(1) according to the percentage of the preset weight parts, 45 percent of urea, 100 percent of formaldehyde solution and 100 percent of phosphoric acid solution are put into a reactor, stirred, added with 60 percent of alkali to adjust the pH value to 9.0 to 9.5 and reacted for 30 to 60 min;

(2) adding 100% of polyvinyl alcohol, 20% of urea, 60% of melamine and 15% of alkali into the reactant in the step (1) according to the preset weight percentage, heating to 80-100 ℃, and then preserving heat for 40-60min, wherein the pH value is kept between 6.5-7.5 during the heat preservation period;

(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 90-95 ℃, firstly adjusting the pH to 5.0-6.0 by using bamboo vinegar, then reacting for 40-80min at 90-95 ℃, then adding 20% of alkali to adjust the pH to 8.5-9.0, adding the rest melamine, and keeping the temperature at 85-90 ℃ for 50-70 min;

(4) according to the preset weight percentage, firstly adding 20% of urea and 5% of alkali into the solution obtained in the step (3), keeping the pH value at 8.5-9.0, then cooling to 65 ℃, adding the rest urea, continuously cooling to 40-45 ℃, and discharging to obtain the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive.

The antibacterial environment-friendly particle board as claimed in claim 5, wherein the core layer comprises, in parts by weight: 100 parts of rough wood shavings, 20 parts of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive as claimed in claim 1 or 2, 0.45-0.75 part of bamboo vinegar and 0.25-0.5 part of paraffin emulsion.

9. The process for manufacturing an antibacterial environment-friendly particle board as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 8, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing and fully stirring the coarse wood shavings and the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive according to the preset weight part, adding bamboo vinegar liquid and paraffin emulsion, and continuously stirring to obtain core layer slurry;

(2) mixing and fully stirring the fine wood shavings, the wood chips and the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive according to the preset weight part, adding the bamboo vinegar liquid and the paraffin emulsion, and continuously stirring to obtain surface layer slurry;

(3) and (3) adopting a continuous flat pressing production process, and placing the laid and pre-pressed plate blank at 145-205 ℃ for hot pressing for 20-25min to obtain the antibacterial environment-friendly shaving board.

However, the shaving board has inherent defects, the edge of the shaving board is rough and easy to absorb moisture, so that the shaving board does not have the functions of antibiosis and mildew prevention, and the service life of the board is shortened due to the fact that the shaving board is easy to go moldy and easy to breed bacteria when being used in a humid environment. Therefore, some antibacterial agents are usually required to be added into the plates to endow the particle boards with certain antibacterial and mildewproof properties.

For example, the chinese patent with the publication number of CN106863528B discloses a method for preparing an antibacterial, mildewproof and environment-friendly shaving board, in which modified defatted bean flour paste is used as an adhesive and propolis is used as an antibacterial agent, however, the preparation process of the modified defatted bean flour paste is too cumbersome, and cellulase, protease, amylase and propolis required for modifying defatted bean flour are expensive, so that the manufacturing cost of the antibacterial, mildewproof and environment-friendly shaving board is greatly increased.

For example, chinese patent application No. CN 201811560391.7 discloses a manufacturing process of an antibacterial negative oxygen functional chipboard, which includes: chipping, screening, slicing, drying and winnowing the raw materials to separate out core layer materials and surface layer materials; adding MDI glue into the core layer material, uniformly stirring, uniformly mixing the MDI glue, the negative oxygen ion catalyst and the antibacterial oxygen inhibitor, adding the mixture into the surface layer material, and uniformly stirring; then, a smooth and continuous bulky plate blank with the required thickness is paved according to the sequence of the surface layer material, the core layer material and the surface layer material, then the plate blank is prepared by prepressing of a prepress, trimming saw and transverse cutting saw, the plate blank is sent into a hot press to be hot-pressed into a shaving board, and the antibacterial negative oxygen functional shaving board is obtained by the working procedures of plate unloading, cooling, edge sawing and sanding. Wherein the selected negative oxygen ion catalyst is nano titanium dioxide, and the selected antibacterial oxygen inhibitor is AEM 5700-2.

However, it is known that the effective component of AEM5700-2 is 42% methanol, which is highly volatile, resulting in a short time for its antibacterial effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive which is strong in antibacterial property and lasting in antibacterial effect and can realize industrial production, a preparation process thereof and application thereof in manufacturing antibacterial environment-friendly shaving boards.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the present application is as follows:

the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of melamine, 20-30 parts of 37% formaldehyde solution, 50-100 parts of alkali, 10-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 30-50 parts of urea, 30-50 parts of 10% phosphoric acid solution and 10-30 parts of bamboo vinegar.

The bamboo vinegar liquid is added into the resin adhesive, and not only can absorb volatile harmful gases such as formaldehyde, but also bacteria have broad-spectrum sterilization efficiency, and especially have obvious sterilization effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans; but also has the excellent characteristics of deodorization, mildew resistance, antibiosis, disinfection, safety and the like, and has certain wood mildew resistance effect.

In the invention, the bamboo vinegar not only is used as an antibacterial and mildewproof agent, but also contains more organic acid substances, ketone substances and alcohol substances, so that the bamboo vinegar can be used as a good solvent, solubilizer or cosolvent and a good penetrating agent, so that effective antibacterial ingredients (including acetic acid, phenol, guaiacol, 2-methoxyphenol, 2, 6-dimethoxyphenol, furfural and the like) in the bamboo vinegar can be well dissolved in a urea-formaldehyde adhesive and effectively penetrate and diffuse into a treated object, and the effect of improving the drug effect is achieved.

