5. The machine of claim 2 wherein a guniting tube extends through said guide rod, said guniting tube having a grout inlet.

6. The power-down bidirectional mixing pile machine as recited in claim 5, wherein a second helical blade is provided outside the third sleeve.

7. The machine of claim 6 wherein the second auger blade has a grout port connected to a grout inlet.

8. The powered down bi-directional mixing pile machine of claim 7 wherein the second helical blade is provided with removable teeth.

9. The machine of claim 1, wherein the pile driver comprises a hydraulic gear clamp and a hydraulic cylinder, and the guide rod comprises a tooth socket adapted to the hydraulic gear clamp.

10. The machine of claim 1 wherein the bottom of the guide rod is provided with a flange and the bi-directional mixing drill is connected to the bottom of the guide rod via the flange.

Background

Generally, a bidirectional mixing pile technology is adopted, and the following defects are often existed in the existing bidirectional mixing pile equipment: all or part of the power system is arranged at the top of the drill rod, the gravity center of the pile machine is higher, the guidance of the drill rod is poor, the pile machine can overturn in the construction process, and the safety is poor; the inner drill rod and the outer drill rod rotate simultaneously and need to be longer than the designed pile length of the mixing pile, the power loss is large in the rotating process, and pipe blockage is easy to occur; construction is difficult in places containing large stones, and the drill bit and the stirring blade are easy to damage and not easy to replace; the stirring blade has weak space stirring capability and poor pile forming quality.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-3, a power-down bidirectional mixing pile machine is disclosed, which comprises a pile machine bearing platform 1, pile pressing and pulling 2, a guide rod 3, a bidirectional mixing drill bit 4 and a power system 5, wherein the guide rod 3 is arranged in the middle of the pile machine bearing platform 1 and penetrates downwards, the pile pressing and pulling 2 is respectively arranged on two sides of the guide rod 3, the bidirectional mixing drill bit 4 is arranged at the bottom of the guide rod 3, the gravity center of the pile machine is lowered, the pile machine is prevented from overturning in the construction process, and the safety of the mixing pile machine in use is improved; a guniting pipe 7 penetrates through the guide rod 3; the guniting pipe 7 is provided with a guniting port 410, the guniting port 410 is connected with a guniting port 411 on a second spiral blade 412 outside a third sleeve 409, and cement grout is uniformly sprayed out of the guniting port; and the power system 5 is arranged on the pile machine bearing platform 1 and controls the power of the whole pile machine.

In this embodiment, the bidirectional stirring drill bit 4 sequentially includes a first sleeve 403, a second sleeve 407, and a third sleeve 409 from top to bottom, the first sleeve 403 does not rotate, a first hydraulic motor 401, a second hydraulic motor 402, an inner transmission shaft 404, and an outer transmission shaft 405 are disposed in the first sleeve 403, the outer transmission shaft 405 is connected to the second sleeve 407, the outer transmission shaft 405 is disposed in the inner transmission shaft 404, and the inner transmission shaft 404 is connected to the third sleeve 409; the output ends of the first hydraulic motor 401 and the second hydraulic motor 402 are both provided with driving gears, the outer transmission shaft 405 and the inner transmission shaft 404 are both sleeved with driven gears, and the driving gear on the first hydraulic motor 401 is connected with the driven gears on the outer transmission shaft 405 through a transmission chain 406; the driving gear on the second hydraulic motor 402 is connected with the driven gear on the inner transmission shaft through the transmission chain 406 to rotate in the positive or negative direction, so that bidirectional stirring is realized, kinetic energy dissipation during rotation of the drill rod is reduced, and the inner drill rod and the outer drill rod are not easy to block pipes; a driving gear of an output shaft of the first hydraulic motor 401 and a driven gear of an external transmission shaft are driven through a transmission rack 406, and the external transmission shaft is connected with a second sleeve 407 through a bolt 405, so that the second sleeve 407 rotates in a positive direction or a negative direction; gears connected with the first hydraulic motor 401 and the second motor 402 are connected through a transmission chain 406, direct friction between the gears is avoided, replacement cost is high, the cost is low due to the fact that the chains are replaced, and cost is saved.

In order to realize weak space stirring capability and poor pile forming quality of the stirring blade in the embodiment, stirring is performed in two directions by bidirectional rotation, the rotating blade is divided into two parts, a first spiral blade 408 is arranged outside the second sleeve 407, and a second spiral blade 412 is arranged outside the third sleeve 409; rotating in the positive or negative direction; realize two-way stirring, kinetic energy dissipation when reducing the drilling rod and rotating, the difficult stifled pipe phenomenon that appears of inside and outside drilling rod simultaneously.

In order to improve the drilling capacity and the space stirring capacity of the drill bit and reduce the abrasion of the spiral blade 412, the second spiral blade 412 is provided with the detachable tooth piece 413, the detachable tooth piece 413 is convenient to replace after being abraded, and the universality is improved.

In order to enable the pressure-pulling pile 2 and the guide rod 3 to be more stably guided, the pressure-pulling pile 2 is provided with two groups of hydraulic gear clamps 201 and two groups of hydraulic cylinders 202, the guide rod 3 is provided with tooth grooves matched with the hydraulic gear clamps 201, the power system 5 is started, the hydraulic cylinders 202 transmit hydraulic oil through hydraulic pipes 6 arranged in the guide rod 3 to drive the hydraulic gear clamps 201 to rotate, so that the guide rod 3 moves up and down, the hydraulic gear clamps 201 can ensure that the guide rod 3 and the bidirectional stirring drill bit 4 move up and down at a constant speed, and the verticality of a pile body is controlled;

in this embodiment, the bottom of the guide rod 3 is provided with a flange 301, and the bidirectional stirring drill 4 is connected with the bottom of the guide rod 3 through the flange 301. The advantages of the connection through the flange are as follows: the splicing is simple, and the stability of the connection of the guide rod and the drill bit is ensured.

The working principle is as follows: the power system 5 drives the first hydraulic motor 401 and the second hydraulic motor 402 to work through the hydraulic pipe 6. The first hydraulic motor 401 drives the outer transmission shaft 405 to rotate through a transmission gear, and the second sleeve 407 is in flange connection with the outer transmission shaft 405 and rotates simultaneously; the second hydraulic motor 402 drives the inner transmission shaft 404 to rotate through the transmission gear, the rotation direction is opposite to that of the second sleeve 407, and the third sleeve 409 is connected with the inner transmission shaft 404 in a flange mode and rotates simultaneously. The second sleeve 407 and the third sleeve 409 can rotate in two directions.
