The assembled corrugated steel structure for the wallboard of the house and the workshop and the construction method thereof have the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, its beneficial effect has:

(1) the strength is high, the integrity is good, and the anti-seismic performance of houses and workshops is improved.

(2) The construction period is short, and the construction cost is lower than the brick laying cost and the building block cost; because the thickness and the consumption of the steel are larger than those of the color steel structure, the cost is higher than that of the color steel structure, but the performance of the house and the workshop is better than that of the color steel structure, and the cost performance is better than that of the color steel structure.

(3) Radiation-proof materials, heat-insulating materials, fireproof materials, mothproof materials, anti-theft materials and the like are arranged between layers, so that special performance can be given to buildings.

(4) The service life is long, and the steel plate is thicker and has a protective layer, so that the service life can be designed according to more than one hundred years, and the maintenance is free or less.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a fabricated corrugated steel structure for wall panels of houses and workshops according to the present invention will now be described. This example wall structure is double-deck corrugated steel wallboard structure, includes:

the corrugated steel connecting plate (1) adopts a double-layer splicing structure and is a main material of a wallboard of a house and a workshop;

the connecting piece (2) is used for connecting the corrugated steel connecting plates (1);

and the surface protection layer (3) is used for protecting the surfaces of the corrugated steel connecting plate (1) and the connecting piece (2). The protective layer of the example can be a hot galvanizing protective layer, a hot dipping plastic protective layer, or painting, coating or multiple protection;

the waterproof material (4) is used for waterproofing of house and workshop structures, and sealing rubber strips, sealing rings, sealing glue, waterproof paint and the like can be selected as the waterproof material;

thermal insulation materials and other special purpose materials (5) for the thermal insulation of house and workshop structures and other special purposes. The heat-insulating material can be aluminum silicate fiber, heat-insulating cotton, heat-insulating cloth and other heat-insulating materials, and an interlayer in the middle of the double-layer corrugated steel plate 1 is filled; radiation-proof materials, heat-insulating materials, fireproof materials, mothproof materials, anti-theft materials and the like can also be arranged in the interlayer, so that more functions can be given to the house;

referring to fig. 2 to 4, a corrugated plate structure connection of an assembled corrugated steel structure for house and workshop wall plates according to the present invention will be described. The corrugated steel connecting plates (1) are basic units forming a wall body, and are corrugated steel plates with certain waveform parameters rolled by common flat steel plates, connecting holes 11 are formed in the peripheries of the steel plates and used for connecting a plurality of corrugated steel connecting plates (1) and fixing the whole assembled wall body on a foundation structure (12) and an upright post structure (13); in the waveform parameters of FIG. 3, t is the wall thickness, which is greater than 1 mm; p is the wave pitch, which is more than 20 mm; d is the wave height, which is larger than 13 mm; r is the radius of the waveform, and can be actually set as required. The roof plate 10 in fig. 4 is assembled by splicing a plurality of corrugated steel connecting plates (1), the column structure 13 comprises a plurality of columns, a plurality of beams, an integral tie bar and the like, and the size parameters, the number of connecting holes and the like of the foundation structure (12), the column structure (13) and the corrugated steel connecting plates (1) can be determined according to the height of a house and a workshop or the number of floors in actual design.

Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic view of a connection part of a double-layer corrugated steel plate, wherein in order to fix the double-layer corrugated steel plate and ensure sealing, the connection part (2) adopts a bolt, three nuts and two gaskets to be combined and sleeved, and the first nut and the gasket are used for fixing a first layer of corrugated plate and waterproof material; the second nut is used for adjusting the thickness of the double-layer steel plate interlayer and supporting a second layer of corrugated plate, and the thickness of the interlayer can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the nut; and the third nut and the gasket are used for fixing the second layer of corrugated plate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of an assembled corrugated steel structure for wall panels of houses and workshops and a construction method thereof according to the present invention is described as follows:

(1) and (3) rolling or rolling the steel plate, and performing processing technologies such as welding, cutting, drilling, arc pressing and the like to manufacture the corrugated steel connecting plate 1.

(2) Conveying a plurality of corrugated steel connecting plates 1 and accessories thereof to the site, and connecting two or more corrugated steel connecting plates 1 by connecting pieces 2 through connecting screw holes 11 on the corrugated steel connecting plates 1;

(3) connecting the corrugated steel connecting plate 1 with the foundation structure 12 by using a connecting piece 2;

(4) connecting the corrugated steel connecting plate 1 with the upright post structure 13 by using a connecting piece 2;

(5) the joint of two or more corrugated steel connecting plates 1 is provided with a waterproof material 4;

(6) heat insulation materials and other special-purpose materials 5 are arranged between two layers or multiple layers of corrugated steel connecting plates 1;

(7) hanging pieces, hooks, connecting wires, connecting pieces and the like can be arranged on the surface of the corrugated steel connecting plate 1 as required and are used for connecting and configuring indoor and outdoor circuits, pipelines, gas circuits and working and living goods;

(8) steel supports, doors and windows, ventilation openings, protective nets and the like can be arranged on wall structures of houses and workshops as required.

(9) And carrying out interior decoration and integral assembly.

(10) And completing the construction of houses and workshops.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the obvious effects that:

(1) the corrugated steel connecting plate 1 can be manufactured in a factory in a unified standard manner, and has the advantages of low cost, high precision, short field assembly time, firm and durable construction and low cost;
