2. The working principle is as follows: the filtering device of the novel plastic extruder is characterized in that when the filtering device works, the annular blade 1101 is driven to rotate by the second rotating shaft 11, the annular blade 1101 pushes molten plastic to move rightwards along the material conveying pipe 3, the molten plastic enters the filter plate 5 to be filtered, when impurities on the filter plate 5 are excessive, the flow of the molten plastic passing through the filter plate 5 is reduced, but due to the normal output of the second rotating shaft 11, the molten plastic can increase the extrusion on the filter plate 5, the filter plate 5 pushes the material discharging pipe 4 to move, the material discharging pipe 4 drives the L-shaped rod 10 to move rightwards, the L-shaped rod 10 extrudes gas in the U-shaped chute 103 through the second sliding block 9, the gas in the U-shaped chute 103 pushes the sliding rod 7 to move leftwards, the sliding rod 7 pushes the supporting rod 6, so as to drive the material conveying pipe 3 to move leftwards, when the lower end of the material conveying pipe 3 is level with the annular groove 101, the plastic extruder continues to move along the annular inclined table 1011, the rotary table 1 rotates at the moment, when the conveying pipeline 3 moves to the position of the next through hole 102, the conveying pipeline 3 is inserted into the through hole 102, the filter plate 5 is automatically replaced within the range capable of bearing pressure, and the structure solves the problems that the replacement time of the filter unit of the existing plastic extruder is too long and the filter unit is easy to damage, so that the working efficiency of the plastic extruder is improved. Meanwhile, the plurality of through holes 102 and the filter plates 5 are formed in the rotary table 1, and the original filter plates 5 are rotated out along with the replacement of the new filter plates 5, so that the original filter plates 5 can be conveniently cleaned and replaced by workers, and the problems that the filter units of the existing plastic extruder are inconvenient to clean and integrally replace are solved.
