1. An absorbent article having a width direction, a longitudinal direction and a thickness direction in an unfolded state,

the absorbent article includes a pair of waist sections and an absorbent main body having an absorbent core,

at least one of the pair of waistline portions has a pair of sheets and a plurality of stretchable members that are arranged between the pair of sheets and stretch in the width direction,

each of the stretchable members is disposed continuously from one end portion to the other end portion in the width direction of the one of the waist portions, each of the stretchable members has a pair of end portion fixing portions in which both end portions in the width direction of the stretchable member are fixed to the pair of sheets,

the plurality of telescopic members comprise

At least one first stretchable member having a non-fixing portion, the non-fixing portion being not fixed to the pair of sheets on an inner side in the width direction with respect to the end fixing portion, and

at least one second stretchable member having a fixed portion fixed to the pair of sheets in a region overlapping at least the non-fixed portion in the width direction,

the length of the non-fixed portion in the width direction is longer than the length of the absorbent main body in the width direction.

2. The absorbent article according to claim 1,

the first extensible member has the non-fixed portion in an entire region between the pair of end fixed portions in the width direction.

3. The absorbent article according to claim 1,

the first stretchable member has a central fixing portion at a central portion in the width direction, the central fixing portion being a portion where the first stretchable member is fixed to the pair of sheets, and

the first extensible member has the non-fixed portion on both outer sides in the width direction of the center fixed portion.

4. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

the second extensible member has the fixing portion in an entire region between the pair of end fixing portions in the width direction.

5. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the number of the first stretchable members provided to at least one of the pair of waist portions is larger than the number of the second stretchable members provided to the one of the pair of waist portions.

a post-treatment belt for holding the absorbent article in a rolled state when the absorbent article is discarded after use, the post-treatment belt being provided on a non-skin side of the waist portion,

the after-treatment belt has a belt fixing portion that fixes the after-treatment belt to a non-skin side of the waist portion, and

the absorbent article has a portion where the belt fixing portion overlaps with the fixing portion when viewed in the thickness direction.

12. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 11,

the absorbent article further includes a sheet joining portion in which facing surfaces of the pair of sheets are joined to each other, and

the sheet engagement portion and the extensible member do not have an overlapping portion.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an absorbent article.

Background

In an absorbent article, as a stretchable structure of a waist portion, there is a structure including an elongated elastic stretchable member provided between two sheet layers in a stretching direction. For example, patent document 1 discloses the following telescopic structure: both ends of the elastic expansion member are fixed to the two sheet layers; an elastic telescopic member acting as a free portion between these fixed ends, said free portion not being fixed to said two sheets; and a sheet joining portion joining the two sheets with a hot melt adhesive is provided in a region between the fixing ends. The sheet joining portion that continues in the stretching direction is formed into a wavy shape (wrinkle) in such a manner that the two sheet layers are aligned with each other, and the top of the wrinkle is gently curved, resulting in a soft feeling.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the waistline portion of the absorbent article of patent document 1, the elastic stretching member is not fixed between the two sheets between the fixed end portions of both ends of the elastic stretching member. Therefore, there is a risk that the relative position of the elastic stretchable member with respect to the waist portion is displaced (for example, the position in the vertical direction) when the absorbent article is worn, resulting in deterioration of fit or "folding over" of the sheet constituting the waist portion. In contrast, in the case where the entire elastic stretchable member is fixed to the waistline portion, the positional displacement of the elastic stretchable member can be suppressed. However, the increase in the area of the portions of the two sheets to which the elastically stretchable member is fixed leads to a risk of the flexibility of the waist portion being impaired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to increase the flexibility of the waist portion and to suppress the occurrence of the waist portion of the absorbent article being folded.

Means for solving the problems

A main aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is an absorbent article having a width direction, a longitudinal direction, and a thickness direction in an unfolded state, the absorbent article including a pair of waist parts and an absorbent body having an absorbent core, at least one of the pair of waist parts having a pair of sheets and a plurality of stretchable members arranged between the pair of sheets and stretchable in the width direction, each of the stretchable members being continuously arranged from one end portion to the other end portion in the width direction of the one of the waist parts, each of the stretchable members having a pair of end fixing portions in which both end portions in the width direction of the stretchable member are fixed to the pair of sheets, the plurality of stretchable members including at least one first stretchable member having a non-fixing portion and at least one second stretchable member having a fixing portion, the non-fixing portion is not fixed to the pair of sheets on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the end fixing portion, the fixing portion is fixed to the pair of sheets in a region overlapping at least the non-fixing portion in the width direction, and a length of the non-fixing portion in the width direction is longer than a length of the absorbent body in the width direction.

Other features of the present invention will be apparent from the description of the specification and drawings.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

According to the present invention, the waist portion of the absorbent article can be prevented from being folded while increasing the flexibility of the waist portion.

Detailed Description

The description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings will make at least the following matters clear.

An absorbent article having a width direction, a longitudinal direction, and a thickness direction in an unfolded state, the absorbent article comprising a pair of waistline portions and an absorbent main body having an absorbent core, at least one of the pair of waistline portions having a pair of sheets and a plurality of stretchable members arranged between the pair of sheets and stretchable in the width direction, each stretchable member being continuously arranged from one end portion to the other end portion in the width direction of the one of the waistline portions, each stretchable member having a pair of end fixing portions in which both end portions in the width direction of the stretchable member are fixed to the pair of sheets, the plurality of stretchable members including at least one first stretchable member having a non-fixing portion and at least one second stretchable member having a fixing portion, the non-fixing portion is not fixed to the pair of sheets on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the end fixing portion, the fixing portion is fixed to the pair of sheets in a region overlapping at least the non-fixing portion in the width direction, and a length of the non-fixing portion in the width direction is longer than a length of the absorbent body in the width direction.