Meanwhile, the bamboo vinegar is added into the resin adhesive, so that the pH value of the resin adhesive can be adjusted to be weakly acidic, the curing time of the resin is shortened, the resin is fully cured, and the release of free formaldehyde is reduced. And the bamboo vinegar is a byproduct generated in the bamboo charcoal production process, is natural, non-toxic and degradable, has good environmental protection performance, and is environment-friendly.

According to the invention, the melamine can improve the water resistance of the resin adhesive, enhance the moisture resistance of the resin adhesive and further improve the antibacterial and mildewproof performance of the resin adhesive; and the polyvinyl alcohol can improve the initial viscosity of the resin adhesive.

In the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive, the raw materials comprise, by weight: 30-35 parts of melamine, 24-26 parts of 37% formaldehyde solution, 70-80 parts of alkali, 10-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 35-40 parts of urea, 35-40 parts of 10% phosphoric acid solution and 20-25 parts of bamboo vinegar.

The preparation process of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the percentage of the preset weight parts, 45 percent of urea, 100 percent of formaldehyde solution and 100 percent of phosphoric acid solution are put into a reactor, stirred, added with 60 percent of alkali to adjust the pH value to 9.0 to 9.5 and reacted for 30 to 60 min;

(2) adding 100% of polyvinyl alcohol, 20% of urea, 60% of melamine and 15% of alkali into the reactant in the step (1) according to the preset weight percentage, heating to 80-100 ℃, and then preserving heat for 40-60min, wherein the pH value is kept between 6.5-7.5 during the heat preservation period;

(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 90-95 ℃, firstly adjusting the pH to 5.0-6.0 by using bamboo vinegar, then reacting for 40-80min at 90-95 ℃, then adding 20% of alkali to adjust the pH to 8.5-9.0, adding the rest melamine, and keeping the temperature at 85-90 ℃ for 50-70 min;

(4) according to the preset weight percentage, firstly adding 20% of urea and 5% of alkali into the solution obtained in the step (3), keeping the pH value at 8.5-9.0, then cooling to 65 ℃, adding the rest urea, continuously cooling to 40-45 ℃, and discharging to obtain the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive.

The application also provides the application of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive in manufacturing the antibacterial environment-friendly shaving board.

The application still provides an antibiotic environment-friendly shaving board, and this antibiotic environment-friendly shaving board includes the sandwich layer and locates the top layer of sandwich layer both sides, wherein, according to the part by weight, the top layer include: 60-70 parts of fine wood shavings, 8-12 parts of wood chips, 10-20 parts of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive and 0.3-0.6 part of bamboo vinegar.

Preferably, in the above antibacterial environment-friendly particle board, the surface layer comprises, in parts by weight: 65 parts of fine wood shavings, 10 parts of wood chips, 16 parts of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive as claimed in claim 1 or 2, 0.48 part of bamboo vinegar and 0.325-0.423 part of paraffin emulsion.

In the antibacterial environment-friendly shaving board, the core layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of coarse wood shavings and 15-25 parts of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive.

In the invention, the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive can be only added into the core layer, and bamboo vinegar can also be added into the core layer. When the bamboo vinegar is added, the core layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of rough wood shavings, 20 parts of the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive as claimed in claim 1 or 2, 0.45-0.75 part of bamboo vinegar and 0.25-0.5 part of paraffin emulsion.

The invention also provides a manufacturing process of the antibacterial environment-friendly shaving board, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing and fully stirring the coarse wood shavings and the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive according to the preset weight part, adding bamboo vinegar liquid and paraffin emulsion, and continuously stirring to obtain core layer slurry;

(2) mixing and fully stirring the fine wood shavings, the wood chips and the antibacterial environment-friendly resin adhesive according to the preset weight part, adding the bamboo vinegar liquid and the paraffin emulsion, and continuously stirring to obtain surface layer slurry;

(3) and (3) adopting a continuous flat pressing production process, and placing the laid and pre-pressed plate blank at 145-205 ℃ for hot pressing for 20-25min to obtain the antibacterial environment-friendly shaving board.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the bamboo vinegar liquid is added into the resin adhesive, and not only can absorb volatile harmful gases such as formaldehyde, but also bacteria have broad-spectrum sterilization efficiency, and especially have obvious sterilization effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans; but also has the excellent characteristics of deodorization, mildew resistance, antibiosis, disinfection, safety and the like, and has certain wood mildew resistance effect.

(2) In the invention, the bamboo vinegar not only is used as an antibacterial and mildewproof agent, but also contains more organic acid substances, ketone substances and alcohol substances, so that the bamboo vinegar can be used as a good solvent, solubilizer or cosolvent and a good penetrating agent, so that effective antibacterial ingredients (including acetic acid, phenol, guaiacol, 2-methoxyphenol, 2, 6-dimethoxyphenol, furfural and the like) in the bamboo vinegar can be well dissolved in a urea-formaldehyde adhesive and effectively penetrate and diffuse into a treated object, and the effect of improving the drug effect is achieved.

(3) The bamboo vinegar is added into the resin adhesive to adjust the pH of the resin adhesive to be weakly acidic, so that the curing time of the resin is shortened, the resin is promoted to be fully cured, and the release of free formaldehyde is reduced; and the bamboo vinegar is a byproduct generated in the bamboo charcoal production process, is natural, non-toxic and degradable, has good environmental protection performance, and is environment-friendly.
