1. A bone conduction speaker, comprising:

the magnetic assembly comprises a first magnetic part and a second magnetic part, a through hole is formed in the middle of the first magnetic part, and the second magnetic part penetrates through the through hole, so that a magnetic gap is formed between the two opposite sides of the first magnetic part corresponding to the through hole and the second magnetic part;

a voice coil mounted within the magnetic gap;

a vibrating member mounted near one end of the magnetic assembly, the vibrating member being connected to and electrically communicated with the voice coil;

a conductor connected to the vibrator; and

and the supporting component is used for supporting the magnetic assembly and the vibrating piece.

2. The bone conduction speaker of claim 1, wherein the first magnetic member has a ring shape to form the through-hole at a middle portion of the first magnetic member.

3. The bone conduction speaker of claim 1, wherein the magnetic assembly further comprises a first magnetic conductor connected to an end of the first magnetic member near the vibrating member and a second magnetic conductor connected to an end of the second magnetic member near the vibrating member.

4. The bone conduction speaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vibrator is made of a hard material and incorporates a circuit element, and the voice coil is connected to the vibrator and electrically connected to the circuit element.

5. The bone conduction speaker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the vibrating member is a metal sheet, a plastic sheet or a carbon fiber sheet in which the circuit element is built.

6. The bone conduction speaker of claim 1, further comprising a third magnetic conductive member mounted to an end of the first magnetic member remote from the vibrating member and an end of the second magnetic member remote from the vibrating member.

The bone conduction speaker of claim 6, wherein the first magnetic member is a magnet, the second magnetic member is a metal that generates a magnetic field with the magnet, the third magnetic conductive member is a metal that magnetically attracts the magnet, and the third magnetic conductive member is integrally formed with the second magnetic member.

8. The bone conduction speaker according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising a circuit board connected to an end of the third magnetic conductive member remote from the first magnetic member, wherein the vibrating member is electrically connected to the circuit board through a conductive member.

9. The bone conduction speaker according to claim 8, wherein a first slot is formed outside the supporting member, a second slot is formed outside the first magnetic conductive member, third slots are formed outside the first magnetic member, and the conductive member is guided to the circuit board by the first slot, the second slot, and the third slot in sequence.

10. The bone conduction speaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first magnetic member is a magnet, and the second magnetic member is a metal magnetically attracted to the magnet; or the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are both magnets.

11. A bone conduction headset characterized by comprising the bone conduction speaker of any one of claims 1-10.

12. A bone conduction hearing aid comprising the bone conduction speaker according to any one of claims 1 to 10.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of speakers, in particular to a bone conduction speaker, a bone conduction earphone and a bone conduction hearing aid.

Background

Bone conduction is a sound conduction mode, namely, sound is converted into mechanical vibration with different frequencies, and sound waves are transmitted through the skull, the bone labyrinth, the lymph fluid transmission of the inner ear, the spiral organ, the auditory nerve and the auditory center of a human body. Compared with a classical sound conduction mode of generating sound waves through a vibrating diaphragm, the bone conduction mode omits a plurality of sound wave transmission steps, can realize clear sound restoration in a noisy environment, and does not influence other people due to the fact that the sound waves are diffused in the air.

The bone conduction speaker technology is used for receiving, sound waves (vibration signals) converted from electric signals are directly transmitted to auditory nerves through bones, and transmission media of the sound waves (vibration signals) are different.

The current bone conduction speaker is generally worn in front of the ear through an ear hoop and conducted into the ear of a person through the ear bone, the U-shaped iron and the magnet are installed inside the bone conduction speaker, the elastic sheet is installed in the gap of the magnet, and vibration is generated between the elastic sheets. The existing wearing mode is usually large in size, and if the loudspeaker is made to be miniature, the size of the magnet is reduced, and the sound wave transmission effect is also poor.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a bone conduction speaker having a good sound wave transmission effect and a good sound quality.

The invention also provides a bone conduction earphone.

The invention also provides a bone conduction hearing aid.

In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a bone conduction speaker, comprising:

the magnetic assembly comprises a first magnetic part and a second magnetic part, a through hole is formed in the middle of the first magnetic part, and the second magnetic part penetrates through the through hole, so that a magnetic gap is formed between the two opposite sides of the first magnetic part corresponding to the through hole and the second magnetic part;

a voice coil mounted within the magnetic gap;

a vibrating member mounted near one end of the magnetic assembly, the vibrating member being connected to and electrically communicated with the voice coil;

a conductor connected to the vibrator; and

and the supporting component is used for supporting the magnetic assembly and the vibrating piece.

Above-mentioned bone conduction speaker, magnetic component comprise two at least magnets, and when the volume of whole speaker reduced, the volume of magnet also can not influenced, can increase even, just so do not influence the transmission effect of sound wave, when the volume of speaker diminishes, can guarantee the tone quality effect effectively.

In some embodiments, the magnetic assembly further includes a first magnetic conducting member connected to an end of the first magnetic member close to the vibrating member, and a second magnetic conducting member connected to an end of the second magnetic member close to the vibrating member.

In some embodiments, the vibrator is made of a hard material and houses a circuit element, and the voice coil is connected to the vibrator and electrically connected to the circuit element.

In some embodiments, the vibrating member is a metal sheet, a plastic sheet or a carbon fiber sheet with the circuit element embedded therein.

In some embodiments, the bone conduction speaker further includes a third magnetic conductive member, and the third magnetic conductive member is installed at an end of the first magnetic member far from the vibrating member and an end of the second magnetic member far from the vibrating member.

In some embodiments, the first magnetic member is a magnet, the second magnetic member is a metal generating a magnetic field with the magnet, the third magnetic conductive member is a metal magnetically attracted with the magnet, and the third magnetic conductive member and the second magnetic member are integrally formed.

In some embodiments, the bone conduction speaker further includes a circuit board connected to an end of the third magnetic conductive member away from the first magnetic member, and the vibrating member is electrically connected to the circuit board through a conductive member. In some embodiments, a first slot is formed outside the supporting component, a second slot is formed outside the first magnetic conducting member, third slots are formed outside the first magnetic member, and the conductive member is guided to the circuit board by the first slot, the second slot, and the third slot in sequence.

In some embodiments, the first magnetic member is a magnet, and the second magnetic member is a metal magnetically attracted with the magnet; or the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are both magnets.

The invention also provides a bone conduction earphone which comprises the bone conduction loudspeaker.

The invention also provides a bone conduction hearing aid comprising the bone conduction loudspeaker.