According to the absorbent article, since the first extensible member has the non-fixed portion, the area of the high-rigidity portion of the waist portion is reduced, and the flexibility can be enhanced. In addition, the vertical movement of the non-fixed portion of the first extensible member is restricted by the fixed portion, which makes the extensible member hardly undergo positional displacement, so that the occurrence of the fold-back in the waistline portion or the deterioration of the fit can be suppressed. Further, since the width of the non-fixed portion is made longer than the width of the absorbent main body, the absorbent article hardly feels hard to the wearer in the region overlapping with the absorbent main body in the waistline portion, particularly in the region corresponding to the central portion of the wearer's body.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that the first extensible member has the non-fixed portion in the entire region between the pair of end fixed portions in the width direction.

According to the absorbent article described above, the width-directional length of the non-fixed portion is made longer as compared with the case where the non-fixed portion is provided in only a part of the region between the end fixed portions on both sides in the width direction, so that the area of the low rigidity portion in the waistline portion can be increased. This can further enhance the flexibility of the waist portion.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that the first extensible member has a central fixing portion at a central portion in the width direction, the central fixing portion being a portion where the first extensible member is fixed to the pair of sheets, and the first extensible member has the non-fixing portions at both outer sides in the width direction of the central fixing portion.

According to the absorbent article, since the first stretchable member is fixed to the central fixing portion at the widthwise central portion, the vertical movement of the first stretchable member is easily suppressed, and the amount of movement (amplitude) in the vertical direction is reduced. This suppresses the positional displacement of the stretchable member in the up-down direction, so that the folding back of the waist portion or the deterioration of the fit can be suppressed more easily.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that the second extensible member has the fixing portion in the entire region between the pair of end fixing portions in the width direction.

According to the absorbent article described above, providing the fixing portion of the second extensible member wider in the width direction makes it easier to restrict the movement of the first extensible member even in the case where an attempt is made to move the first extensible member in the up-down direction. This makes it possible to suppress occurrence of a large positional shift. Therefore, when the absorbent article is worn, the occurrence of folding in the waist portion and/or deterioration of fit can be more easily suppressed.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that the number of the first stretchable member provided to at least one of the pair of waist portions is larger than the number of the second stretchable member provided to the one of the pair of waist portions.

According to the absorbent article described above, the number of the non-fixing portions provided in the waistline portion is larger than the number of the fixing portions. That is, in the waistline portion, the proportion of the high rigidity region is reduced, so that the flexibility of the waistline portion can be further improved.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that the number of the second stretchable members provided to at least one of the pair of waist portions is equal to or greater than the number of the first stretchable members provided to the one of the pair of waist portions.

According to the absorbent article described above, since the number of the fixed portions provided in the waistline portion is equal to or larger than the number of the non-fixed portions, the proportion of the portion of the waistline portion to which the second extensible member is fixed is increased, and therefore, the positional displacement of the second extensible member hardly occurs. Therefore, the increase in the number of the fixing portions of the second extensible member makes it easier to further restrict the vertical movement of the first extensible member. That is, the positional displacement of the telescopic member can be suppressed as a whole. This can further suppress the occurrence of folding in the waistline portion or the deterioration of fit.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that at least one of the first extensible members is disposed between two of the second extensible members disposed adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction.

According to the absorbent article described above, the non-fixing portion of the first extensible member is arranged to be sandwiched between the fixing portions of the second extensible member in the up-down direction, and therefore the fixing portions make it easier to restrict the up-down direction movement of the non-fixing portion, so that the positional displacement of the first extensible member can be reduced. This can further suppress the occurrence of folding in the waistline portion or the deterioration of fit.

In the absorbent article, it is desirable that the first extensible member and the second extensible member are alternately arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction.

According to the absorbent article, the vertical movement of the non-fixing portion of the first extensible member is restricted by the fixing portion of the second extensible member, so that the positional displacement of the first extensible member can be reduced. This can further suppress the occurrence of folding in the waistline portion or the deterioration of fit. Further, since the fixed sections and the non-fixed sections are alternately arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, when the waist section contracts in the width direction, it is easy to form regular wrinkles on the surface of the waist section.

In this absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent article has a portion where the absorbent main body and the fixed portion overlap when viewed in the thickness direction.

According to the above-described absorbent article, the stretching force of the second stretching member fixed to the skin side sheet makes it easier to suppress the positional displacement of the absorbent core indirectly fixed to the skin side sheet. Therefore, the fit of the absorbent core is improved, excrement hardly leaks, and the wearing comfort of the absorbent article is enhanced.

In this absorbent article, it is desirable that the fixing portion is provided in a region between an upper end of the absorbent body and an upper end of the absorbent core in the longitudinal direction in a region overlapping with the absorbent body when viewed in the thickness direction.

According to the above absorbent article, since the stretching force of the second stretching member hardly acts directly on the region overlapping with the absorbent core, a force that contracts the absorbent core or presses the absorbent core toward the skin side of the wearer hardly acts when the absorbent article is worn. This makes it easier to maintain the absorption properties of the absorbent core. On the other hand, the upper end region (inner flap) of the absorbent main body 10 fits the wearer's body, making it difficult to form a gap between the absorbent main body and the wearer's body. This makes it easier to suppress leakage of excrement such as urine from the upper end portion of the absorbent main body. This makes it easier to suppress leakage of excrement while enhancing the fit of the absorbent core.

In this absorbent article, it is desirable that a finishing tape for holding the absorbent article in a state where the absorbent article is rolled up when the absorbent article is discarded after use is provided on the non-skin side of the waist portion, the finishing tape has a tape fixing portion that fixes the finishing tape to the non-skin side of the waist portion, and the absorbent article has a portion where the tape fixing portion overlaps with the fixing portion when viewed in the thickness direction.

