1. An unlocking tool for a hall door of an elevator, which is inserted into a keyhole provided in the hall door of the elevator to unlock a locking device of the hall door, comprising:

a handle portion formed in a cylindrical shape;

a rotation mechanism portion provided at one end side of the handle portion;

a key fixing portion rotatably provided on the other end side of the shank portion;

a rotational force transmitting mechanism that is provided in the shank portion and transmits a rotational force of the rotating mechanism portion to the key fixing portion; and

and an operation unit provided in the rotation mechanism unit and configured to apply a rotational force around an axis of the rotation mechanism unit.

2. The unlocking apparatus for a hall door according to claim 1, wherein,

an unlocking key is detachably attached to the key fixing portion.

3. The unlocking apparatus for a hall door according to claim 2, wherein,

the unlocking key is formed with a key recess that engages with the locking device of the hall door.

4. The unlocking apparatus for a hall door according to claim 3, wherein,

the key recess is formed in a substantially triangular shape.

5. The unlocking apparatus for a hall door according to claim 3, wherein,

the unlocking key includes:

a flange portion attached to the key fixing portion;

a key portion formed with the key recess; and

an extension portion having a predetermined length and connecting the key portion and the flange portion.

6. The unlocking tool for the hall door according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein,

the rotational force transmission mechanism is constituted by a cable that can be bent.

7. The unlocking apparatus for a hall door according to claim 6, wherein,

a bent portion is provided between the shank portion and the key fixing portion.

8. A method for unlocking a hall door, comprising inserting an unlocking tool for the hall door into a keyhole provided in the hall door of an elevator to unlock a locking device of the hall door, thereby unlocking the hall door,

the unlocking device for the hall door comprises:

a handle portion formed in a cylindrical shape;

a rotation mechanism portion provided at one end side of the handle portion;

a key fixing portion rotatably provided on the other end side of the shank portion;

an unlocking key fixed to the key fixing portion and having a key recess formed therein;

a rotational force transmitting mechanism that is provided in the shank portion and transmits a rotational force of the rotating mechanism portion to the key fixing portion; and

an operation portion provided in the rotation mechanism portion and giving a rotational force around an axis of the rotation mechanism portion,

the unlocking method of the hall door of the elevator comprises the following steps:

inserting the unlocking key into the key hole so that the key recess faces a lock member of the locking device;

rotating the operating portion to engage the key recess with the lock member; and

and operating the unlocking tool for the hall door to unlock the locking device.

9. The method for unlocking a hall door of a waiting ladder as claimed in claim 8,

the unlocking method of the hall door of the elevator comprises the following steps:

a step of preventing rotation of the unlock key; and

and opening the elevator waiting hall door.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an unlocking device for a waiting room door for manually unlocking a waiting room door of an elevator and an unlocking method for the waiting room door.

Background

The waiting hall door of the elevator is locked by the locking device. In maintenance or when a passenger in the car is rescued, the hall door needs to be unlocked, and therefore a keyhole connected to the locking device is provided in the hall door. Unlocking of the hoistway doors is typically performed by maintenance personnel.

The maintenance person inserts the unlocking key into a keyhole provided in a hall door of the elevator, and rotates the unlocking key to unlock the locking device, thereby unlocking the hall door. The keyhole is provided above the hall door for appearance and theft prevention, and thus is an inconspicuous place difficult to reach by hand. Therefore, a large amount of labor is required for the unlocking operation.

In order to solve this problem, for example, a technique described in patent document 1 (japanese patent laid-open No. 2016-. This publication describes a technique in which an extension tool that is extendable and retractable and supports an unlocking key is provided, the unlocking key is attached to the extension tool, and the entire unlocking device is rotated to the left to unlock the locking device in a state where the unlocking key is inserted into a keyhole of a hall door.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the elevator hall door, the left and right doors are locked by a locking device provided in the hall door. In the unlocking operation, it is necessary to unlock the locking device by fitting a lock member provided in the unlocking device into the unlocking key and rotating the unlocking device. The lock member is formed in a triangular shape or a star shape, for example. In addition, the lock member is provided to be exposed from the key hole. The unlocking key inserted from the keyhole is also formed in a triangular shape or a star shape in accordance with the shape of the lock member. When the lock member is rotated, it is necessary to adjust the position so that the lock member formed in a triangular shape or a star shape is fitted to the unlocking key.

However, the technique described in patent document 1 does not consider at all a function of adjusting the position to fit the lock member and the unlock key. Therefore, the unlocking operation is troublesome.

Further, when the unlocking key is turned, the entire unlocking device needs to be rotated to the left and right, but in the elevator waiting hall of the elevator, a door frame (three-side (r) section) protruding from the elevator waiting hall door to the elevator waiting hall side is provided around the elevator waiting hall door, and the unlocking device collides with the door frame, and the unlocking key cannot be rotated in some cases.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide an unlocking tool for a hall door and an unlocking method for a hall door, which can easily perform an unlocking operation even when an upper lock device is provided at a high position of the hall door.

Means for solving the problems

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an unlocking tool for a hall door, which is inserted into a keyhole provided in a hall door of an elevator to unlock the hall door, the unlocking tool comprising: a handle portion formed in a cylindrical shape; a rotation mechanism portion provided at one end side of the handle portion; a key fixing portion rotatably provided on the other end side of the shank portion; a rotational force transmitting mechanism that is provided in the shank portion and transmits a rotational force of the rotating mechanism portion to the key fixing portion; and an operation portion provided in the rotation mechanism portion and giving a rotational force around an axis of the rotation mechanism portion.

In addition, the present invention is a method for unlocking a hall door, in which a hall door unlocking tool is inserted into a keyhole provided in a hall door of an elevator to unlock a locking device of the hall door and unlock the hall door, the hall door unlocking tool including: a handle portion formed in a cylindrical shape; a rotation mechanism portion provided at one end side of the handle portion; a key fixing portion rotatably provided on the other end side of the shank portion; an unlocking key fixed to the key fixing portion and having a key recess formed therein; a rotational force transmitting mechanism that is provided in the shank portion and transmits a rotational force of the rotating mechanism portion to the key fixing portion; and an operation unit provided in the rotating mechanism unit and configured to apply a rotational force around an axis of the rotating mechanism unit, the method for unlocking the hall door includes: inserting the unlocking key into the key hole so that the key recess faces a lock member of the locking device; rotating the operating portion to engage the key recess with the lock member; and a step of operating the unlocking tool for the hall door to unlock the locking device.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an unlocking tool for a hall door and an unlocking method for a hall door, which can easily perform an unlocking operation even when an unlocking device is provided at a high position of the hall door. Problems, structures, and effects other than those described above will be apparent from the following description of the embodiments.
