step five: opening the mold: and opening the mold and taking out the prepared dual-material dual-density solid tire.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the temperature of the hollow carcass layer is maintained at 80-100 ℃ during the transfer.

Furthermore, the foaming temperature is 40-80 ℃, and the foaming time is 10-20 min.

The beneficial effects of the invention at least comprise:

(1) according to the dual-material dual-density solid tire and the manufacturing method thereof, the PU liquid material can be directly injected into the vulcanized and molded rubber hollow outer tire layer (namely, the hollow tire) or the existing rubber hollow tire, so that the process of processing the hollow tire is saved, the existing waste rubber hollow tire is utilized, the resource is recycled, the manufacturing cost is saved, and the dual-material dual-density solid tire is economic and environment-friendly;

(2) the solid tire prepared by the invention has the rubber tire body on the outer side, so that the strength and the wear resistance of the solid tire are ensured, and the solid layer in the tire is made of the PU liquid material, so that the integral elasticity of the solid tire is ensured, the comfort level is improved, and the maintenance cost and the safety accidents are reduced.