According to the absorbent article, the tape fixing portion of the post-treatment tape and the fixing portion of the second extensible member overlap. Therefore, when the post-treatment belt is pulled to the non-skin side in the thickness direction after the absorbent article is used, the pulling force is easily transmitted to both the skin side sheet and the non-skin side sheet constituting the waist portion. This prevents only the non-skin side panel from being pulled or torn and/or inhibits the tensile force from being hardly transmitted to the waistline portion. This may facilitate post-processing of the absorbent article after use.

In this absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent article further includes a sheet joining portion in which the facing surfaces of the pair of sheets are joined to each other, and the sheet joining portion and the extensible member do not have an overlapping portion.

According to the absorbent article, when the waist stretching member contracts, wrinkles are easily formed in the waist portion, and the appearance or fit of the waist portion can be enhanced. In addition, since the sheet joining portion does not overlap with the waist stretching member, the area of the portion of the waist stretching member fixed to the sheet is not increased. The vertical movement of the waist stretching member can be adjusted while maintaining the flexibility of the waist. Therefore, the vertical interval of the waist stretching member is easily maintained, so that the occurrence of the fold-back in the waist portion or the deterioration of the fit can be easily suppressed.

In the first embodiment, the first embodiment is described below

Hereinafter, as an example of the absorbent article according to the present invention, an embodiment will be described using a pants-type disposable diaper for infants. However, the absorbent article according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described absorbent article, and is also applicable to an adult pants-type disposable diaper, an adult belt-type disposable diaper, sanitary shorts, and the like.

< Structure of pants-type Disposable diaper 1 >

Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter referred to as "diaper 1"). Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in a developed state and in an extended state. Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line I-I in fig. 2. The "developed state" of the diaper 1 refers to a state in which the diaper 1 is developed in the longitudinal direction by releasing a locking portion 40 described later and separating a pair of waist portions 20 and 30 (described later). Further, the "extended state" of the diaper 1 refers to a state in which the diaper 1 is extended without wrinkles, and a state in which the diaper 1 is extended until the size of a constituent member (for example, the waistline portions 20 and 30, etc.) of the diaper 1 coincides with or approaches the size of the member itself.

In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the diaper 1 has a width direction, a vertical direction, and a front-rear direction, and is formed with a waist opening BH and a pair of leg hole openings LH. In the up-down direction, the waistline side is defined as the upper side and the crotch side as the lower side. In the front-rear direction, the side closer to the ventral side of the wearer is defined as the front side, and the side closer to the dorsal side of the wearer is defined as the rear side. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the direction in which the constituent members of the diaper 1 are superposed on each other will be referred to as the thickness direction. In the thickness direction, the side that contacts the wearer is defined as the skin side, and the side that does not contact the wearer is defined as the non-skin side. Further, in the developed state of fig. 2, the diaper 1 has longitudinal and width directions intersecting each other. The longitudinal direction is a direction extending in the vertical direction, and the width direction is the same direction as the width direction in the pants-type state of fig. 1.

Further, the diaper 1 includes a pair of waist portions 20 and 30 and an absorbent main body 10. Of the pair of waist portions 20 and 30, a portion applied to the abdomen side of the wearer is referred to as an abdomen-side waist portion 20, and a portion applied to the back side of the wearer is referred to as a back-side waist portion 30.

In the developed state shown in fig. 2, the diaper 1 has a width direction and a longitudinal direction, and an end portion on one longitudinal side (the abdomen side) of the absorbent main body 10 is disposed in a width direction center portion of the abdomen side waistline portion 20, and an end portion on the other longitudinal side (the back side) of the absorbent main body 10 is disposed in a width direction center portion of the back side waistline portion 30. In the diaper 1 in the developed state, the absorbent main body 10 is folded in two at substantially the center in the longitudinal direction, and both widthwise side portions of each of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 and the back-side waist portion 30 are locked by a pair of locking portions 40, thereby forming the diaper 1 in the pants-type state shown in fig. 1. It should be noted that the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 in the unfolded state is aligned with the up-down direction of the diaper 1 in the pants-type state. The locking method in the locking portion 40 may be exemplified by welding, bonding with an adhesive, or the like.

As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent main body 10 includes: an absorbent body 11; a liquid-permeable topsheet 12 disposed on the skin side of the absorbent body 11; a liquid-impermeable back sheet 13 disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body 11; and an outer sheet 14 disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the back sheet 13.

As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent body 11 includes: an absorbent core 11A that absorbs and retains excretory fluid such as urine; and a liquid-permeable core wrap sheet 11B covering the absorbent core 11A. As the absorbent core 11A, a material obtained by shaping liquid absorbent fibers (e.g., pulp) containing a Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) into a predetermined shape can be exemplified. It should be noted that the absorbent core 11A may not be covered with the core wrap sheet 11B.

As shown in fig. 3, the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 (back-side waistline portion 30) includes: soft skin side sheets 21(31) and non-skin side sheets 22(32) (a pair of sheets) made of nonwoven fabric or the like; a plurality of waist stretching members 23(33) stretching in the width direction and disposed between the skin side sheets 21(31) and the non-skin side sheets 22 (32). The plurality of waist stretching members 23(33) are arranged in parallel with an interval in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) between the skin side sheets 21(31) and the non-skin side sheets 22(32), and are fixed in a state of being extended in the width direction. Therefore, the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are stretched in the width direction and fit around the waistline of the wearer. It should be noted that as the waistline stretching members 23 and 33, a linear stretching member (elastic cord or the like) or an elongated stretchable sheet can be exemplified. In addition, the configuration of the waistline portions 20 and 30 is not limited to the configuration shown in the drawings. For example, the following are acceptable: a configuration having a three-layer or more-layer structure in which different sheets are stacked on the pair of sheets; or a configuration in which the pair of sheets is formed by folding one sheet.

