The pressing plate assembly 201 is installed at the top of the telescopic rod 202 in a threaded connection mode, a plurality of adjusting holes 210 are formed in the vertical column 204 in the height direction, adjusting screws 211 are installed on the adjusting holes 210, the telescopic rod 202 is fixed through the adjusting screws 211, and the compressing height of the telescopic rod 202 is adjusted. The mounting flatness value of the connecting disc 501 can be measured by rotating the connecting disc 501 for a circle, and the range value of the mounting flatness is further calculated. If the range of the extreme difference is not within the error allowable range, the connecting disc 501 needs to be installed again, the leveling working process needs to be repeated, and the flatness extreme difference is adjusted repeatedly until the range of the error allowable range, so that the leveling work is completed.
