Background

Engineering equipment, especially rotary excavating equipment, generally comprises a rotatable part and a fixed part, wherein the rotatable part is arranged on the fixed part and can rotate around the axis of the rotatable part, and a clamping device is often used in the construction process due to the construction requirement and fixes the rotatable part to prevent the rotatable part from rotating in the construction process.

At present, the clamping device commonly used in China is generally carried out in the following modes: 1) the mechanical chuck is clamped tightly, the operation is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the manual hammer is used for hammering tightly. 2) The hydraulic spring type, the spring is easy to lose efficacy after repeated movement, and the clamping force is limited. 3) Pneumatic type needs to be connected with air pressure, and installation is inconvenient.

Due to the defects, when the clamping modes are used in certain specific working environments, such as limited installation and use spaces, the clamping force provided by the clamping modes is small, and the like, the clamping cannot be realized. In addition, the clamping and loosening of the outer clamping device cannot be flexibly, simply and accurately controlled.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a clamping device for preventing engineering equipment from rotating. The clamping force is big, can control clamping device's clamping and unclamping in a flexible way simply accurately.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the invention comprises a hydraulic clamping cylinder, a fixing block and a clamping plate; the hydraulic clamping cylinder comprises a cylinder body, an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a piston rod, a hydraulic control one-way valve and an ultrahigh pressure combined sealing and oil port transition block. The invention adopts ultrahigh oil pressure, so that huge clamping force is obtained in the minimum clamping area, and the mechanical strength is high.

2) The ultrahigh pressure combined seal is an ultrahigh pressure resistant seal assembly and comprises an end part C-shaped combined seal, an ST-shaped hole combined seal, an ST-shaped shaft combined seal and a J-shaped ultrathin frameless dust ring. In addition, the invention uses the sealing with ultrahigh pressure resistance, thereby prolonging the service life.

3) The end face of the piston rod is uniformly provided with the teeth, so that the friction force is increased, and the clamping capability of the clamping device is further improved.

4) The hydraulic control one-way valve is arranged, and clamping and loosening of the clamping device can be flexibly, simply and accurately controlled.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1, a clamping device for preventing rotation of engineering equipment comprises a hydraulic clamping cylinder, a fixing block 8 and a clamping plate 9. The fixed blocks 8 are welded at two ends of the cylinder body 1 of the hydraulic clamping cylinder, the fixed blocks 8 are fixed on a fixed part 10 of the hydraulic pile planting machine through bolts, and the clamping plate 9 is fixed on a rotatable part 11 of the hydraulic pile planting machine through bolts. The hydraulic clamping cylinder clamps the clamping plate 9, the rotatable part 11 of the hydraulic pile planting machine cannot rotate, and the hydraulic clamping cylinder loosens the clamping plate 9, and the rotatable part 11 of the hydraulic pile planting machine can rotate.

As shown in fig. 2-5, the hydraulic clamping cylinder includes a cylinder body 1, an upper cover plate 2, a lower cover plate 3, a piston rod 4, a hydraulic control one-way valve 5, an ultra-high pressure combined seal 6, and an oil port transition block 7.

The cylinder body 1 is of a cuboid structure, a U-shaped opening 12 is arranged in the middle of the cylinder body 1, the two sides of the U-shaped opening 12 are provided with a cylinder barrel 13 which is communicated from top to bottom, 4 piston rods 4 are symmetrically arranged in the cylinder barrel 13 from top to bottom, the lower end face of each upper piston rod 4 is uniformly provided with teeth 41, and the upper end face of each lower piston rod 4 is uniformly provided with teeth 41.

The upper cover plate 2 is fixed on the top of the cylinder body 1 through bolts, and the lower cover plate 3 is fixed on the bottom of the cylinder body through bolts. The upper cover plate 2 and the lower cover plate 3 are internally provided with oil ducts 31 communicated with the piston holes, the hydraulic control one-way valve 5 is fixed on the upper cover plate 2 through bolts, and the hydraulic control one-way valve 5 is connected with the oil ducts 31.

The ultrahigh pressure combined seal 6 is an ultrahigh pressure resistant seal assembly, and comprises an end part C-shaped combined seal 61, an ST-shaped hole combined seal 62, an ST-shaped shaft combined seal 63 and a J-shaped ultrathin frameless dust ring 64. The inner wall of the cylinder barrel 13 is provided with a sealing groove 14, and the ultrahigh pressure combined seal 6 is arranged in the sealing groove 14. The C-shaped combined seal 61, the ST-shaped hole combined seal 62, the ST-shaped shaft combined seal 63 and the J-shaped ultrathin frameless dust ring 64 are sequentially arranged between the piston rod 4 and the cylinder barrel 13 to play a role in sealing, and the ultrahigh pressure resistant seal assembly is adopted, so that the service life is prolonged.

The oil port transition block 7 is communicated with the oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe and is fixed on the upper cover plate 2 through bolts.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the piston rod 4 moves outwards the cylinder 13 under the pushing of the oil pressure, so as to clamp the clamping plate 9, and the rotatable component 11 of the hydraulic pile driver cannot rotate; the piston rod 4 moves towards the cylinder 13, and then the clamping plate 9 is loosened, so that the rotatable part 11 of the hydraulic pile planting machine can rotate.

The invention adopts ultrahigh oil pressure, so that huge clamping force is obtained in the minimum clamping area, and the mechanical strength is high. In addition, the invention uses the sealing with ultrahigh pressure resistance, thereby prolonging the service life. According to the invention, the teeth 41 are uniformly distributed on the end surface of the piston rod 4, so that the friction force is increased, and the clamping capability of the clamping device is further improved. The invention is provided with the hydraulic control one-way valve 5, and can flexibly, simply and accurately control the clamping and the loosening of the clamping device.

The above embodiments are implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and detailed embodiments and specific operation procedures are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