In addition, in the present embodiment, as an example of a pants-type disposable diaper, there is provided a so-called three-piece diaper having three members (i.e., the abdomen-side waistline portion 20, the back-side waistline portion 30, and the absorbent main body 10); the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are separated from each other. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the following diapers may be used: a so-called two-piece pants-type disposable diaper having two members (i.e., an exterior member and an absorbent body); the exterior member is a member in which the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are integrated with each other, and the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 form a single member continuous via the crotch portion.

Fig. 4 is a schematic plan view of the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the configuration of the pair of waistline portions 20, 30 will be explained using the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 as an example. However, at least one of the pair of waistline portions 20 and 30 may have the following configuration. That is, both the waistline portions 20 and 30 can have the following configurations. Alternatively, only the back-side waistline portion 30 may have the following configuration, and the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 may have a different configuration. Alternatively, only the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 may have the following configuration, and the back-side waistline portion 30 may have a different configuration. The same applies to the other embodiments.

The plurality of waist stretching members 23 provided in the abdominal-side waist portion 20 (hereinafter, referred to as "waist portion 20") include: a plurality of "continuous stretchable members 231" (stretchable members of the present invention) continuously arranged from one end portion to the other end portion in the width direction of the waistline portion 20; and a plurality of "discontinuous extensible members 232" discontinuously arranged in the width direction. The discontinuous extensible member 232 is disposed below the continuous extensible member 231.

Each of the continuously stretchable members 231 has "a pair of end fixing portions 50", and both width-direction end portions of the end fixing portions 50 are fixed to the skin-side sheet 21 and the non-skin-side sheet 22. Note that the fixing method of the end fixing portion 50 is not particularly limited, and the following known methods can be exemplified: fixed with an adhesive applied to the continuous extensible member 231; fixing with an adhesive applied to the inner surfaces of the skin side sheet 21 and the non-skin side sheet 22 (hereinafter referred to as "a pair of sheets 21 and 22"); and fixed by a pair of welding portions extending across the continuously stretchable member 231.

In fig. 4, the pair of end fixing portions 50 are arranged on the inner side in the width direction with respect to the pair of lock portions 40, and are independent from the pair of lock portions 40. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The pair of locking portions 40 may serve as a pair of end fixing portions. That is, the diaper 1 may not have the end fixing portions 50 shown in fig. 4.

Further, the plurality of continuously telescoping members 231 includes at least one "first continuously telescoping member 231 a" and at least one "second continuously telescoping member 231 b".

In addition, the first continuously stretchable member 231a (the first stretchable member of the present invention) has "non-fixed portion 51", which is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 and is located inside in the width direction with respect to the end fixed portion 50. On the other hand, the second continuous stretchable member 231b (second stretchable member of the present invention) has a "fixed portion 52", and the fixed portion 52 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 at least in a region overlapping with the non-fixed portion 51 in the width direction. The fixing portion 52 may be formed integrally with the end fixing portions 50 and 50, or may be formed separately from the end fixing portion 50.

In the first embodiment, the non-fixing portions 51 are continuously arranged from the end fixing portion 50 on one side to the end fixing portion 50 on the other side in the width direction (see fig. 4). The fixing portions 52 are continuously arranged from the end fixing portion 50 on one side to the end fixing portion 50 on the other side in the width direction in a manner corresponding to the position where the non-fixing portion 51 is provided (see fig. 4).

However, the non-fixing portion 51 of the first continuously telescoping member 231a may be disposed in only a portion of the widthwise region between the end fixing portions 50 and 50. In this case, the fixed portion 52 of the second continuous extensible member 231b may be provided at least in the width direction at a portion where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided.

In the diaper 1, the rigidity of the waistline portion 20 is increased by curing or the like of the adhesive in the portion (the fixed portion 52) where the waistline stretch member 23 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22, as compared with the portion (the non-fixed portion 51) where the waistline stretch member is not fixed. Therefore, since the first continuously stretchable member 231a has the non-fixing portion 51, the area of the high rigidity portion can be reduced as compared with, for example, a case where the non-fixing portion 51 is not provided (a case where the waistline stretchable member 23 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 over almost the entire area). This can enhance the flexibility of the waist portion 20, so that the wearing comfort of the waist portion 20 can be improved.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the length L51 of the non-fixing portion 51 (the total length in the width direction of the non-fixing portion 51 provided for any one of the first continuously stretchable members 231a) is longer than the length (width) W10 of the absorbent main body 10 in the width direction. As described above, since the absorbent main body 10 has the absorbent core 11A formed of the liquid absorbent fiber, the absorbent main body has higher rigidity than the waistline portion 20 and the like. Therefore, in the region where the waistline portion 20 and the absorbent main body 10 overlap in the width direction, the waistline portion 20 becomes hard as compared with the region where the absorbent main body 10 does not overlap with the waistline portion. This results in a risk of discomfort or unpleasant sensation to the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn. In contrast, in the diaper 1, the non-fixed portion 51 is provided in a wider range than the portion where the waistline portion 20 overlaps with the absorbent main body 10 in the width direction so that the wearer (user) hardly feels the hardness of the absorbent main body 10 in this portion. In particular, in the region that is in contact with the central portion of the wearer's body, the wearer can easily feel softness. Therefore, the wearer hardly feels discomfort or unpleasant feeling in the waistline portion 20.

However, since the first continuously stretchable member 231a is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 in the non-fixing portion 51, there is a case where the first continuously stretchable member 231a (non-fixing portion 51) moves in the up-down direction when the diaper 1 is put on. That is, there is a risk that the first continuously stretchable member 231a is displaced in position in the vertical direction with respect to the waist portion 20. Further, when the position displacement of the first continuously stretchable member 231a in the vertical direction occurs in the waist portion 20 during the putting on of the diaper 1, there is a risk that a turn-up (tucking) occurs in the sheets 21 and 22 constituting the waist portion 20, or that tightening in the waist portion of the wearer becomes uneven to deteriorate the fit of the waist portion 20.

