A method of using a rigid connector bar assembly of the type , for use of the rigid connector bar assembly of any of claims 1-9 and , comprising the steps of:

s1, selecting a multi-tooth repairing base station and connecting the multi-tooth repairing base station to an implant in the mouth;

s2, connecting a temporary repair abutment on the multi-tooth repair abutment, and selecting the rigid connecting rod (1) with proper length to connect the temporary repair abutment;

s3, fixing the rigid connecting rod (1) and the temporary repair base station;

s4, wrapping the rigid connecting rod (1) and the temporary repair abutment by using impression materials, and preparing the soft tissue outline of the gum side;

s5, placing the occlusion recording material above the impression material to prepare jaw relation;

s6, connecting a substitute body on the clinically obtained temporary repair base station with the impression and jaw position relation;

s7, selecting the rigid connecting rod (1) with proper length to connect the substitute, and injecting artificial gum material in the gum impression side;

s8, fixing the rigid connecting rod (1) and the substitute body by using materials;

s9, recording the maxilla rack by using the jaw position relation;

s10, manufacturing the temporary prosthesis.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dental implants, in particular to rigid connecting rod assemblies and a using method thereof.

Background

Good passive in-place of the implant restoration is a prerequisite for long-term stability of the implant restoration, reduction of various mechanical and biological complications. The accurate prosthesis is manufactured on the accurate model, and good passive in-place of the implanted prosthesis in the mouth can be realized. The precision of the implant impression is influenced by many factors, such as the number of implants, the angle of the implants, the design of the transfer device, the impression material, the method and skill of taking the impression, etc. The passive positioning of a single implanted prosthesis is relatively easy, but when a patient with a plurality of teeth continuously lost is implanted and repaired, in order to realize the common passive positioning of the plurality of prostheses, a complicated model taking process and a prosthesis manufacturing procedure are needed.

When a plurality of implants are repaired at the same time, the clinical multi-purpose method is to use the windowing impression technique and connect a plurality of implant transfer devices by using connecting materials cured in the mouth so as to obtain stable relative position relationship between the implants, thereby obtaining more accurate impressions and models. Self-curing polymethacrylic resin materials are used in clinical practice, but the materials have large polymerization shrinkage and heavy odor stimulation, are not suitable for long-time operation in the mouth, and therefore, a secondary impression is generally required. Clinically, a primary impression is firstly made, and a technician makes personalized connecting rods on a model made of the primary impression, and then a final impression is made. For the edentulous jaw restoration, the jaw position relation is required to be prepared after the operation, and the operation is more complicated. If repair is performed immediately after the implantation, repair accessories also need to be disassembled repeatedly, and the risk of postoperative swelling infection is increased.

Therefore, there is a need for rigid tie bar assemblies and methods of using the same to address the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide rigid connecting rod assemblies and a using method thereof, which can finish the preparation of an initial impression, a final impression and a jaw position relation times, reduce the complexity of an implanting operation and reduce the risk of swelling infection after immediate repair of implantation.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

s8, fixing the rigid connecting rod and the substitute body by using materials;

s9, recording the maxilla rack by using the jaw position relation;

s10, manufacturing the temporary prosthesis.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the rigid connecting rod assembly provided by the invention, the th circular part and the second circular part are respectively connected to the two ends of the connecting part, and the positions of two adjacent dental implant accessories are limited by the th circular part and the second circular part, so that a primary impression die and a final impression die can be completed by using self-cured polymethacrylic resin material times, the jaw relation is prepared simultaneously, the complexity of the implant operation is reduced, and the risk of swelling infection after immediate repair of the implant is reduced.

The present invention will be further described in relation to the following drawings and embodiments , it being understood that the present invention has been described in relation to particular embodiments thereof, which are illustrative only and not limiting of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that unless otherwise explicitly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" shall be construed , and for example, they may be fixedly connected or detachably connected, they may be mechanically connected or electrically connected, they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and they may communicate between two elements.

As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention also provides a method of using rigid connector bar assemblies, comprising the steps of:

s1, selecting a proper angle and a proper transgingival height to connect the multi-tooth restoration abutment to the implant in the mouth;

s2, connecting the temporary repair base station on the multi-tooth repair base station, and adjusting the height of the temporary base station to be proper without influencing occlusion; selecting a rigid connecting rod 1 with a proper length to connect the temporary repair base stations;

s3, fixing the rigid connecting rod and the temporary repair base platform by using a self-curing or light-curing resin material;

s4, wrapping the rigid connecting rod 1 and the temporary repair base station by using silicon rubber or polyether impression materials, and preparing the soft tissue shape of the gum side of the rigid connecting rod 1 by using high-fluidity impression materials, wherein the impression materials are not too much and the occlusion is not influenced;

s5, placing the occlusion recording material above the impression material to prepare jaw relation;

simultaneously taking down the rigid connecting rod 1 with the impression material and the occlusion recording material and the temporary repair base station, namely simultaneously obtaining the relation between the impression and the jaw position;

s6, connecting a substitute on the clinically obtained temporary repair abutment with the impression and jaw position relation binary material;

s7, selecting a rigid connecting rod 1 with a proper length to connect the substitutes, and injecting artificial gum materials in the impression gum side;

s8, fixing the rigid connecting rod 1 and the substitute body by using a self-curing or light-curing resin material without pouring a model;

s9, recording the maxilla rack by using the jaw position relation;

s10, manufacturing a temporary restoration on the obtained model, embedding the rigid connecting rod 1 into the restoration body, and using the rigid connecting rod 1 as a reinforcing rod to increase the strength of the restoration body.

Compared with the traditional method, the method is more accurate, efficient and safe, can greatly shorten the operation time of clinic and technicians on the premise of not influencing the manufacturing precision, and reduces the risks of postoperative swelling and infection.

This application method utilizes 3D printing technique to make rigid connection rod 1, guarantees that rigid connection rod 1 is made accurately, reduces the manufacturing error, verifies in tooth planting system, guarantees that rigid connection rod 1 can satisfy actual needs, reduces the complexity of planting the operation, reduces the risk of postoperative swelling infection.
