operated, the positive pressure controller 70 sends a signal to manually open the explosion-proof manual operating mechanism 90 on the UV ultraviolet lamp circuit control box 4, so that the UV ultraviolet lamp circuit control box 4 normally supplies power to the ballast 38.

The ballast mounting area 2 is composed of an explosion-proof UV ultraviolet lamp tube 33, a ballast 38, a temperature probe 40, an explosion-proof solenoid valve 24, and the like. The explosion-proof UV lamp tube 33 is fixed on the case by screws and is sealed.

After the ballast 38 is normally powered, the explosion-proof UV lamp tube 33 is lighted, and the UV lamp tube 33 acts in the oxidative decomposition zone 6; the UV light beam decomposes oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, and the free oxygen carries out imbalance of positive and negative electrons so that the active oxygen needs to be combined with the oxygen molecules to generate ozone. It is known that ozone has strong oxidizing effect on organic matters and has instant effect of removing malodorous gas and other irritant odor.