In contrast, in the present embodiment, since the fixed portion 52 is provided in a region overlapping with the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided in the width direction, the vertical movement of the first continuously stretchable member 231a (non-fixed portion 51) is restricted by the second continuously stretchable member 231b (fixed portion 52). This can suppress the occurrence of the fold-back in the waist portion 20 and/or the deterioration of the fit. That is, in the diaper 1, the provision of the non-fixing portion 51 enhances the flexibility of the waistline portion 20, and the provision of the fixing portion 52 at a predetermined position can effectively suppress the occurrence of the fold-back or the like in the waistline portion 20.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the non-fixed portion 51 is continuously arranged from one end fixed portion 50 to the other end fixed portion 50 in the width direction. That is, the non-fixing portion 51 is provided in the entire region between the pair of end fixing portions 50 and 50. Therefore, as compared with the case where the non-fixed portions 51 are provided only in a part of the region between the end fixed portions 50 and 50 on both sides in the width direction, the width direction length L51 of the non-fixed portions 51 becomes long, so that the area of the low rigidity portion in the waist body portion 20 can be increased. This can further enhance the flexibility of the waist portion 20.

In addition, the fixing portions 52 are arranged continuously from one end fixing portion 50 to the other end fixing portion 50 in the width direction, corresponding to the non-fixing portions 51. That is, the fixing portion 52 is provided in the entire region between the pair of end fixing portions 50 and 50. In the case of increasing the width-direction length of the non-fixing portion 51 as described above, the range in which the first continuously stretchable member 231a is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 is widened. That is, the first continuously stretchable member 231a (the non-fixed portion 51) can move in the up-down direction within the wide width direction area, resulting in a risk of an increase in the positional displacement of the first continuously stretchable member 231 a. However, in the present embodiment, the second continuous extensible member 231b is fixed by the fixing portion 52 over a wide width range. Therefore, even when an attempt is made to move the non-fixing portion 51 of the first continuously stretchable member 231a in the up-down direction, the movement is restricted by the fixing portion 52 of the second continuously stretchable member 231b, so that it is easier to suppress the occurrence of a large positional displacement. Therefore, even when the flexibility of the waistline portion 20 is enhanced by widening the range of the non-fixed portion 51, the occurrence of the fold of the waistline portion 20 and the deterioration of the fit can be reliably suppressed when the diaper is put on.

Note that the fixing portions 52 are not necessarily provided in the entire region between the end fixing portions 50 and 50 on both sides in the width direction. However, it is desirable that the fixed portions 52 be provided continuously over the entire region R1 overlapping with the absorbent core 11A at least in the width direction (refer to fig. 4). Since the second continuously stretchable member 231b is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 in this region R1, the stretching force of the second continuously stretchable member 231b easily acts on the entire region R1, so that the waist portion 20 more easily fits the skin of the wearer at least in the region R1. Therefore, in the region R1, positional displacement of the absorbent core 11A in the width direction hardly occurs, so that leakage of excrement from the absorbent core 11A is more easily suppressed.

In addition, it is desirable that at least one of the one or more fixing portions 52 provided continuously in the width direction over the entire region R1 is arranged to overlap with the absorbent main body 10 in the longitudinal direction. In other words, it is desirable that the diaper 1 has a portion where the fixed portion 52 of the second continuously stretchable member 231b overlaps with the absorbent main body 10 when the diaper 1 is viewed in the thickness direction. In the case where the second continuously stretchable member 231b is fixed to the skin side sheet 21 in the region R1, the skin side sheet 21 is easily fixed to the body (skin) of the wearer due to the stretching force of the second continuously stretchable member 231 b. This makes it easier to suppress the vertical direction position displacement of the absorbent core 11A indirectly fixed to the skin side sheet 21. That is, the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) positional displacement and the width direction positional displacement of the absorbent core 11A are suppressed. Therefore, the fit of the absorbent core 11A to the wearer is improved, and the leakage of excrement is hardly caused, enhancing the wearing comfort of the diaper 1.

Note that, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, at least one fixing portion 52 is provided between the upper end 10eu of the absorbent main body 10 and the upper end 11Aeu of the absorbent core 11A (this region is also referred to as "inner panel") in the longitudinal direction. In other words, when the diaper 1 is viewed in the thickness direction, the at least one fixed portion 52 of the second continuously stretchable member 231b is disposed at a position overlapping with the absorbent main body 10 and not overlapping with the absorbent core 11A. In this case, the stretching force of the second continuously stretchable member 231b does not act on the region overlapping with the absorbent core 11A. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is put on, a force that contracts the absorbent core 11A or excessively presses the absorbent core 11A against the skin side of the wearer hardly acts. This suppresses the impairment of the absorption performance by the absorbent core 11A, and hence excrement hardly leaks. In addition, the fixed portion 52 makes it easier for the inner panel of the absorbent main body 10 to fit to the wearer's body, making it difficult to form a gap between the absorbent main body 10 and the wearer's body in the inner panel. This makes it easier to suppress leakage of excrement such as urine from the upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 to the outside of the diaper 1. This may contribute to the enhancement of the fit of the absorbent core 11A while suppressing leakage of excrement.

In the diaper 1, the number of the first continuous stretchable member 231a (the number of the elastic strands) is larger than the number of the second continuous stretchable member 231b (the number of the elastic strands) among the plurality of continuous stretchable members 231 arranged in the waistline portion 20. For example, in fig. 4, the waistline portion 20 is provided with three first continuously stretchable members 231a and two second continuously stretchable members 231 b. The larger the number of the first continuously extendable members 231a, the larger the number of the non-fixed portions 51. This makes it possible to reduce the area of the high rigidity portion. That is, setting the number of the non-fixing portions 51 to be larger than the number of the fixing portions 52 reduces the proportion of the high rigidity region in the waistline portion 20, so that the flexibility of the waistline portion 20 can be further improved. For example, in the case where the wearer of the diaper 1 is an infant or an elderly person whose skin is weak, increasing the flexibility of the waistline portion 20 makes it possible to prevent the skin of the wearer from being damaged and suppress the uncomfortable feeling. Therefore, this configuration is effective.

