In the embodiment, the sealing and fixing hoop 17-5 is made of rubber, the body is obtained by injection molding, the upper edge of the sealing and fixing hoop 17-5 is in hot melting connection with the bottom edge of the filter bag body 17-4, the body is formed on the outer wall of the sealing and fixing hoop 17-5 by injection molding to form an annular groove, when the sealing and fixing hoop 17-5 is embedded into the corresponding plate hole 18-3, the inner edge of the plate hole 18-3 falls into the groove, and the sealing and fixing hoop 17-5 is embedded and clamped in the plate hole 18-3 through the extrusion deformation effect of the rubber material.

The working process is as follows:

the air inlet assembly 13 is connected with a waste gas supply pipeline through a flange plate at the outer end, dust-containing waste gas enters along an air inlet pipe 13-1 under the combined action of a blower and a centrifugal ventilator 4 on the waste gas supply pipeline and enters an inner cavity of a dust receiving hopper 14 through an air outlet 13-3, and then the waste gas flows upwards and enters a filter bag body 17-4 through sealing and fixing cuffs 17-5 on a fixing bottom plate 18 to form multi-channel filtration;

dust particles are intercepted when the waste gas passes through the side wall of the filter bag body 17-4, and clean air continues to go upwards through the exhaust pipe and the air duct 5 at the top of the box body 11 and is finally discharged to the surrounding environment through the exhaust chimney 6 under the action of the centrifugal ventilator 4;

the dust trapped by the filter bag body 17-4 is adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter bag body, because the equipment operates for times and stops for times (also can be called as a pulse type operation mode), in the intermittent time of stopping, the dust is desorbed and falls downwards under the action of the self gravity and the swinging driving action of the swinging assembly 8, and finally enters the dust receiving hopper 14 for storage, the dust discharging assembly 16 is opened at regular time, and the accumulated dust is discharged;

when the filter box is in operation for a long time, the filter holes of the filter bag bodies 17-4 of the filter bag assemblies 17 are blocked, the filtering efficiency is reduced, and shutdown maintenance is needed at the moment, during maintenance, the box 10 is opened, maintenance personnel enter the box body 11, the filter bag assemblies 17 with problems are detached from the loading supports 8-6 and the fixed bottom plate 18 and are sent out from an access hole, new filter bag assemblies 17 can be replaced or the filter bag assemblies 17 can be installed again after being cleaned, and the device can be put into operation again after the box 10 is closed.
