Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3, a sliding groove is opened at the side of the clamping hole 14, when the piston rod is clamped by the piston rod chuck 22, the hydraulic telescopic rod 11 retracts the piston rod position-limiting clamp 13 into the upper material frame 3, so that the piston rod can slide out of the clamping hole 14 along the sliding groove, and the piston rod is prevented from being clamped inside the clamping hole 14, which affects the processing progress.

Please refer to fig. 2, a groove is formed inside the finished product storage box 28, after the piston rod is processed, the hydraulic cylinder 27 drives the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 to descend, the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 descends into the finished product storage box 28 along the groove, and then the clamping of the piston rod of the shock absorber is released, so that the shock absorber piston rod is prevented from being damaged due to too high descending amplitude and too large impact force during descending.

Please refer to fig. 4, the bottom of the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 is provided with a guiding slider 25, and the second pushing cylinder 26 can slide on the guiding slider 25 during pushing the piston rod clamping mechanism 10, so as to prevent the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 from deviating during sliding, and thus the two ends of the piston rod cannot be clamped.

in step , firstly, an external power source and an external air source are connected to supply electric energy or compressed air to the hydraulic telescopic rod 11, the pushing cylinder 12, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 16, the third hydraulic telescopic rod 21, the motor 23, the second pushing cylinder 26, the hydraulic cylinder 27 and the driving member 29, respectively.

And secondly, a worker firstly puts a piston rod of the shock absorber to be processed into the feeding frame 3, then pushes the piston rod of the shock absorber to the side of the feeding frame 3, so that the th pushing cylinder 12 operates, the piston rod limiting clamp 13 can be pushed to the inner side of the feeding frame 3, the piston rod limiting clamp 13 can be sleeved at two ends of the piston rod of the shock absorber through the clamping hole 14, and the th hydraulic telescopic rod 11 can push the piston rod of the shock absorber out of the feeding frame 3 after operating.

And step three, operating the hydraulic cylinder 27 to drive the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 to ascend, operating the second pushing cylinder 26 after ascending to the two ends of the pushed shock absorber piston rod, operating the second pushing cylinder 26 to push the piston rod clamping mechanism 10, clamping the piston rod chuck plate 22 at the 10 side of the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 at the two ends of the shock absorber piston rod, and then operating the hydraulic telescopic rod 11 to retract the piston rod limit clamp 13 into the feeding frame 3.

And fourthly, operating the second hydraulic telescopic rod 16, pushing the turning tool sliding frame 6, driving the turning tool supporting rod 7 to enable the round turning tool 8 and the angle turning tool 9 to be attached to the side of the damper piston rod, then operating the motor 23 to drive the damper piston rod to rotate, enabling the round turning tool 8 and the angle turning tool 9 to process the damper piston rod, operating the third hydraulic telescopic rod 21 in the processing process, and driving the round turning tool 8 and the angle turning tool 9 to translate through the turning tool pushing rod 19, thereby enlarging the processing area of the turning tool.

Step five: after the piston rod of the damper is processed, the hydraulic cylinder 27 is made to drive the piston rod clamping mechanism 10 to descend, until the piston rod of the damper descends into the finished product storage box 28, the second driving cylinder 26 is driven to separate the piston rod chuck 22 from the piston rod of the damper, the piston rod of the damper can fall into the feeding transmission belt 2 inside the finished product storage box 28 after separation, the driving part 29 operates to drive the feeding transmission belt 2 to transmit the piston rod of the damper to other positions, the processing of the piston rod of a single damper is completed, the whole processing flow is realized, the piston rod is not required to be processed manually, the equipment operation flow is simple and convenient, the time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency of workers is greatly improved.