However, in the diaper 1, of the plurality of continuous extensible members 231 arranged in the waistline portion 20, the number of the second continuous extensible member 231b (the number of the elastic cords) may be equal to or greater than the number of the first continuous extensible member 231a (the number of the elastic cords). The greater the number of the second continuous telescopic members 231b, the greater the number of the fixing portions 52. This makes it easier to firmly fix the second continuously telescoping member 231b to the pair of sheets 21 and 22. That is, setting the number of the fixed portions 52 equal to or greater than the number of the non-fixed portions 51 increases the proportion of the portion of the waistline portion 20 to which the second continuously stretchable member 231b is fixed, and therefore, the positional displacement of the second continuously stretchable member 231b becomes almost unlikely to occur. In addition, as described above, fixing the position of the second continuously extendable and contractible member 231b makes it easier to restrict the vertical movement of the first continuously extendable and contractible member 231 a. That is, the positional displacement of the continuously stretchable member 231 can be suppressed as a whole. This further suppresses the occurrence of tucking in the waistline portion 20 or deterioration of fit.

In addition, in the diaper 1, at least one first extensible member 231a is disposed between two second continuous extensible members 231b and 231b disposed adjacent to each other in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction). That is, in the longitudinal direction, the diaper 1 has a portion where the non-fixing portion 51 of the first extensible member 231a is arranged to be sandwiched between the fixing portions 52 and 52 of the second continuously extensible member 231b in the up-down direction. Even when the vertical direction positional displacement of the first extensible member 231a (the non-fixed portion 51) occurs in such a portion, since the vertical direction movement is restricted by the fixed portions 52 and 52 configured to sandwich the first extensible member 231a from above and below, the influence of the positional displacement can be reduced. Therefore, the position of the non-fixing portion 51 of the first continuously stretchable member 231a is hardly greatly displaced in the vertical direction, so that the occurrence of the turn-back of the waistline portion 20 or the deterioration of the fit of the waistline portion 20 due to the displacement of the position of the continuously stretchable member 231 can be more effectively suppressed.

In the diaper 1, the first continuously stretchable member 231a and the second continuously stretchable member 231b are alternately arranged in parallel in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). In other words, the diaper 1 has a portion where the first continuously stretchable member 231a is arranged between two second continuously stretchable members 231b and 231b adjacent in the up-down direction, and such portions are repeatedly arranged in the longitudinal direction. With the above configuration, the position of the non-fixing portion 51 of the first continuously stretchable member 231a is hardly largely displaced in the up-down direction as in the above case. This makes it possible to more effectively suppress the occurrence of the fold-back in the waistline portion 20 or the deterioration of the fit of the waistline portion 20 due to the positional displacement of the continuously stretchable member 231. Further, since the fixed portions 52 and the non-fixed portions 51 are alternately arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, when the waist portion 20 contracts in the width direction while the diaper 1 is worn, the wrinkles having a regular shape are easily formed on the surface of the waist portion 20. That is, the uniform shaped gathers, which are regularly positioned side by side, may improve the aesthetic appearance of the diaper 1.

As shown in fig. 4, the waistline unit 20 has a discontinuous extensible member 232 below (inside in the longitudinal direction) the continuous extensible member 231 located at the lowermost position. The non-continuous stretchable members 232 are each non-continuous in at least a part of the region R1 overlapping with the absorbent core 11A in the width direction. That is, some of the waistline stretch members 23 overlapping the absorbent main body 10 in the longitudinal direction have a non-stretch region (discontinuous portion) in the widthwise central portion. Therefore, the contraction of the absorbent core 11A due to the waistline stretch member 23 can be suppressed, so that the flatness of the absorbent core 11A can be ensured.

Further, it is also preferable that the discontinuous extensible members 232 each have the end fixing portion 55 and the non-fixing portion 56. The end fixing portion 55 is a portion in which both widthwise end portions of the continuous portion of each discontinuous stretching member 232 are fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22. The non-fixing portion 56 is a portion of the non-continuous stretchable member 232 between the end fixing portions 55 that is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55 are disposed at one end portion in the width direction of the waistline portion 20 and one end portion in the width direction of the absorbent core 11A, and a non-fixing portion 56 is disposed between the pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55. Similarly, a pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55 are disposed at the other end portion in the width direction of the absorbent core 11A and the other end portion in the width direction of the waistline portion 20, and a non-fixing portion 56 is disposed between the pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55.

Providing the non-fixed portion 56 in the non-continuous extensible member 232 as described above enhances the flexibility of the waistline portion 20. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The non-continuous telescoping member 232 does not necessarily have a non-fixed portion 56. In addition, a portion of the discontinuous telescoping member 232 may be fixed in the area between the pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55. In this case, when the diaper 1 is worn, the waist portion 20 is easily fitted in the region between the pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55, so that it is easier to suppress the waist portion 20 from floating from the skin of the wearer. In addition, with respect to the area between the pair of end fixing portions 55 and 55, the following configuration is also acceptable: among the plurality of discontinuous extensible and contractible members 232, 232 … arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, a member having a fixed portion in this region and a member having no fixed portion in this region are alternately arranged. In this case, both flexibility and conformability of the region can be achieved.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a post-treatment tape 70 is provided on the back-side waistline portion 30 of the diaper 1. The post-treatment belt 70 is a substantially rectangular belt-like member (belt member) that is long in the up-down direction. The post-processing tape 70 has a tape fixing portion 71 (indicated by a hatched portion in fig. 2) on one side in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction), and an adhesive portion 72 on the other side in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction). The tape fixing portion 71 is formed of an adhesive or the like. The post-treatment tape 70 is fixed to the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet 32 of the back-side waistline portion 30 with the tape fixing portion 71 in a non-releasable manner. An adhesive is applied to the adhesive portion 72. Before the diaper 1 is used, a part of the tape 70 is folded with the adhesive portion 72 inside. Therefore, the adhesive portion 72 is not exposed to the outside, and the adhesive surface of the adhesive portion 72 is protected.

When the diaper 1 is discarded after use, the diaper 1 is rolled up in the longitudinal direction in such a manner that the absorbent main body 10 faces inward, and the adhesive portion 72 is exposed by stretching and pulling the folded post-processing tape 70 with respect to the diaper 1. The adhesive 72 side is then wrapped around the diaper 1. Therefore, the diaper 1 can be kept in a rolled state, so that the diaper 1 can be discarded without leakage of excrement or the like that has adhered to the inside (the absorbent main body 10) of the diaper 1 to the outside.

In the present embodiment, the post-treatment tape 70 is disposed such that the tape fixing portion 71 overlaps the fixing portion 52 of the second continuously stretchable member 231b (331b) when viewed in the thickness direction. In the case where the tape fixing portion 71 of the post-processing tape 70 does not overlap with the fixing portion 52 as viewed in the thickness direction, there is a risk of causing the following problems. That is, when the aftertreatment belt 70 is pulled toward the non-skin side in the thickness direction after the diaper 1 is used, the non-skin side sheets 22(32) may float from the skin side sheets 21(31) because only the non-skin side sheets 22(32) of the waist portion 20 (back waist portion 30) are pulled toward the non-skin side together with the belt fixing portions 71. In this case, there is a risk of tearing the non-skin side panels 22(32) or of almost no transmission of the force of pulling the treated belt 70 to the waistline portion 20 (back-side waistline portion 30).

In contrast, in the present embodiment, the tape fixing portion 71 and the fixing portion 52 overlap. Therefore, when the aftertreatment belt 70 is pulled toward the non-skin side in the thickness direction after the diaper 1 is used, both the sheets of the skin side sheet 21(31) and the non-skin side sheet 22(32) joined in the thickness direction via the fixing portions 52 are pulled. This prevents tearing of the sheets 21(31) and 22(32) constituting the waistline portion 20, and prevents the force of pulling the post-processing tape 70 from being hardly transmitted to the waistline portion 20. This may facilitate the post-treatment of the diaper 1 after use.

< modification example >

Fig. 5 is a schematic plan view of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 of the diaper 1 in the modification. In the modification, a central fixing portion 53 that fixes the first continuously stretchable member 231a to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 is provided at a widthwise central portion of the first continuously stretchable member 231 a. That is, in the region between the end fixing portions 50 and 50 located on both sides in the width direction, the first continuously stretchable member 231a has a central fixing portion 53 at the width direction central portion, and non-fixing portions 51 and 51 at both widthwise outer sides of the central fixing portion 53. The other configurations of the diaper 1 in the modification are the same as those in the above-described embodiment.

As shown in fig. 4, in the above embodiment, the non-fixing portion 51 continuous in the width direction is provided in the region between the end fixing portions 50 and 50. The first continuous telescopic member 231a may move in the up-down direction in this region. In particular, in the center portion in the width direction, the amount of vertical movement (amplitude) of the first continuously stretchable member 231a may become the largest, and thus there is a risk of a large positional displacement occurring.

In contrast, in the present modification, the center fixing portion 53 fixes the corresponding first continuously stretchable member 231a to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 in the width direction center portion. Therefore, the vertical movement of the first continuously extendable and contractible member 231a is suppressed in the widthwise central portion. That is, the vertical movement amount (amplitude) of the first continuously extendable and contractible member 231a decreases. This suppresses the positional displacement of the waist stretching member 23 in the up-down direction, so that the folding of the waist portion 20 or the deterioration of the fit can be suppressed more easily.

In the case of the modified example, the width-directional length L51 of the non-fixed portion 51 is longer than the width W10 of the absorbent main body 10(L51 > W10). That is, the length (L51) is obtained by subtracting the width-direction length L53 of the center fixing portion 53 from the width-direction length between the end fixing portions 50 and 50 on both sides in the width direction, and the length (L51) is greater than the width W10 of the absorbent main body 10. This can prevent the non-fixing portion 51 from being narrowed and can maintain the flexibility of the waist portion 20.

In the second embodiment, the first embodiment is described as follows

Fig. 6 is a schematic plan view of the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 of the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, the waistline portion 20 has a sheet joining portion 60 (indicated by thick black lines in fig. 6) on the widthwise inner side with respect to the end fixing portion 50, and the sheet joining portion 60 is each a portion where the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are joined to each other. Note that as a joining method of the pair of sheets 21 and 22 in the sheet joining portion 60, welding, joining with an adhesive, or the like can be exemplified.

In the non-fixing portions 51 and 56 of the waistline stretch member 23, the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are not joined to each other, and therefore there is a risk of separation. In the case where the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are separated, the non-skin side sheet 22 is more easily visually recognized in a floating state in the appearance of the diaper 1. Furthermore, the contraction of the lumbar extension member 23 is more prone to produce irregular, large longitudinal folds. In particular, in the diaper 1, since the width-direction length (width) L51 of the non-fixing portion 51 is longer than the width W10 of the absorbent main body 10, the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are easily separated greatly in the thickness direction, and there is a risk that the floating of the non-skin side sheet 22 becomes conspicuous. In contrast, in the second embodiment, providing the sheet joint portion 60 in the waistline portion 20 makes it possible to suppress the floating of the non-skin side sheet 22 and to enhance the appearance of the diaper 1.

The sheet joint portions 60 shown in fig. 6 each extend longer in the width direction of the diaper 1 than in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction). In addition, none of the sheet joined portions 60 is continuous with the portion of the corresponding waistline stretch member 23 fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 (e.g., the fixing portion 52 of the second continuous stretch member 231b, etc.) inward in the width direction with respect to the end fixing portion 50, and the sheet joined portions 60 are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction. That is, the sheet joining portion 60 is arranged so as not to intersect the waistline stretch member 23. Specifically, the sheet joint portions 60 shown in fig. 6 extend continuously from one end edge to the other end edge of the waistline portion 20, and are respectively disposed between all the waistline stretch members 23 disposed side by side in the up-down direction.

Providing the widthwise long sheet attachment portion 60 in the waistline portion 20 as described above makes it easier to form regular fine longitudinal gathers when the waistline stretch member 23 contracts. Therefore, the appearance of the diaper 1 is improved, so that the user can be given an impression that the fit of the waist portion 20 is good.

Further, the vertical movement of the lumbar stretching member 23 is restricted by the sheet joining portion 60. Therefore, the vertical gap between the waist stretching members 23 is easily maintained, and the occurrence of the folding in the waist portion 20 and the deterioration of the fit can be easily suppressed.

Note that in the case where the waistline portion 20 has the sheet joint portion 60, there is a risk that the flexibility of the waistline portion 20 is reduced as compared with the case where the waistline portion 20 does not have the sheet joint portion 60. However, the sheet joint portion 60 hardly comes into close contact with the wearer's skin, as compared with the waistline stretch member 23. Therefore, the user hardly feels the hardness of the adhesive or the like of the sheet joint portion 60 as compared with the hardness of the adhesive or the like that fixes the waistline stretch member 23 to the pair of sheets 21 and 22, so that the deterioration of the wearing comfort of the waistline portion 20 can be suppressed.

In addition, the sheet joining portion 60 of the second embodiment is not limited to the case of the sheet shape shown in fig. 6. For example, the following configuration is acceptable: the sheet joining portion 60 is intermittently arranged in the width direction rather than continuously extending in the width direction. Further, the sheet joining portion 60 may be disposed in only some of a plurality of regions located between the waistline stretch members 23 disposed side by side in the up-down direction. In addition, the sheet engagement portion 60 may be disposed inside in the width direction with respect to the lock portion 40 or may be disposed inside in the width direction with respect to the end fixing portion 50. Since the sheet joint portion 60 is disposed in the region of the waist stretching member 23 where the non-fixing portion 51 is provided, the waist portion 20 can be suppressed from floating from the skin of the wearer in this region when the diaper 1 is put on.

In the third embodiment, the first and second embodiments are described below

Fig. 7 is a schematic plan view of the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 of the third embodiment. The waistline portion 20 of the third embodiment has a sheet joining portion 60 in which a pair of sheets 21 and 22 are joined to each other on the widthwise inner side with respect to the end fixing portion 50, as in the second embodiment. However, in the third embodiment, the shape and configuration of the sheet engaging portion 60 are different from those of the second embodiment. The configuration other than the shape and arrangement of the sheet engaging portion 60 is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment.

In the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the sheet joint portions 60 in a dashed line shape are intermittently formed along the longitudinal direction (up-down direction) and are arranged so as not to intersect the hip stretchable member 23. That is, between the two waistline stretch members 23 and 23 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction (up-down direction), a longitudinally long region extending in the longitudinal direction is joined by using joining means such as welding or adhesive, thereby forming a sheet joint portion 60 in a dashed line shape extending in the longitudinal direction. In the waistline portion 20, a plurality of dashed line-shaped sheet joint portions 60 extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged in parallel at intervals in the width direction.

Providing the sheet joint 60 in which the pair of sheets 21 and 22 are joined as described above can suppress the floating of the non-skin side sheet 22, so that the appearance of the diaper 1 can be improved as in the second embodiment. Further, since the vertical movement of the waist stretching member 23 is restricted by the sheet joining portion 60, the occurrence of the folding in the waist portion 20 and the deterioration of the fit can be suppressed. Note that, in the third embodiment, since the sheet joining portion 60 and the waistline stretch member 23 do not have a portion overlapping each other, the area of the portion of the waistline portion 20 fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 is not increased. Therefore, the flexibility of the waist portion 20 is easily maintained.

In the third embodiment, the plurality of sheet joint portions 60 in the dotted line shape extending in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the waistline portion 20 are arranged in parallel in the width direction (horizontal direction), and thus, it is easy to form regular wrinkles in the waistline portion 20. That is, when the waist portion 20 contracts in the width direction due to the stretchability of the waist stretchable member 23, in the pair of sheets 21 and 22, uneven deformation in the thickness direction is likely to occur from the linear sheet joined portion 60 extending in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, on the surface of the waistline portion 20, gathers (longitudinal gathers) extending in the longitudinal direction along the sheet joining portion 60 are arranged regularly in parallel in the width direction. Such wrinkle formation can further soften the texture of the waist portion 20 and can improve the appearance of the diaper 1.

Note that the following configuration is acceptable: the sheet joining portion 60 is formed in a linear shape continuously extending in the longitudinal direction, and the sheet joining portion 60 and the extensible member 23 are overlapped at a predetermined position. In this case, since the area of the joining portion where the stretchable member 23 is joined to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 is increased, there is a risk that the flexibility of the waist body portion 20 is deteriorated as compared with the case where the sheet joining portion 60 does not overlap with the stretchable member 23. However, since the contraction force when the stretchable member 23 contracts in the width direction easily acts on the pair of sheets 21 and 22, the sheets 21 and 22 easily contract in the width direction due to the contraction force. This makes it easier to form longitudinal gathers in the waistline portion 20. Therefore, the texture of the waistline portion 20 is further softened, and therefore the user hardly recognizes the deterioration of the softness of the waistline portion 20. Therefore, even in the case where the sheet joining portion 60 is formed in a linear shape continuously extending in the longitudinal direction, it is possible to suppress deterioration of the wearing comfort of the waist body portion 20.
